Jag har tv\u00e5 jobb (b\u00e5da deltid och passar bra runt barnen). Jag tr\u00e4nar INTE \u2013 jag tycker om att tro att ett 20 minuters yogapass en g\u00e5ng i m\u00e5naden borde se mig r\u00e4tt och kommer att br\u00e4nna bort de rikliga m\u00e4ngderna choklad som jag \u00e4ter f\u00f6r att hj\u00e4lpa mig att ta mig igenom varje dag \u2013 speciellt under lockdown! Jag har varit v\u00e4ldigt mycket av &#8221;hej, vi \u00f6verlevde \u00e4nnu en dag, l\u00e5t oss ta lite choklad att fira!&#8221;-mentaliteten.<span class=\"s1\">May I introduce myself \u2013 I\u2019m Sarah, a 40-year-old mum of two, a wife of one and I am your average run of the mill person. I have two jobs (both part time and fit in well around the children). I do NOT exercise \u2013 I like to think a 20 min yoga session once a month should see me right and will burn off the copious amounts of chocolate that I eat to help me get through each day \u2013 especially during lockdown! I\u2019ve been very much of the \u2018hey, we survived another day, lets have some chocolate to celebrate!\u2019 mentality.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Och vilken \u00f6verraskning\u2026..p\u00e5 g\u00e5r en sten i vikt och jag m\u00e5r inte bra! Urgh. Att vara \u00e4ldre med l\u00e5ngsammare \u00e4mnesoms\u00e4ttning \u00e4r inte kul.<span class=\"s1\">And what a surprise\u2026..on goes a stone in weight and I am not feeling good! Urgh. Being older with a slower metabolism is not fun.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Jag \u00e4r besatt av Instagram, och under lockdown har jag sett S\u00c5 m\u00e5nga m\u00e4nniskor p\u00e5 den h\u00e4r sociala medieplattformen tr\u00e4na hemma. D\u00e5 t\u00e4nkte jag \u2013 varf\u00f6r kan det inte vara jag ocks\u00e5? Om jag k\u00f6per cykeln kommer v\u00e4l viljan att tr\u00e4na med den och genast faller en halv sten av?<span class=\"s1\">I am obsessed with Instagram, and over lockdown I have seen SO many people on this social media platform working out at home. Then I thought \u2013 why can\u2019t that be me too? Surely if I buy the bike, the will to exercise will come with it, and immediately half a stone will drop off?<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Jag p\u00e5verkas v\u00e4ldigt l\u00e4tt, jag har provat m\u00e5nga olika dieter och tr\u00e4ningsplaner, ingen av dem h\u00e5ller jag fast vid f\u00f6r, ja, livet bara st\u00e5r i v\u00e4gen. Jag har aldrig varit riktigt smal och jag har aldrig varit riktigt tjock. Men det jag k\u00e4nner nu \u00e4r oh\u00e4lsosamt. Det \u00e4r dags att g\u00f6ra en medveten f\u00f6r\u00e4ndring, f\u00f6reg\u00e5 med gott exempel f\u00f6r mina barn och jobba p\u00e5 att f\u00e5 i mina sommarkl\u00e4der n\u00e4r de varmare dagarna kommer.<span class=\"s1\">I\u2019m influenced very easily, I have tried many different diets and exercise plans, none of which I stick to because, well, life just gets in the way. I\u2019ve never been really thin, and I\u2019ve never been really fat. But what I do feel now, is unhealthy. It\u2019s time to make a conscious change, set a good example to my children and work on getting into my summer clothes once the warmer days come.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">S\u00e5 CicloZone kontaktade mig&#8230; och jag \u00e4r glad att de gjorde det! Jag beh\u00f6vde ansvar\u2026. Jag beh\u00f6vde n\u00e5gon att rapportera tillbaka till \u2013 f\u00f6r jag \u00e4r inte bra p\u00e5 att rapportera tillbaka till mig sj\u00e4lv!<span class=\"s1\">So CicloZone approached me\u2026.. and boy am I glad they did! I needed accountability\u2026. I needed someone to report back to \u2013 because I am not good at reporting back to myself!<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Det h\u00e4r \u00e4r det perfekta tillf\u00e4llet f\u00f6r mig att reda ut det h\u00e4r, bli piggare, bli friskare och m\u00e5 bra!<span class=\"s1\">This is the perfect opportunity for me to sort this out, get fitter, get healthier and feel good! <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">S\u00e5 hur g\u00e5r det hittills? Okej, jag ska vara \u00e4rlig. Jag sa att jag skulle g\u00e5 tre lektioner i veckan i mars. Den f\u00f6rsta veckan kom jag med n\u00e5gra urs\u00e4kter och hann med ungef\u00e4r 20 minuter. Hur l\u00f6jligt \u00e4r det? Jag kunde bara inte komma in i &#8221;Zonen&#8221; (ordlek avsedd). N\u00e5gon mer som k\u00e4nner s\u00e5 h\u00e4r? Kan du bara inte f\u00f6rm\u00e5 dig att komma ig\u00e5ng? Det \u00e4r galet, f\u00f6r du vet att n\u00e4r du g\u00f6r det kommer du att k\u00e4nna dig helt fantastisk! MEN DET \u00c4R ATT KOMMA I G\u00c5NG!