Varf\u00f6r du ska cykla med CicloZone"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"p2\">N\u00e4r jag var yngre handlade cykling om t\u00e4vlingen, allt om loppet och allt om att tr\u00e4na p\u00e5 n\u00e5got s\u00e4tt f\u00f6r att bli en kraftfullare cyklist och cykla snabbare. Jag har aldrig t\u00e4nkt p\u00e5 att bli gammal \u2013 precis som alla g\u00f6r n\u00e4r vi \u00e4r 20. Men alltf\u00f6r snabbt kommer livet ikapp dig \u2013 \u00e5ren kommer och g\u00e5r och innan du vet ordet av tittar du p\u00e5 ditt 30:e, sedan ditt 40:e och sedan ditt 50:e \u00e5r som skymtar \u00f6ver horisonten. I never thought about getting old &#8211; as well all do when we are 20. But all too quickly life catches up with you &#8211; the years come and go and before you know it you&#8217;re looking at your 30th then your 40th and then your 50th year looming over the horizon. Apart from the grey hair and reading glasses, I didn\u2019t really notice my age in the way it seemed to be affecting some of my non cycling friends&#8230; and it was obvious that the way I cycled and trained to cycle was the reason I didn&#8217;t seem to age in the same way a lot of my friends did. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">Det visar sig att den tr\u00e4ningsmetodik och principer som jag hade h\u00e5llit mig till s\u00e5 strikt i min ungdom nu betalade mig tillbaka med intresse i min medel\u00e5lder: Min energiniv\u00e5, min r\u00f6rlighet, min brist p\u00e5 skador, min brist p\u00e5 sm\u00e4rta var till en b\u00f6rjan bara en diskussionspunkt p\u00e5 krogen. On the other side, Peloton &#8211; with more hair flicks and would-be &#8217;fitness influencers&#8217; than you can shake a stick at, but instructor-led and music-based, so not all bad. What i wanted though was a hybrid of the two.
