Jag har arbetat med professionella klubbfysiologer och S&amp;C-coachingteam som helt enkelt anv\u00e4nder cyklar f\u00f6r att hitta optimala uppv\u00e4rmnings- och nedkylningsintensiteter och tider f\u00f6r olika fotbollsspelare. f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttras f\u00f6r att f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttra de ovanst\u00e5ende s\u00e4tten. kroppen presterar i vilken disciplin som helst helt enkelt p\u00e5 grund av det faktum att tills NIKE eller
