Jag har l\u00e4st om den &#8221;nya&#8221; klassen \u2013 SHOCKWAVE av MT \u2013 s\u00e5 t\u00e4nkte att det skulle vara en perfekt klass att komma tillbaka med&#8230; L\u00e5t oss bara s\u00e4ga att jag \u00e4r r\u00e4dd f\u00f6r att t\u00e4nka p\u00e5 hur jag skulle ha klarat allt tuffare!!!  Mycket chock, inte mycket vink fr\u00e5n mig \u00e5tminstone.  Dessutom skickade CicloZone en t-shirt till mig i inl\u00e4gget, s\u00e5 jag t\u00e4nkte att det \u00e4r b\u00e4ttre att jag testar den!<span class=\"s1\">After three weeks rest with a niggly injury I\u2019m back.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>I\u2019ve been reading about the \u2018new\u2019 class \u2013 SHOCKWAVE by MT &#8211; so thought that would be ideal class to come back with&#8230;<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Let\u2019s just say I dread to think how I\u2019d have coped with anything tougher!!!<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Lots of shock, not much wave from me at least.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Also, CicloZone sent me a t-shirt in the post, so I thought I\u2019d better try it out!<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Vad kan jag s\u00e4ga till alla nyb\u00f6rjare d\u00e4r ute? Ge Mels klasser ett f\u00f6rs\u00f6k \u2013 filtrera med 30 minuter om det beh\u00f6vs.  Han \u00e4r bra p\u00e5 att prata igenom din form, uppmuntra dig, f\u00f6rklara hur varje zon ska k\u00e4nnas, var du ska vara p\u00e5 cykeln, hur din kropp ska k\u00e4nnas &#8211; bara sm\u00e5 tips och p\u00e5minnelser hela v\u00e4gen samtidigt som han uppmuntrar dig att &#8221;push push&#8221;!<span class=\"s1\">What I can say to all those beginners out there? Give Mel\u2019s classes a try \u2013 filter by 30 minutes if needs be.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>He\u2019s great at talking you through your form, encouraging you, explaining how each zone should feel, where you should be on the bike, how your body should feel \u2013 just little tips and reminders all the way though while encouraging you to \u2018push push\u2019!<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Jag har verkligen k\u00e4mpat med min kn\u00e4skada: sm\u00e4rtan i smalbenet \u00e4r konstant fr\u00e5n operationen, det har p\u00e5verkat min fot (vilket \u00e4r anledningen till den nyligen avbrutna upps\u00e4gningen), men jag \u00e4r fast besluten att komma tillbaka f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 tillbaka min kondition!  Jag \u00e4lskar k\u00e4nslan av att vara &#8221;fit&#8221; inuti, att mitt hj\u00e4rta fungerar bra, att jag kan k\u00e4nna mig v\u00e4ltr\u00e4nad och inte n\u00f6dv\u00e4ndigtvis beh\u00f6va se smal och smal ut utan vet att jag har ett friskt hj\u00e4rta p\u00e5 insidan.<span class=\"s1\">I\u2019ve really been struggling with my knee injury: the pain in my shin is constant from the operation, it\u2019s affected my foot (which is the reason for the recent lay off), but I\u2019m determined to get back, to get my fitness back!<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>I love the feeling of being \u2018fit\u2019 inside, that my heart is working well, that I can feel fit and not necessarily have to look skinny and lean on the outside but know I have a healthy heart on the inside.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">F\u00f6r mig handlar allt om balans.  Jag vill passa in CicloZone i mitt tr\u00e4ningsprogram, och nu \u00f6ppnar gympasset igen och jag hoppas att de sm\u00e5 bitarna jag har gjort hemma kommer att l\u00f6na sig i gymmet.<span class=\"s1\">For me it\u2019s all about balance.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>I want to fit CicloZone into my fitness regime, and now the gym classes are opening again I\u2019m hoping the little bits I\u2019ve been doing at home will pay off back in the gym.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Jag vill kunna \u00e4ta och dricka vad jag vill (inom rimliga gr\u00e4nser) och veta att jag fortfarande kommer att kunna g\u00f6ra mina lektioner, jag vill kunna g\u00e5 med min hund mil och mil, med vetskap om att min kropp klarar det!  Jag vill ha ett sunt hj\u00e4rta OCH ett sunt sinne.<span class=\"s1\">I want to be able to eat and drink what I want (within reason) and know I\u2019ll still be able to do my classes, I want to be able to walk my dog for miles and miles, knowing my body is up to it!<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>I want to have a healthy heart AND a healthy mind.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">F\u00f6r mig passar CicloZone perfekt in i min vardag.  Jag jobbar hemifr\u00e5n i alla fall (har gjort de senaste 10 \u00e5ren), s\u00e5 jag kan sitta i mina gymkl\u00e4der utan n\u00e5gra konstiga blickar, jag kan st\u00e4lla upp cykeln och tr\u00e4na inom 10 minuter, sedan vara tillbaka vid mitt skrivbord inom en timme \u2013 bekv\u00e4mligheten g\u00f6r det s\u00e5 mycket mindre av en kamp mentalt \u2013 vilket ger mig all min energi att ta mig igenom pedalerna.<span class=\"s1\">For me, CicloZone fits perfectly into my day.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>I work from home anyway (have done for the last 10 years), so I can sit around in my gym clothes without any strange looks, I can set the bike up and be working out within 10 minutes, then be back at my desk within the hour \u2013 the convenience makes it so much less of a battle mentally \u2013 leaving me with all my energy to put through the pedals.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">F\u00f6r de d\u00e4r ute som forts\u00e4tter att s\u00e4ga att de kommer att b\u00f6rja, h\u00e5ll fast vid det. Jag betraktar mig fortfarande som en nyb\u00f6rjare, jag \u00e4r din typiska gifta 40-\u00e5riga (h\u00f6gre \u00e4nde), arbetande mamma till \u00e4ldre barn med en hund.  Jag \u00e4r inte en galen cyklist, inte en galen fitnessfanatiker &#8211; bara din vanliga person som vill vara frisk.<span class=\"s1\">For those out there that keep saying they\u2019ll start, stick with it. I still consider myself a beginner, I\u2019m your typical married 40-odd-year-old (higher end), working mum of older kids with a dog.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>I\u2019m not a mad biker, not a mad fitness fanatic \u2013 just your average person wanting to be healthy.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">G\u00f6r vad du kan g\u00f6ra och de sm\u00e5 vinsterna kommer.  Jag k\u00e4nner att jag \u00e4r tillbaka i b\u00f6rjan efter 3 veckors ledighet men jag VET att konditionen sakta kommer krypa tillbaka och jag kommer att skryta med min vilopuls igen v\u00e4ldigt snart.<span class=\"s1\">Do what you can do and those little gains will come.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>I feel like I\u2019m back at the beginning after 3 weeks off but I KNOW that fitness will slowly creep back and I\u2019ll be boasting about my resting heart rate again very soon.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Tills n\u00e4sta g\u00e5ng&#8230;!<span class=\"s1\">Until next time&#8230;!<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Efter tre veckors vila med en knasig skada \u00e4r jag tillbaka.
