Vilket \u00e4r galet, f\u00f6r i min f\u00f6rra blogg var det jag som tjatade om att GET GOING var den sv\u00e5raste delen! Speciellt f\u00f6rra veckan, n\u00e4r varje dag gick, sa jag till mig sj\u00e4lv &#8221;Det \u00e4r okej, jag har fortfarande tre dagar kvar av den h\u00e4r veckan, s\u00e5 jag kan fortfarande passa p\u00e5 tre \u00e5k.&#8221;<span class=\"s1\">It\u2019s been a busy couple of weeks for us; poorly children, Covid tests, filming (that\u2019s another story), school, work, home\u2026\u2026 it\u2019s been a battle to get in the saddle. <\/span><span class=\"s1\">Which is crazy, because in my last blog, I was the one that harped on about GET GOING being the hardest part! Last week especially, as each day passed, I kept saying to myself \u2018It\u2019s okay, I still have three days left of this week, so I can still fit in three rides.\u2019 <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Vem skojade jag?! Jag gjorde en! Kerry hade r\u00e4tt \u2013 sa hon i sin senaste CicloZone-blogg \u2013 ge dig sj\u00e4lv en klapp p\u00e5 axeln f\u00f6r att du gjorde den d\u00e4r klassen \u2013 det \u00e4r b\u00e4ttre \u00e4n att inte g\u00f6ra en alls! Och det \u00e4r precis vad jag skulle s\u00e4ga till n\u00e5gon annan, men det \u00e4r sv\u00e5rt att s\u00e4ga till mig sj\u00e4lv \u2013 att ta din egen medicin \u00e4r s\u00e5 mycket sv\u00e5rare! Men det har l\u00e4rt mig att vara mer realistisk och att inte sl\u00e5 mig sj\u00e4lv f\u00f6r mycket. Detta var inte ett misslyckande. Ett misslyckande skulle ha varit inga klasser alls.<span class=\"s1\">Who was I kidding?! I did one! Kerry was right \u2013 she said in her last CicloZone blog \u2013 <a href=\"#\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">give yourself a pat on the back for doing that one class \u2013 it\u2019s better than not doing one at all! <\/a>And that is just what I would say to someone else, but it\u2019s hard to tell myself \u2013 taking your own medicine is so much harder! But it has taught me to be more realistic and not to beat myself up too much. This wasn\u2019t a fail. A fail would have been no classes at all.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Men det galna \u00e4r att den d\u00e4r klassen \u2013 det k\u00e4ndes j\u00e4ttebra! Jag s\u00e5g ett av CicloZones senaste inl\u00e4gg p\u00e5 Instagram om att tr\u00e4ffa den s\u00f6ta punkten \u2013 och jag kunde inte h\u00e5lla med mer!<span class=\"s1\">But the crazy thing is, that one class &#8211; it felt great! I saw one of CicloZone\u2019s recent posts on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/ciclozoneuk\/\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Instagram<\/a> about hitting the sweet spot \u2013 and I couldn\u2019t agree more! <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Jag brukar spendera den f\u00f6rsta halvan av en \u00e5ktur med att t\u00e4nka &#8221;usch, jag vill inte g\u00f6ra det h\u00e4r&#8221; (\u00e4r det inte lustigt hur l\u00e5ngsamt tiden g\u00e5r n\u00e4r du g\u00f6r n\u00e5got du inte vill g\u00f6ra och n\u00e4r du har det j\u00e4ttebra, 15\/20\/30 minuter g\u00e5r i ett nafs?!) Sen n\u00e4sta halva lektionen var jag helt surrande d\u00e4r emellan \u2013 det \u00e4r precis d\u00e4r mitt emellan har kommit p\u00e5. 15-18 minuter genom en cykel. Jag menar, jag \u00f6nskar att det kunde vara tidigare, surret p\u00e5 allvar, jag \u00e4r som Beyonce i en sadel!<span class=\"s1\">I tend to spend the first half of a ride thinking \u2018urgh, I don\u2019t want to do this\u2019 (isn\u2019t it funny how slowly time goes when you\u2019re doing something you don\u2019t want to do and when you\u2019re having a great time, 15\/20\/30 minutes goes by in a flash?!) Then the next half of the class I was absolutely buzzing \u2013 I\u2019ve figured out that is exactly where the endorphins kick in \u2013 between 15-18 minutes through a cycle. I mean, I wish it could be sooner, the buzz seriously spurs be on, I\u2019m like Beyonce in a saddle!<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Jag skulle \u00e4lska att veta hur jag kan f\u00e5 in det d\u00e4r surret tidigare i en klass, eller m\u00e5ste jag bara ha t\u00e5lamod? (inte bra f\u00f6r en Tvilling)<span class=\"s1\">I\u2019d love to know how I can get that buzz sooner into a class, or do I just have to be patient? (not great for a Gemini)<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Jag har ocks\u00e5 hittat min favoritklass \u2013 Quick Calorie Burner. Jag \u00e4r med i det h\u00e4r g\u00e4nget f\u00f6r viktminskningen. Lockdown har inte varit sn\u00e4llt! En klass med det namnet ropade p\u00e5 mig och den g\u00f6r ingen besviken! Jag \u00e4lskar uppmuntran och passionen hos Mel Thomas, han \u00e4r p\u00e5 min gata. Det f\u00f6rv\u00e5nar mig hur dessa instrukt\u00f6rer kan forts\u00e4tta prata genom en klass som om de har en avslappnad pratstund!<span class=\"s1\">I\u2019ve also found my favourite class \u2013 the Quick Calorie Burner. I\u2019m in this gang for the weight loss. Lockdown hasn\u2019t been kind! A class with that name called to me and it does not disappoint! I love the encouragement and passion of <a href=\"#\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Mel Thomas<\/a>, he\u2019s right up my street. It amazes me how these instructors can keep talking through a class like they\u2019re having a casual chit chat!<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Jag drog mig i ryggen ig\u00e5r (lyfte upp en tre\u00e5ring som v\u00e4grade g\u00e5 upp fr\u00e5n golvet och l\u00e4mna huset till f\u00f6rskolan skulle du tro?) Jag v\u00e4ntar p\u00e5 att sm\u00e4rtan ska sl\u00e4ppa och sedan ska jag testa en annan av Mels klasser den h\u00e4r veckan, kanske till och med en 45-minuters lektion om jag kan. Jag \u00e4r s\u00e4ker p\u00e5 att han kommer att h\u00e5lla mig ig\u00e5ng!<span class=\"s1\">I pulled my back yesterday (lifting up a three year old who refused to get up off the floor and leave the house for pre-school would you believe?) I\u2019m waiting for the pain to ease off and then I\u2019m going to try another one of Mel\u2019s classes this week, maybe even a 45-minute class if I can. I am sure he will keep me going! <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Jag undrar om jag kan f\u00e5 honom att spela in personliga motiverande fraser s\u00e5 att jag kan lyssna p\u00e5 varje morgon?! Mel \u2013 vad s\u00e4ger du?!!<span class=\"s1\">I wonder if I can get him to record personal motivational phrases for me to listen to each morning?!
