Jag \u00e4r dock f\u00f6rnuftig och blir inte galen och st\u00f6ter mig igenom n\u00e5gon sm\u00e4rta: jag \u00e4r fast besluten att forts\u00e4tta s\u00e5 h\u00e4r, jag vill inte vara tillbaka till ruta ett, s\u00e5 f\u00f6r tillf\u00e4llet \u00e4r jag i en l\u00e5ngsammare takt \u00e4n jag skulle VILLA vara men jag g\u00e5r fortfarande.<span class=\"s1\">Had a few set backs in that I\u2019ve had some weird swelling and lumps appear around my operation site so that\u2019s something up for discussion with the surgeon when I get to see him next.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>I\u2019m being sensible though and not going crazy and pushing through any pain: I&#8217;m determined to keep this up, I don\u2019t want to be back to square one, so for now I\u2019m at a slower pace than I\u2019d LIKE to be but I\u2019m still going.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Jag har \u00e4ntligen uppt\u00e4ckt filtret p\u00e5 appen, jag har kunnat v\u00e4lja fler tempoturer, vilket jag trodde kunde vara b\u00e4ttre\/enklare. Ehm, definitivt inte fallet!  N\u00e5got l\u00e5ngsammare tempo \u2013 ibland \u2013 men inte desto mindre lika h\u00e5rt! Det \u00e4r dock grejen med inomhuscykling, du k\u00f6r hur h\u00e5rt du vill.<span class=\"s1\">I&#8217;ve finally discovered the filter on the app, I&#8217;ve been able to choose more tempo rides, which I thought might be better\/easier. Erm, definitely not the case!<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Slightly slower pace \u2013 sometimes \u2013 but nonetheless, <\/span><span class=\"s1\">just as hard! That&#8217;s the thing with indoor cycling though, you go as hard as you want.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Den h\u00e4r veckan har jag ocks\u00e5 uppt\u00e4ckt att jag ocks\u00e5 kan f\u00e5 ciklozon via min b\u00e4rbara dator \u2013 som i sin tur \u00e4r ansluten till en stor sk\u00e4rm via HDMI \u2013 s\u00e5 d\u00e4r har jag det: Darren, helsk\u00e4rm, att titta med \u00e4r beady eye!  Att se, precis som i verkligheten, ge dig precis tillr\u00e4ckligt med uppmuntran f\u00f6r att inte svika dig sj\u00e4lv, s\u00e5 att du kan pressa dig sj\u00e4lv till ditt max \u2013 och sedan g\u00e5 en liten bit till!<span class=\"s1\">This week I\u2019ve also discovered I can also get ciclozone through my laptop \u2013 which in turn is connected to a big screen via HDMI \u2013 so there I have it: Darren, full screen, watching with is beady eye!<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Watching, just like in real life, giving you just enough encouragement not to let yourself down, allowing you to push yourself to your max \u2013 and then go a tiny bit more!<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Jag tar tv\u00e5 lektioner i veckan och f\u00f6rs\u00f6ker se till att jag g\u00f6r 45-minuterspass varje g\u00e5ng.  F\u00f6r mig vill jag s\u00e4tta ett uppn\u00e5eligt m\u00e5l \u2013 och jag vill k\u00e4nna mig fantastisk om jag f\u00e5r plats med ytterligare 30 minuters klass \u2013 men f\u00f6r mig betyder tv\u00e5 klasser att jag kan ge dem b\u00e5da allt.  Jag har tillr\u00e4ckligt med tid emellan f\u00f6r att \u00e5terh\u00e4mta mig ordentligt, jag h\u00e5ller p\u00e5 med annan tr\u00e4ning ocks\u00e5 (kettlebellklass, yoga och konditionstr\u00e4ning) f\u00f6rutom inomhuscykling, vilket jag tycker \u00e4r viktigt och hj\u00e4lper mig att h\u00e5lla en bra balans.<span class=\"s1\">I\u2019m taking two classes a week, trying to make sure I do 45-minute sessions each time.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>For me I want to set an achieveable goal \u2013 and I want to feel amazing if I fit another 30 minute class in &#8211; but for me,\u00a0 two classes means I can give them both my all.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>I\u2019m having enough time in between to recover properly, I\u2019m keeping up with other exercise too (kettlebell class, yoga and a cardio tone class) aside from indoor cycling, which I think is important and helps me keep a good balance.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">K\u00e4nner jag mig piggare?  Ja, det tror jag faktiskt att jag \u00e4r.<span class=\"s1\">Am I feeling fitter?<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Yes, I actually think I am.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Har jag data som s\u00e4ger att jag \u00e4r piggare? Jo, min fitbit har flyttat mig till den mycket bra till utm\u00e4rkta konditionszonen (37-41 f\u00f6r min \u00e5ldersgrupp) och jag har faktiskt stannat d\u00e4r de senaste tv\u00e5 veckorna \u2013 s\u00e5 jag tror att jag h\u00e5ller p\u00e5 att f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttras.<span class=\"s1\">Do I have data that tells me I\u2019m fitter? Well my fitbit has moved me into the very good to excellent cardio fitness zone (37-41 for my age group) and I\u2019ve actually stayed there for the last two weeks \u2013 so I think I\u2019m improving.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Jag vill ha tr\u00e4ning som jag kan beh\u00e5lla.  Jag har g\u00e5tt igenom intensiv tr\u00e4ning (maraton) och \u00e4ven om det \u00e4r bra ett tag, \u00e4r det verkligen inte m\u00f6jligt p\u00e5 l\u00e5ng sikt och du blir demotiverad f\u00f6rst n\u00e4r du faller av tr\u00e4ningsvagnen.  Genom att s\u00e4tta upp n\u00e5bara m\u00e5l m\u00e5r jag b\u00e4ttre mentalt och s\u00e4tter mig i r\u00e4tt tankes\u00e4tt f\u00f6r att ta mig an n\u00e4sta lektion.<span class=\"s1\">I want exercise that I can maintain.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>I\u2019ve been through intensive training (marathon) and, while it\u2019s great for a while, it\u2019s certainly not achievable long term and you only end up demotivated once you fall off the training wagon.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>By setting achieveable goals, I feel better mentally, putting me in the right mindset to tackle the next class.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">S\u00e5 om du \u00e4r ny p\u00e5 CicloZone, kommer tillbaka efter lite ledighet, eller om du \u00e4r som jag \u2013 \u00e5terh\u00e4mtar dig fr\u00e5n skadan, s\u00e4tt upp ett realistiskt m\u00e5l f\u00f6r dig sj\u00e4lv, s\u00e4nk dig gradvis, ge dig sj\u00e4lv en klapp p\u00e5 axeln f\u00f6r att du har gjort den f\u00f6rsta klassen \u2013 \u00e4ven om det \u00e4r den enda du g\u00f6r den veckan. Det \u00e4r b\u00e4ttre \u00e4n att inte g\u00f6ra en alls!<span class=\"s1\">So, if you\u2019re new to CicloZone, coming back after some time off, or you\u2019re like me \u2013 recovering from injury, set yourself a realistic target, ease yourself in gradually, give yourself a pat on the back for doing that first class \u2013 even if it\u2019s the only one you do that week.
