Na vida, geralmente, a maioria das coisas funciona melhor quando existe algum tipo de equil\u00edbrio. Um equil\u00edbrio no ambiente \u00e9 sempre uma coisa boa e ocorrem sempre problemas quando esse equil\u00edbrio se torna desequilibrado. Equilibrar o dia a dia de algu\u00e9m entre trabalho e lazer \u00e9 sempre \u00f3timo e quando isso \u00e9 certo, sente-se os benef\u00edcios em todos os aspetos da vida. Mesmo nos relacionamentos, seja no amor ou nos neg\u00f3cios, o equil\u00edbrio entre as pessoas e o que oferecem numa rela\u00e7\u00e3o ir\u00e1 torn\u00e1-las mais fortes juntos do que individualmente.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Isto tamb\u00e9m se aplica ao corpo humano e especialmente \u00e0 biomec\u00e2nica que rege todos os nossos movimentos que envolvem as nossas articula\u00e7\u00f5es, que s\u00e3o governados por a\u00e7\u00f5es agonistas e antag\u00f3nicas dos m\u00fasculos, que trabalham em conjunto e em equil\u00edbrio para manter a sa\u00fade dessa articula\u00e7\u00e3o e, portanto, a efici\u00eancia do seu movimento. Qualquer desequil\u00edbrio entre estes dois m\u00fasculos que trabalham em conjunto causar\u00e1 problemas inerentes na articula\u00e7\u00e3o em que trabalham. O exemplo mais evidente de um m\u00fasculo agonista e antagonista a trabalhar em conjunto ser\u00e1 o b\u00edceps e o tr\u00edceps. Ora, para os n\u00e3o ciclistas, mesmo para indiv\u00edduos extremamente aptos cujo desporto ou atividade envolva os p\u00e9s no ch\u00e3o, encontrar\u00e1 uma domin\u00e2ncia dos quadr\u00edceps nas pernas. Este dom\u00ednio \u00e9 causado principalmente e simplesmente devido \u00e0s for\u00e7as gravitacionais que actuam constantemente sobre os nossos corpos, empurrando-nos constantemente para o ch\u00e3o por baixo de n\u00f3s. Qualquer movimento contra a gravidade, como correr, saltar ou at\u00e9 mesmo levantar-se da posi\u00e7\u00e3o sentada, ir\u00e1 recrutar principalmente os quadr\u00edceps. Isto, com o tempo, resulta no dom\u00ednio qu\u00e1druplo de que fal\u00e1mos anteriormente.
