Quanto e com que esfor\u00e7o?<\/p>\n<p>Quanto \u00e9 suficiente para alcan\u00e7ar os resultados pretendidos e quanto \u00e9 demasiado, conduzindo a esgotamento ou, pior, a les\u00f5es?<\/p>\n<p>Na maioria das modalidades, esta \u00e9 quase sempre uma resposta dada \u00aba olho\u00bb. \u00c9 muito dif\u00edcil medir com precis\u00e3o o esfor\u00e7o que se est\u00e1 a fazer, porque tudo \u00e9 relativo \u00e0 pessoa e \u00e0s condi\u00e7\u00f5es e vari\u00e1veis em que treina.<\/p>\n<p>No ciclismo, contudo, esta \u00e9 uma \u00e1rea que tem sido alvo de estudo e aperfei\u00e7oamento constantes em busca do desempenho ciclista ideal.
