Quer a interrup\u00e7\u00e3o do seu treino seja agrad\u00e1vel ou n\u00e3o, quando a vida acontecer, haver\u00e1 algumas regress\u00f5es fisiol\u00f3gicas que afetar\u00e3o o seu desempenho no ciclismo. Contudo, nem tudo est\u00e1 perdido, uma vez que estes reveses s\u00e3o tempor\u00e1rios e ocorrem a ritmos diversos.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">O Princ\u00edpio da Reversibilidade<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">A reversibilidade \u00e9 tamb\u00e9m conhecida como perda de adapta\u00e7\u00f5es induzidas pelo treino em resposta a est\u00edmulos de treino insuficientes.
