Most power-based cycling systems rely on dedicated FTP test sessions – performed at a single cadence, in a single position, on one demanding day.
Indoor cycling isn’t performed that way.
CicloZone Adaptive FTP determines FTP during a normal structured class – analysing performance across multiple zones, RPM ranges, and both seated and standing efforts.
At the end of the session, riders receive an FTP recommendation and choose whether to apply it.
