{"id":9375,"date":"2023-03-13T13:47:43","date_gmt":"2023-03-13T13:47:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ciclozone.com\/blog\/keto-parte-2-e-para-ti-darren-lee\/"},"modified":"2026-03-30T23:07:24","modified_gmt":"2026-03-30T22:07:24","slug":"keto-parte-2-e-para-ti-darren-lee","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ciclozone.com\/pt-pt\/blog\/keto-parte-2-e-para-ti-darren-lee\/","title":{"rendered":"Keto Parte 2 &#8211; \u00c9 para ti? &#8211; Darren Lee"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"p2\">A nutri\u00e7\u00e3o estilo Keto tem, como discutido no meu blog anterior, alguns benef\u00edcios \u00f3bvios para os ciclistas e a forma como queremos gastar a nossa energia, mas tamb\u00e9m existem algumas desvantagens e temos de as ter em considera\u00e7\u00e3o antes de decidirmos que isto \u00e9 para si.<span class=\"s1\">K<\/span><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">Comecemos por enumerar os principais desafios que o Keto representa para os ciclistas, que determinar\u00e3o como o Keto pode ser utilizado eficazmente no ciclismo.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">Research has shown that even though you burn much more fat on Keto, it takes more oxygen to burn all that extra fat and your exercise economy gets worse. Al\u00e9m disso, a sua capacidade de utilizar hidratos de carbono \u00e9 reduzida como resultado da adapta\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 gordura. \u00c9 uma compensa\u00e7\u00e3o: melhora a corrida com gordura a uma intensidade baixa a m\u00e9dia, mas perde alguma capacidade de correr com a\u00e7\u00facar a uma intensidade muito elevada.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">A maioria das pessoas que toma Keto fica abaixo dos 50g de hidratos de carbono por dia, o que \u00e9 muito diferente dos habituais 300-500 gramas de hidratos de carbono t\u00edpicos de um entusiasta do ciclismo com uma dieta rica em hidratos de carbono.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">Quando melhora na queima de gordura, \u00e9 mais f\u00e1cil fazer aquelas pedaladas longas e constantes. Encontrei um equil\u00edbrio na minha dieta que permitiu ao meu corpo ainda utilizar a\u00e7\u00facares e cafe\u00edna para pequenas explos\u00f5es de energia, mas tenho de admitir que este equil\u00edbrio era extremamente dif\u00edcil de manter e os desejos que eu tinha por a\u00e7\u00facares por vezes deixavam-me louco!<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">Keto \u00e9 uma dieta muito restritiva. Limitar os hidratos de carbono a menos de 50 g por dia significa que n\u00e3o pode comer nenhum dos acompanhamentos t\u00edpicos, como arroz, massa, p\u00e3o ou batatas. Deve tamb\u00e9m abster-se de doces, como chocolate de leite, bolachas, bolos, bebidas a\u00e7ucaradas e assim por diante. O meu equil\u00edbrio foi encontrado principalmente na ingest\u00e3o de uma pequena percentagem de guloseimas a\u00e7ucaradas durante as minhas sess\u00f5es de treino, o que manteve um n\u00edvel de capacidade de a\u00e7\u00facar\/glicog\u00e9nio para ser utilizado durante momentos de maior produ\u00e7\u00e3o de energia&#8230; embora, fora da bicicleta, os a\u00e7\u00facares fossem definitivamente um n\u00e3o, n\u00e3o e eu lutasse contra estes dem\u00f3nios diariamente. Infelizmente, isto \u00e9 dif\u00edcil, especialmente quando a vida se intromete e \u00e9 preciso preocupar-se com outras coisas para al\u00e9m da dieta.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">Estas s\u00e3o desvantagens bastante graves, mas ser\u00e1 que superam os benef\u00edcios descritos no post anterior do meu blog? Depende dos seus objetivos.
