Hoewel het moeilijk zou zijn om tot \u00e9\u00e9n consensus te komen, zijn we het er allemaal over eens dat alle topsporters een specifiek en gedetailleerd trainingsplan volgen. Niemand kan aan de top van zijn vakgebied komen door simpelweg \u201cer mee te spelen\u201d; Ze bereiken ook geen voortdurende fitnesswinst door de hele tijd alles uit de kast te halen.<\/p>\n<p>Als je echt fitnesswinst wilt behalen, moet je gaan denken \u2018als een atleet\u2019 en herstel tijdens de training in je algemene plan inbouwen.<\/p>\n<p>Herhaalbare inspanningen en herstel<br \/>Atleten trainen voor uitmuntendheid door inspanningen te herhalen in een poging hun vaardigheden te verfijnen.<\/p>\n<p>Afhankelijk van de sport kan dit er heel anders uitzien. Wat echter niet verandert, is dat inspanningen zowel worden gemeten als herhaald. Om inspanningen gedurende een vergelijkbare duur met succes te kunnen herhalen, is herstel tijdens de training vereist.<\/p>\n<p>In een eerder bericht bespraken we a\u00ebrobe inspanningen. Zolang er voldoende zuurstof aanwezig is en de inspanning onder de drempel blijft, kan iemand urenlang op die intensiteit blijven. Maak echter gebruik van drempel- of bovendrempelinspanningen en de duur bij die intensiteit neemt af. Zodra u de eindige hoeveelheid ATP die in de spiercellen is opgeslagen, begint op te gebruiken, moet herstel plaatsvinden voordat u de inspanningen op dat niveau kunt hervatten.<\/p>\n<p>De omgekeerde aard van werk ten opzichte van herstel<br \/>Er zijn enkele \u2018vuistregels\u2019 als het gaat om herstel, maar ik zal ook vermelden dat er enkele geavanceerde trainingsprotocollen zijn die \u2018onvolledig\u2019 herstel gebruiken als een manier om extra stressoren te cre\u00ebren die tot positieve trainingsaanpassingen leiden.<\/p>\n<p>Laten we voor dit doel vasthouden aan de meest voorkomende regels en richtlijnen rond werk: rust. Intensiteit en duur zijn omgekeerd evenredig. Waar de een omhoog gaat, gaat de ander omlaag.<\/p>\n<p>Alle menselijke lichamen opereren volgens een soortgelijke reeks leidende principes die inspanningsfysiologie worden genoemd: hoewel sommige atleten ongelooflijke prestaties kunnen leveren, valt niemand buiten de beperkingen van hoe het lichaam opereert binnen de grenzen van de energieleveringssystemen. Hoe hoger de intensiteit of de inspanning, hoe korter het kan worden volgehouden en hoe langer het herstel nodig is om die krachtdoelen opnieuw te bereiken.<\/p>\n<p>Hoe herstelintervallen te structureren<br \/>Herstel zal afhangen van de algehele conditie.<\/p>\n<p>Hoe fitter iemand is, hoe sneller hij of zij zal herstellen. Om echter het meeste voordeel uit uw trainingssessie te halen, is het de bedoeling dat u voldoende herstelt na een doelspecifieke oefening, zodat u die krachtdoelen of die inspanningsniveaus opnieuw kunt bereiken.<\/p>\n<p>Zo verbeter je je conditie en je prestaties.<\/p>\n<p>Werken met een fiets met een console die kracht laat zien, is erg handig omdat je letterlijk je prestaties bij herhaalde inspanningen of oefeningen kunt bekijken en volgen. Herstel kan plaatsvinden op niveau 1 of 2.<\/p>\n<p>Voor een indoor cycling-sessie van 45-60 minuten gelden de volgende werk-rustverhoudingen:<\/p>\n<h2>Niveau 1 Actief herstel N.v.t<\/h2>\n<h2>Niveau 2 uithoudingsvermogen N.v.t<\/h2>\n<h3>Niveau 3 Tempo 2:1-4:1<\/h3>\n<h2>Niveau 4 Lactaatdrempel 2:1-4:1<\/h2>\n<h2>Niveau 5 VO2 Max 1:1-1:2<\/h2>\n<h2>Niveau 6 Anaerobe capaciteit 1:2-1:4<\/h2>\n<h2>Niveau 7 Neuromusculaire kracht 1:4-1:10+<\/h2>\n<p>Dus als u herhalingen van 10 minuten doet op uw lactaatdrempel (LT), wilt u tussen elk interval 2,5 tot 5 minuten herstel hebben. Als u bij VO2 Max-herhalingen van 5 minuten 5 tot 10 minuten rustig fietst tussen elke herhaling, krijgt u meer succes bij herhaalde pogingen. Neuro-musculaire krachtuitbarsting van 15 seconden? Plan een herstel van 1 tot 2,5 minuten.<\/p>\n<p>Door de juiste werk-rustverhouding in uw ritten te plannen, zorgt u ervoor dat de training doelgericht en gestructureerd is voor succes.<\/p>\n<p>Onthoud dat u bij twijfel moet denken als een atleet.
