Jag m\u00e4rker att mina lungor klarar sig b\u00e4ttre \u00e4n mina ben \u2013 de verkar tr\u00f6ttna mycket snabbare \u00e4n jag verkar andf\u00e5dd, om det \u00e4r vettigt?<span class=\"s1\">It\u2019s been around a month now that I\u2019ve been back on it and it\u2019s painful at times \u2013 my legs\/knee and my lungs &#8211; but I\u2019m getting my fitness back, slowly!<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>I\u2019m finding that my lungs are coping better than my legs \u2013 they seem to get tired much quicker than I seem out of breath, if that makes sense?<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Jag avslutar alla klasser, oavsett om de \u00e4r 30 minuter eller 45 minuter, men jag k\u00e4mpar verkligen f\u00f6r att st\u00e5\/hoppa i ett snabbare tempo och klarar bara 20-25 sekunder. Detta \u00e4r min utmaning till mig sj\u00e4lv \u2013 att avsluta en klass OCH slutf\u00f6ra alla st\u00e5ende sektioner, i r\u00e4tt tempo.<span class=\"s1\">I\u2019m finishing all the <a href=\"#\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">classes<\/a>, regardless of whether they&#8217;re 30 minutes or 45, however I really am struggling to stand\/jump at a quicker pace, and can only manage around 20-25 seconds. This is my challenge to myself \u2013 to finish a class AND complete all the standing sections, at the right pace.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Mitt smalben har b\u00f6rjat g\u00f6ra ont d\u00e4r metallarbetet sitter i benet. Det \u00e4r n\u00e5got jag har t\u00e4nkt l\u00e4nge och mycket p\u00e5 eftersom jag inte vill ta ett steg tillbaka igen, precis som jag k\u00e4nner att jag kommer n\u00e5gonstans!  Jag upplever en klump i smalbenet l\u00e4ngst ner p\u00e5 plattan efter att ha tr\u00e4nat s\u00e5 jag \u00e4r v\u00e4ldigt f\u00f6rnuftig med de st\u00e5ende sektionerna f\u00f6r tillf\u00e4llet.  Jag har ocks\u00e5 k\u00e4nt en l\u00e4tt l\u00e5sningsk\u00e4nsla p\u00e5 min kn\u00e4sk\u00e5l ibland ocks\u00e5, s\u00e5 detta kommer att beh\u00f6va tittas noga p\u00e5 och diskutera med konsulten igen.<span class=\"s1\">My shin has begun to hurt where the metal work is in the bone.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>I\u2019m seeing the consultant on 29<\/span><span class=\"s2\"><sup>th<\/sup><\/span><span class=\"s1\"> April to discuss getting this removed.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>It\u2019s something I\u2019ve thought long and hard about because I don\u2019t want to take a step back again, just as I feel like I\u2019m getting somewhere!<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>I\u2019m experiencing a lump in my shin at the bottom of the plate after exercising so am being very sensible with the standing sections for now.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>I\u2019ve also been feeling a slight locking sensation on my kneecap on occasion too, so this will need watching carefully and discussing with the consultant again.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Den senaste m\u00e5naden har jag arbetat med Calorie Killer-klassen (Mel) och \u00e4ven Intensive Leg and Booty Blast med Rachel.  Jag har tyckt b\u00e5da dessa lysande, med majoriteten av klassen i h\u00f6gre intensitet men n\u00e5got l\u00e5ngsammare tempo \u2013 trots allt f\u00f6rs\u00f6ker jag bygga upp mina l\u00e5rmuskler s\u00e5 att benen ser j\u00e4mna ut igen.<span class=\"s1\">In the last month, I\u2019ve worked on the Calorie Killer class <a href=\"#\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">(Mel) and also the Intensive Leg and Booty Blast with Rachel<\/a>.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>I\u2019ve found both of these brilliant, with the majority of the class at higher intensity but slightly slower pace \u2013 after all, I am trying to build my thigh muscles back up so my legs look even again.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Jag s\u00e4ger att mitt smalben g\u00f6r ont \u2013 alla mina ben k\u00e4nns som gel\u00e9 och mina lungor som om de kommer att spricka \u2013 men jag h\u00e5ller definitivt p\u00e5 att f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttras. Mina fitbit-avl\u00e4sningar \u00e4r ett bevis p\u00e5 det eftersom mitt hj\u00e4rtslag och andning \u00e5terg\u00e5r till det normala snabbare varje g\u00e5ng.<span class=\"s1\">I say my shin hurts \u2013 all of my legs feel like jelly and my lungs like they\u2019re going to burst \u2013 but I\u2019m definitely improving. My fitbit readings are proof of that as my heartbeat and breathing are returning to normal faster each time.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Jag skulle s\u00e4ga att att ha anv\u00e4nt en vanlig inomhuscykel tidigare har hj\u00e4lpt mig att komma in i sp\u00e5ret av CicloZone ganska snabbt.  Jag hade redan en god f\u00f6rst\u00e5else f\u00f6r hur det hela fungerade och f\u00f6rs\u00f6ker nu n\u00e5 vissa hastigheter n\u00e4r jag blir instruerad att vara i en viss zon \u2013 det kommer sakta ihop. Jag kanske till och med f\u00e4rgkodar min lilla motst\u00e5ndsknopp ocks\u00e5, f\u00f6r n\u00e4r jag \u00e4r s\u00e5 tr\u00f6tt kan jag knappt t\u00e4nka p\u00e5 zoner!<span class=\"s1\">I would say that having used a standard indoor cycling bike previously has helped me get into the groove of CicloZone fairly quickly.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>I already had a good understanding of how it all worked and am now trying to hit certain speeds when instructed to be in a certain zone \u2013 it\u2019s coming together slowly.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>I might even colour code my little resistance knob too, for when I\u2019m so tired\u00a0 I can barely think about zones!<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Jag tr\u00e4nar nu tv\u00e5, ibland tre, g\u00e5nger i veckan p\u00e5 cykeln och g\u00f6r \u00e4ven ett yogapass f\u00f6r att h\u00e5lla mig v\u00e4l utstr\u00e4ckt. Jag har gjort misstaget tidigare att inte ha ett stretchpass i veckan och mina h\u00f6ftb\u00f6jare tackade mig inte alls f\u00f6r det! Jag g\u00f6r ocks\u00e5 en kettlebell-session och en konditionstr\u00e4ningssession men att l\u00e4gga till Ciclozone i min vecka har definitivt hj\u00e4lpt till att f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttra min kondition.<span class=\"s1\">I\u2019m now working out two, sometimes three, times a week on the bike and also doing a yoga session to keep well stretched. I\u2019ve made the mistake before of not having a stretch session in my week and my hip flexors didn\u2019t thank me for it at all! I&#8217;m also doing a kettlebell session and a cardio toning session but adding<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Ciclozone into my week has definitely helped improve my fitness.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Om du kommer tillbaka fr\u00e5n en kn\u00e4skada s\u00e5 \u00e4r CicloZone, enligt min mening, bra tr\u00e4ning.  Inte lika intensivt p\u00e5 kn\u00e4leden som att sitta p\u00e5 huk eller utfalla utan mer av ett benpass. Personligen k\u00e4nner jag mig snabbare och mer balanserade resultat p\u00e5 kortare tid och jag \u00e4r absolut inte en person som sitter p\u00e5 en viktmaskin.<span class=\"s1\">If you\u2019re coming back from a knee injury then, in my opinion, CicloZone is great exercise.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Not as intense on the knee joint as squatting or lunging but more of a full leg workout.
