Jag har gjort allt.<\/p>\n<p>I b\u00f6rjan var cykling helt enkelt n\u00e5got jag \u00e4lskade att g\u00f6ra. Det var mitt, min sport, mitt utlopp. Men n\u00e4r jag blev \u00e4ldre och b\u00f6rjade f\u00f6rdjupa mig i cykeltr\u00e4ning ins\u00e5g jag att det jag h\u00e5llit p\u00e5 med hela livet faktiskt var det b\u00e4sta jag kunde g\u00f6ra f\u00f6r min kropp.<\/p>\n<p>Det har f\u00f6rt mig in p\u00e5 en v\u00e4g av cykelutbildning: att s\u00e5 tidigt som m\u00f6jligt l\u00e4ra m\u00e4nniskor hur bra cykling kan vara f\u00f6r kroppen och f\u00e5 s\u00e5 m\u00e5nga som m\u00f6jligt upp p\u00e5 en cykel, med f\u00f6rst\u00e5else f\u00f6r exakt vad som h\u00e4nder fysiologiskt \u2014 och psykologiskt \u2014 n\u00e4r du cyklar.<\/p>\n<p>hur kroppen reagerar p\u00e5 tr\u00e4ning<\/p>\n<p>Ur fysiologisk synvinkel producerar kroppen effekt m\u00e4tt i watt f\u00f6r varje aktivitet den utf\u00f6r. Denna effekt skapas av en eller flera av dina tre energisystem. Ditt aeroba system \u00e4r l\u00e5gintensivitetssystemet som producerar effekt med hj\u00e4lp av syre. N\u00e4r intensiteten \u00f6kar och du anv\u00e4nder st\u00f6rre muskelgrupper b\u00f6rjar laktatsystemet arbeta, och glykogen lagrat i musklerna omvandlas till energi och effekt. N\u00e4r du n\u00e4rmar dig och passerar laktatsystemets tr\u00f6skel vid mycket h\u00f6g intensitet b\u00f6rjar du producera effekt anaerobt, vilket inneb\u00e4r en kemisk reaktion inom ditt fosfatenergisystem.<\/p>\n<p>Intensiteten i din aktivitet och det s\u00e4tt kroppen aktiverar sina energisystem p\u00e5verkar de resultat du f\u00e5r \u2014 men en sak \u00e4r s\u00e4ker: vi beh\u00f6ver alla tre friska och kraftfulla energisystem f\u00f6r att vara en helt balanserad, h\u00e4lsosam och stark m\u00e4nniska.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00e4ldigt f\u00e5 aktiviteter g\u00f6r det m\u00f6jligt att aktivera alla dessa energisystem med tillr\u00e4cklig intensitet f\u00f6r att ge resultat, fr\u00e4mst f\u00f6r att det finns en kraft som verkar p\u00e5 oss dagligen \u2014 gravitationen.<\/p>\n<p>Det inneb\u00e4r att varje aktivitet som arbetar mot gravitationen uts\u00e4tter ligament och senor f\u00f6r skjuvkrafter n\u00e4r musklerna aktiveras \u2014 vare sig det handlar om l\u00f6pning, hopp eller tyngdlyftning. Gravitationen s\u00e4tter naturligt en gr\u00e4ns f\u00f6r s\u00e5dana aktiviteter, och p\u00e5 sikt m\u00e4rks de negativa konsekvenserna av dessa skjuvkrafter i leder och ligament.<\/p>\n<p>Varje aktivitet som med r\u00e4tta kan kallas funktionell och verkligt gynnsam f\u00f6r m\u00e4nniskokroppen m\u00e5ste till\u00e5ta h\u00f6g intensitet samtidigt som den begr\u00e4nsar de negativa effekterna av s\u00e5dana skjuvkrafter.<\/p>\n<p>Varf\u00f6r cykla?<\/p>\n<p>Vi vet alla att simning ofta beskrivs som den b\u00e4sta tr\u00e4ningsformen f\u00f6r m\u00e4nniskokroppen: vattnets flytf\u00f6rm\u00e5ga lindrar gravitationens effekter och l\u00e5ter muskler, ligament och leder r\u00f6ra sig fritt, utan den kraften.<\/p>\n<p>Cykling kan klassas p\u00e5 ett liknande s\u00e4tt, eftersom vi sitter i l\u00e5nga stunder p\u00e5 cykeln med f\u00f6tterna fastklickade i pedalerna. Det inneb\u00e4r att vi hamnar i en situation d\u00e4r gravitationen visserligen verkar p\u00e5 v\u00e5r massa, men inte direkt p\u00e5 v\u00e5r kropp.<\/p>\n<p>Det l\u00e5ter oss r\u00f6ra oss relativt fritt utan gravitationens begr\u00e4nsningar och minskar dessa skjuvkrafter.<\/p>\n<p>Tack vare framsteg inom effektm\u00e4tare och teknik har vi dessutom f\u00f6rdelen att kunna ber\u00e4kna och f\u00f6lja upp hur mycket effekt vi producerar n\u00e4r vi cyklar.<\/p>\n<p>Med kunskap om hur kadens och intensitet aktiverar de tre huvudenergisystemen, och kunskap om var laktatsystemets tr\u00f6skel ligger uttryckt i effekt, uppt\u00e4ckte jag att jag kunde optimera tr\u00e4ningen f\u00f6r vem som helst.
