Det betyder att jag har \u00e5kt \u2013 \u00e5h, jag har tappat r\u00e4kningen \u2013 men det \u00e4r ett par pass under b\u00e4ltet!<\/p>\n<p>Saker och ting ser upp ocks\u00e5!  Mitt kn\u00e4 har inte S\u00c5 galna svullnader och h\u00e5ller p\u00e5 bra under p\u00e5frestningen.  Min Fitbit s\u00e4ger till mig att jag har blivit lite piggare igen (38-42 nu!) vilket forts\u00e4tter att sporra mig att beh\u00e5lla det jag g\u00f6r.<\/p>\n<p>Vill jag f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttra mig? Ja, sj\u00e4lvklart g\u00f6r jag det, det ligger i min natur.  Jag vill kunna st\u00e5 hela tiden vid 85-90 rpm \u2013 och EN DAG SKA JAG!   Men f\u00f6r tillf\u00e4llet \u00e4r jag ganska n\u00f6jd med mig sj\u00e4lv, med min \u00e5terh\u00e4mtning fr\u00e5n operationen, med f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttringen av min kondition och mitt allm\u00e4nna allm\u00e4nna mentala v\u00e4lbefinnande \u2013 jag m\u00e5r bara &#8221;b\u00e4ttre&#8221;.  Att komma ut ur lockdown har kanske med det att g\u00f6ra ocks\u00e5, jag tror personligen att det \u00e4r en kombination av allt!<\/p>\n<p>Jag har hittat en &#8221;trevlig&#8221; klass &#8211; en styrkeklass med en COL p\u00e5 73%.  Det h\u00e4r \u00e4r en BRA klass f\u00f6r mig \u2013 n\u00e5got l\u00e5ngsammare tempo (efter den f\u00f6rsta uppv\u00e4rmningen) med n\u00e5gra fantastiska kl\u00e4ttringar, och f\u00f6r mig \u00e4ven realistiska st\u00e5ende faser \u2013 s\u00e5dana jag kan h\u00e4nga med!  L\u00e4ngd och tempo!  Woooo, fatta mig!  Jag ska f\u00f6rs\u00f6ka g\u00f6ra den h\u00e4r lektionen en g\u00e5ng i veckan i n\u00e5gra veckor nu \u2013 jag k\u00e4nde att det var perfekt f\u00f6r att hj\u00e4lpa till att \u00e5terh\u00e4mta mig, precis lagom mycket snabb och l\u00e5ngsam(er!), sk\u00f6n stigning p\u00e5 slutet med lite sting i svansen.  (F\u00f6r alla som har deltagit i Darrens klasser tidigare kommer du att &#8221;veta&#8221; det d\u00e4r lilla sticket)<\/p>\n<p>Cykeln h\u00e5ller bra \u2013 den anv\u00e4nds tv\u00e5 g\u00e5nger i veckan av mig och tv\u00e5 g\u00e5nger i veckan av min man.  Efter att ha l\u00e4st att en annan Ciclozone-medlem hade tappat en pedal den h\u00e4r veckan, \u00e4r jag lite paranoid \u00f6ver att min &#8221;billiga&#8221; cykel inte kommer att h\u00e5lla ut f\u00f6r l\u00e4nge, men f\u00f6r nu \u00e4r det OK!  Det g\u00f6r sitt jobb; det tar mig bra p\u00e5 b\u00e4ttringsv\u00e4gen.  Jag \u00f6nskar bara att jag hade mina klossar ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r mina tr\u00e4nare d\u00e5 b\u00e5de jag sj\u00e4lv och en av de andra bloggarna f\u00e5r kramp i f\u00f6tterna efter\u00e5t.  Det har f\u00f6reslagits att cykla i skor med h\u00e5rdare sulor, men jag tror inte att mina st\u00f6vletter skulle se r\u00e4tt ut p\u00e5 n\u00e5got s\u00e4tt!!!<\/p>\n<p>Jag kan ocks\u00e5 se en del framsteg i min muskel p\u00e5 mitt ben som opererades.  Det kommer l\u00e5ngsamt tillbaka, lite mindre vingligt \u00e4n det var i september f\u00f6rra \u00e5ret (en m\u00e5nad efter operation), och sakta ikapp mitt h\u00f6gra l\u00e5r.<\/p>\n<p>Det \u00f6vertygar mig fortfarande inte att b\u00f6rja cykla utomhus \u2013 jag \u00e4r inte mycket f\u00f6r att vilja ha flugor i t\u00e4nderna och grus i mina kontaktlinser, s\u00e5 f\u00f6r tillf\u00e4llet kommer jag att h\u00e5lla mig till komforten i mitt eget hem och pressa mig sj\u00e4lv s\u00e5 mycket jag kan!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Blogg 7 \u2013 NUMMER SJU!
