Tenho estado a ler sobre a \u2018nova\u2019 aula \u2013 SHOCKWAVE by MT \u2013 por isso pensei que seria a aula ideal para voltar\u2026 Digamos que tenho medo de pensar como teria lidado com algo mais dif\u00edcil!!!  Muito choque, pelo menos n\u00e3o muitos acenos da minha parte.  Al\u00e9m disso, a CicloZone enviou-me uma t-shirt pelo correio, por isso achei melhor experimentar!<span class=\"s1\">After three weeks rest with a niggly injury I\u2019m back.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>I\u2019ve been reading about the \u2018new\u2019 class \u2013 SHOCKWAVE by MT &#8211; so thought that would be ideal class to come back with&#8230;<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Let\u2019s just say I dread to think how I\u2019d have coped with anything tougher!!!<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Lots of shock, not much wave from me at least.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Also, CicloZone sent me a t-shirt in the post, so I thought I\u2019d better try it out!<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">O que posso dizer a todos os principiantes que andam por a\u00ed? Experimente as aulas da Mel \u2013 filtre durante 30 minutos, se necess\u00e1rio.  \u00c9 \u00f3timo a explicar a sua forma, a encoraj\u00e1-lo, a explicar como deve ser cada zona, onde deve estar na bicicleta, como o seu corpo se deve sentir &#8211; apenas pequenas dicas e lembretes durante todo o caminho, enquanto o incentiva a &#8216;empurrar, empurrar&#8217;!<span class=\"s1\">What I can say to all those beginners out there? Give Mel\u2019s classes a try \u2013 filter by 30 minutes if needs be.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>He\u2019s great at talking you through your form, encouraging you, explaining how each zone should feel, where you should be on the bike, how your body should feel \u2013 just little tips and reminders all the way though while encouraging you to \u2018push push\u2019!<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Tenho lutado muito com a les\u00e3o no joelho: as dores na canela s\u00e3o constantes por causa da opera\u00e7\u00e3o, afetaram-me o p\u00e9 (que \u00e9 a raz\u00e3o da recente dispensa), mas estou determinado a voltar, para recuperar a forma f\u00edsica!  Adoro a sensa\u00e7\u00e3o de estar \u201cem forma\u201d por dentro, de que o meu cora\u00e7\u00e3o est\u00e1 a funcionar bem, de que me posso sentir em forma e n\u00e3o ter necessariamente de parecer magra e magra por fora, mas sei que tenho um cora\u00e7\u00e3o saud\u00e1vel por dentro.<span class=\"s1\">I\u2019ve really been struggling with my knee injury: the pain in my shin is constant from the operation, it\u2019s affected my foot (which is the reason for the recent lay off), but I\u2019m determined to get back, to get my fitness back!<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>I love the feeling of being \u2018fit\u2019 inside, that my heart is working well, that I can feel fit and not necessarily have to look skinny and lean on the outside but know I have a healthy heart on the inside.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Para mim \u00e9 tudo uma quest\u00e3o de equil\u00edbrio.  Quero encaixar o CicloZone no meu regime de fitness, e agora que as aulas de gin\u00e1stica est\u00e3o novamente a abrir, espero que os pequenos momentos que tenho feito em casa tenham retorno no gin\u00e1sio.<span class=\"s1\">For me it\u2019s all about balance.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>I want to fit CicloZone into my fitness regime, and now the gym classes are opening again I\u2019m hoping the little bits I\u2019ve been doing at home will pay off back in the gym.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Quero poder comer e beber o que quiser (dentro do razo\u00e1vel) e saber que ainda poderei ter as minhas aulas, quero poder passear o meu c\u00e3o durante quil\u00f3metros e quil\u00f3metros, sabendo que o meu corpo est\u00e1 \u00e0 altura disso!  Quero ter um cora\u00e7\u00e3o saud\u00e1vel e uma mente s\u00e3.<span class=\"s1\">I want to be able to eat and drink what I want (within reason) and know I\u2019ll still be able to do my classes, I want to be able to walk my dog for miles and miles, knowing my body is up to it!<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>I want to have a healthy heart AND a healthy mind.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Para mim, o CicloZone encaixa-se perfeitamente no meu dia.  Eu trabalho em casa de qualquer maneira (tenho feito isto nos \u00faltimos 10 anos), por isso posso ficar sentado com a minha roupa de gin\u00e1stica sem olhares estranhos, posso preparar a bicicleta e come\u00e7ar a treinar em 10 minutos, depois estar de volta \u00e0 minha secret\u00e1ria dentro de uma hora \u2013 a conveni\u00eancia torna muito menos uma batalha mental \u2013 deixando-me com toda a minha energia para pedalar.<span class=\"s1\">For me, CicloZone fits perfectly into my day.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>I work from home anyway (have done for the last 10 years), so I can sit around in my gym clothes without any strange looks, I can set the bike up and be working out within 10 minutes, then be back at my desk within the hour \u2013 the convenience makes it so much less of a battle mentally \u2013 leaving me with all my energy to put through the pedals.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Para aqueles que continuam a dizer que v\u00e3o come\u00e7ar, continuem. Ainda me considero um principiante, sou uma t\u00edpica mulher casada de 40 anos (de classe alta), m\u00e3e que trabalha com filhos mais velhos e tem um c\u00e3o.  N\u00e3o sou um motociclista louco, nem um fan\u00e1tico louco do fitness \u2013 apenas uma pessoa comum que quer ser saud\u00e1vel.<span class=\"s1\">For those out there that keep saying they\u2019ll start, stick with it. I still consider myself a beginner, I\u2019m your typical married 40-odd-year-old (higher end), working mum of older kids with a dog.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>I\u2019m not a mad biker, not a mad fitness fanatic \u2013 just your average person wanting to be healthy.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Fa\u00e7a o que puder e esses pequenos ganhos vir\u00e3o.
