De tv\u00e5 mest studerade sporterna genom historien \u00e4r l\u00f6pning och cykling. Forskning inom dessa omr\u00e5den till\u00e5ter oss att f\u00f6rst\u00e5 tr\u00e4ningsfysiologi och hur man kan uppn\u00e5 anpassningar genom programmering vid olika intensiteter. Som du har h\u00f6rt mig s\u00e4ga f\u00f6rut: Kan du m\u00e4ta det kan du \u00e4ndra det. L\u00e5t oss b\u00f6rja med att titta p\u00e5 hur vi m\u00e4ter det.<\/p>\n<p>Tillkomsten av effektm\u00e4taren<br \/>Det fanns en tid f\u00f6r inte s\u00e5 l\u00e4nge sedan n\u00e4r alla idrottare t\u00e4vlade f\u00f6rbi k\u00e4nde sig ensamma. Det gula bandet h\u00e4nvisar till laktat-tr\u00f6skeln \u2013 i cykling kallas anstr\u00e4ngningar vid denna intensitet FTP. Detta representerar en individs 1-timmes t\u00e4vlingskraft eller takt i cykling.<\/p>\n<p>All krafttr\u00e4ning i cykling refererar till anstr\u00e4ngningar i f\u00f6rh\u00e5llande till denna krafttr\u00f6skel.
