Denna FTP-siffra anv\u00e4nds f\u00f6r att best\u00e4mma skalan f\u00f6r krafttr\u00e4ningszonerna f\u00f6r varje enskild ryttare baserat p\u00e5 deras egen f\u00f6rm\u00e5ga&#8230; Utan tvekan den viktigaste delen av alla krafttr\u00e4ningssystem. Men \u2026 Det finns dock ett par problem med att anstifta detta i ett gruppcykelkoncept.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li class=\"p1\">Firstly an FTP test is possibly the most uncomfortable, non enjoyable thing you can do on a bike!!! It is simply asking a rider to ride as hard as they can for a given period of time. Most riders in a group cycle class will be unaccustomed or even a little worried about riding this way&#8230;.. even for a 5 mins test and certainly for 20 minutes or longer meaning results will not be accurate.<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">FTP is a figure given while riding at a steady state, usually at 80 to 90 RPM and designed for road riders riding long distances&#8230;. whereas most indoor cycle classes are much shorter &amp; have varying RPM profiles so the FTP figure given won&#8217;t be entirely applicable to riding an indoor cycle session.<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">True power profiling is much more 3 dimensional than standard FTP incorporating the different RPM values at different intensities and seating and standing elements, utilising bodyweight, and the actual physiology of the rider so multiple testing is actually required to be successful which isn&#8217;t feasible in the normal world of the indoor cycle session, aside from the powerlab concepts which are designed for road cyclists.<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">Without a good power test, FTP or otherwise, a profiled power training concept just will not be successful&#8230;. In fact it is probably the number one reason why instructors &amp; studios shy away from power in favour of traditional rhythm based classes as the complexity of it all is just too much to implement.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p class=\"p1\">F\u00f6r det f\u00f6rsta \u00e4r ett FTP-test m\u00f6jligen det mest obekv\u00e4ma, inte roliga du kan g\u00f6ra p\u00e5 en cykel!!! Det \u00e4r helt enkelt att be en ryttare att \u00e5ka s\u00e5 h\u00e5rt de kan under en given tidsperiod. De flesta f\u00f6rare i en gruppcykelklass kommer att vara ovana eller till och med lite oroliga f\u00f6r att cykla p\u00e5 det h\u00e4r s\u00e4ttet&#8230; \u00e4ven f\u00f6r ett 5 minuters test och s\u00e4kert under 20 minuter eller l\u00e4ngre vilket betyder att resultaten inte kommer att vara korrekta.<br \/>\nFTP \u00e4r en siffra som ges n\u00e4r du cyklar i ett stabilt tillst\u00e5nd, vanligtvis vid 80 till 90 RPM och designad f\u00f6r landsv\u00e4gscyklister som \u00e5ker l\u00e5nga str\u00e4ckor&#8230; medan de flesta inomhuscykelklasser \u00e4r mycket kortare och har varierande varvtalsprofiler, s\u00e5 den angivna FTP-siffran kommer inte att vara helt till\u00e4mplig f\u00f6r att cykla inomhus.<br \/>\nSann kraftprofilering \u00e4r mycket mer 3-dimensionell \u00e4n standard FTP som inkluderar de olika varvtalsv\u00e4rdena vid olika intensiteter och sittande och st\u00e5ende element, med anv\u00e4ndning av kroppsvikt och f\u00f6rarens faktiska fysiologi s\u00e5 det kr\u00e4vs faktiskt flera tester f\u00f6r att bli framg\u00e5ngsrika, vilket inte \u00e4r m\u00f6jligt i den normala v\u00e4rlden av inomhuscykelpass, bortsett fr\u00e5n powerlab-koncepten som \u00e4r designade f\u00f6r v\u00e4gcyklister.<br \/>\nUtan ett bra krafttest, FTP eller annat, kommer ett profilerat krafttr\u00e4ningskoncept helt enkelt inte att bli framg\u00e5ngsrikt&#8230; I sj\u00e4lva verket \u00e4r det f\u00f6rmodligen den fr\u00e4msta anledningen till att instrukt\u00f6rer och studior drar sig f\u00f6r makt till f\u00f6rm\u00e5n f\u00f6r traditionella rytmbaserade klasser, eftersom komplexiteten i det hela \u00e4r alldeles f\u00f6r mycket att genomf\u00f6ra.<br \/>\nDetta \u00e4r ett omr\u00e5de av inomhuscykling som \u00e4r avg\u00f6rande f\u00f6r att n\u00e5 framg\u00e5ng i dina inomhuscyklingsklasser och ett omr\u00e5de som jag beh\u00f6vde ta upp f\u00f6rst och fr\u00e4mst i Ciclo-konceptet. F\u00f6rst skapade jag en grundl\u00e4ggande algoritm f\u00f6r att tilldela en FTP inom CicloZone onboarding-processen f\u00f6r varje ryttare. Denna FTP designades f\u00f6r att ge en giltig startpunkt f\u00f6r alla ryttare och den ber\u00e4knades fr\u00e5n data fr\u00e5n \u00f6ver 7500 FTP-tester och roderens faktiska fysiologi. Jag skapade sedan CicloZone Output Level% (COL)\u2026\u2026 betygsklasser och f\u00f6rares utmatningsintensitet efter kraft, varvtal och deras egen unika fysiologi \u2026. Sedan skapade jag COL%-f\u00f6rst\u00e4rkningen som \u00f6vervakade ryttares sessioner och tilldelade FTP-\u00e4ndringar baserat p\u00e5 deras egna resultat \u00f6ver tid. Dessa unika verktyg eliminerade i princip behovet av faktiska FTP-tester och vi fann att efter cirka 5 till 7 klasser en ryttare skulle ha sin FTP inst\u00e4lld p\u00e5 en mycket exakt niv\u00e5.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Dock\u2026. Vi kunde g\u00e5 l\u00e4ngre\u2026.. S\u00e5 vi gjorde\u2026.. Introducerar \u2018Ciclo Adaptive FTP\u2019. Vi har utvecklat ett gr\u00e4nssnitt f\u00f6r \u00e5k\u00f6vervakning som ger dig den exakta FTP:n i en enda klass. Faktum \u00e4r att efter cirka 8 eller 9 intervaller kommer denna intelligenta programvara att k\u00e4nna igen eventuella felaktigheter i din FTP och korrigera under sj\u00e4lva klassen. Det korrigerar sig till och med senare i klassen om du b\u00f6rjar tappa intervaller mot klassen\u2026\u2026. Nu kan din faktiska session vara ditt FTP-test. Den \u00e4r verkligen tredimensionell eftersom den \u00f6vervakar alla varvtalsintervall och till\u00e4mpar logiken p\u00e5 alla sittande eller st\u00e5ende intervaller. Det \u00e4r valfritt&#8230; Vilket betyder att alla ryttare kan sl\u00e5 p\u00e5 eller st\u00e4nga av innan n\u00e5gon session f\u00f6r att st\u00e4ndigt kontrollera att de \u00e4r p\u00e5 r\u00e4tt FTP. Ryttare kan ocks\u00e5 v\u00e4lja att acceptera de adaptiva FTP-resultaten och ans\u00f6ka om sin f\u00f6rarprofil eller avvisa.<strong>Ciclo Adaptive FTP<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">FTP-testning \u00e4r nu verkligen ett minne blott. St\u00e4ll in valfri FTP-niv\u00e5 f\u00f6re och efter \u00e5kturen, den kommer att justeras till din verkliga niv\u00e5.