<span class=\"s1\">So how is it going so far? Okay, I\u2019ll be honest. I said I would do three classes a week in March. The first week, I made some excuses and managed about 20 minutes. How ridiculous is that? I just couldn\u2019t get into the \u2018Zone\u2019 (pun intended). Anyone else feel like this? You just can\u2019t bring yourself to get going? It\u2019s crazy, because you know when you do, you will feel absolutely amazing! BUT IT\u2019S THE GETTING GOING!<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Spola fram till den h\u00e4r veckan och jag \u00e4r k\u00e4r i CicloZone! Jag kom \u00f6ver vilken osynlig barri\u00e4r som helst som h\u00f6ll mig tillbaka (\u00e4ven det faktum att min man hela tiden sa &#8221;Om du inte s\u00e4tter dig p\u00e5 den d\u00e4r cykeln s\u00e4ljer vi den&#8221;) Jag tror att jag var orolig att jag inte skulle kunna g\u00f6ra det. I mitt huvud trodde jag att klasserna skulle bli f\u00f6r mycket \u2013 jag menar, titta p\u00e5 tr\u00e4narna \u2013 de \u00e4r alla s\u00e5 atletiskt v\u00e4ltr\u00e4nade att jag inte kan h\u00e5lla j\u00e4mna steg med dem?! Jag kanske bara var lite f\u00f6rskr\u00e4ckt. (Och lat, kom att t\u00e4nka p\u00e5 det.)<span class=\"s1\">Fast forward to this week and I am in LOVE with CicloZone! I got over whatever invisible barrier that was holding me back (also the fact that my husband kept saying \u2018If you don\u2019t get on that bike, we are selling it\u2019) I think I was worried I wouldn\u2019t be able to do it. In my head, I believed that the classes would be too much \u2013 I mean, look at the trainers \u2013 they are all so athletically fit, I can\u2019t keep up with them surely?! Maybe I was just a bit daunted. (And lazy, come to think of it.)<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Kan jag s\u00e4ga er nu \u2013 till alla nyb\u00f6rjare \u2013 s\u00e5 \u00e4r inte fallet! Du g\u00e5r och hittar en klass med l\u00e5g COL% f\u00f6r dig (l\u00e5ga 70% \u00e4r bra) och g\u00e5r i din egen takt. Det \u00e4r ingen t\u00e4vling, ingen d\u00f6mer dig, du beh\u00f6ver inte skr\u00e4mmas. Som Mel Thomas s\u00e4ger \u2013 tr\u00e4ffa den s\u00f6ta punkten och du kommer att k\u00e4nna att du kan n\u00e5 ditt m\u00e5l.<span class=\"s1\">Can I tell you now \u2013 to all the beginners \u2013 this is not the case! You go find a low COL% class for you (Low 70% ones are good) and go at your own pace. It\u2019s not a competition, no one is judging you, you don\u2019t need to be daunted. As Mel Thomas says \u2013 hit the sweet spot and you will feel like you can achieve your goal.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Och det g\u00f6r jag nu! Jag k\u00e4nner att med dessa klasser och den uppmuntran som tr\u00e4narna ger kan jag m\u00e5 b\u00e4ttre, och jag kan k\u00e4nna mig friskare och jag kan k\u00e4nna mig piggare.<span class=\"s1\">And I do now! I feel that that with these classes and the encouragement that the trainers give, I can feel better, and I can feel healthier, and I can feel fitter.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Okej \u2013 jag vet att jag bara har tv\u00e5 veckor kvar, men jag flyter fortfarande p\u00e5 serotoninet fr\u00e5n g\u00e5rdagens klass! Jag vill kl\u00e4mma in en till senare idag eller om inte imorgon, och det, mina v\u00e4nner, blir min tredje lektion f\u00f6r veckan. M\u00e5let jag hade satt upp mig; tre lektioner i veckan. L\u00e4tt att uppn\u00e5 f\u00f6r en ol\u00e4mplig, medel\u00e5lders, tr\u00f6tt och mycket upptagen person. Hur m\u00e5nga g\u00e5nger har vi inte h\u00f6rt \u2018If I can do it, you can!\u2019 L\u00e5ter s\u00e5\u00e5\u00e5\u00e5\u00e5 corny men sant! Om jag kommer p\u00e5 en mindre cheesy rad s\u00e5 l\u00e5ter jag dig veta!<span class=\"s1\">Okay \u2013 I know I\u2019m only two weeks in, but I\u2019m still floating on the serotonin of yesterday\u2019s class! I want to squeeze another one in later today or if not tomorrow, and that, my friends, will be my third class of the week. The goal I had set myself; three classes a week. Easily achievable for an unfit, middle aged, tired and very busy person. How many times have we heard \u2018If I can do it, you can!\u2019 Sounds soooooo corny but true! If I come up with a less cheesy line, I will let you know! <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hall\u00e5 d\u00e4r andra
