Mexer-se mais ajuda ainda a reduzir o per\u00edmetro da cintura, a baixar a tens\u00e3o arterial, a melhorar o humor, a gerir o stress e a dormir melhor.<\/p>\n<p>Neste Dia Mundial da Diabetes, analisamos como a atividade f\u00edsica pode ajudar no combate a esta doen\u00e7a, que afeta cerca de 4,8 milh\u00f5es de pessoas no Reino Unido.<\/p>\n<p>Como tornar-se ativo<\/p>\n<p>A Diabetes UK recomenda que tente fazer 30 minutos de atividade moderada cinco dias por semana ou 15 minutos de atividade vigorosa cinco dias por semana.<\/p>\n<p>A atividade moderada inclui caminhada r\u00e1pida, pedalar em terreno plano, nadar ou uma aula online de exerc\u00edcio suave.
