Ik merk dat mijn longen het beter aankunnen dan mijn benen \u2013 ze lijken veel sneller moe te worden dan dat ik buiten adem lijk, als dat logisch is?<span class=\"s1\">It\u2019s been around a month now that I\u2019ve been back on it and it\u2019s painful at times \u2013 my legs\/knee and my lungs &#8211; but I\u2019m getting my fitness back, slowly!<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>I\u2019m finding that my lungs are coping better than my legs \u2013 they seem to get tired much quicker than I seem out of breath, if that makes sense?<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Ik rond alle lessen af, ongeacht of ze 30 minuten of 45 minuten duren, maar ik heb echt moeite om sneller te staan\/springen en kan maar ongeveer 20-25 seconden volhouden. Dit is mijn uitdaging voor mezelf: een les afmaken EN alle staande secties voltooien, in het juiste tempo.<span class=\"s1\">I\u2019m finishing all the <a href=\"#\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">classes<\/a>, regardless of whether they&#8217;re 30 minutes or 45, however I really am struggling to stand\/jump at a quicker pace, and can only manage around 20-25 seconds. This is my challenge to myself \u2013 to finish a class AND complete all the standing sections, at the right pace.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Mijn scheenbeen begint pijn te doen op de plek waar het metaalwerk in het bot zit.  Ik zie de adviseur op 29 april om te bespreken hoe dit kan worden verwijderd.  Het is iets waar ik lang en hard over heb nagedacht, omdat ik geen stap terug wil doen, net nu ik het gevoel heb dat ik ergens kom!  Ik ervaar een knobbel in mijn scheenbeen aan de onderkant van de plaat na het sporten, dus ik ben voorlopig heel verstandig met de staande secties.  Ik heb ook af en toe een licht klemgevoel op mijn knieschijf gevoeld, dus dit moet goed in de gaten worden gehouden en opnieuw met de consulent worden besproken.<span class=\"s1\">My shin has begun to hurt where the metal work is in the bone.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>I\u2019m seeing the consultant on 29<\/span><span class=\"s2\"><sup>th<\/sup><\/span><span class=\"s1\"> April to discuss getting this removed.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>It\u2019s something I\u2019ve thought long and hard about because I don\u2019t want to take a step back again, just as I feel like I\u2019m getting somewhere!<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>I\u2019m experiencing a lump in my shin at the bottom of the plate after exercising so am being very sensible with the standing sections for now.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>I\u2019ve also been feeling a slight locking sensation on my kneecap on occasion too, so this will need watching carefully and discussing with the consultant again.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">De afgelopen maand heb ik gewerkt aan de Calorie Killer-les (Mel) en ook aan de Intensive Leg and Booty Blast met Rachel.  Ik vond deze allebei briljant, waarbij het grootste deel van de klas een hogere intensiteit had, maar een iets langzamer tempo. Ik probeer tenslotte mijn dijspieren weer op te bouwen, zodat mijn benen er weer gelijkmatig uitzien.<span class=\"s1\">In the last month, I\u2019ve worked on the Calorie Killer class <a href=\"#\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">(Mel) and also the Intensive Leg and Booty Blast with Rachel<\/a>.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>I\u2019ve found both of these brilliant, with the majority of the class at higher intensity but slightly slower pace \u2013 after all, I am trying to build my thigh muscles back up so my legs look even again.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Ik zeg dat mijn scheenbeen pijn doet \u2013 al mijn benen voelen aan als gelei en mijn longen alsof ze gaan barsten \u2013 maar het gaat zeker vooruit. Mijn Fitbit-metingen zijn daar het bewijs van, aangezien mijn hartslag en ademhaling elke keer sneller weer normaal worden.<span class=\"s1\">I say my shin hurts \u2013 all of my legs feel like jelly and my lungs like they\u2019re going to burst \u2013 but I\u2019m definitely improving. My fitbit readings are proof of that as my heartbeat and breathing are returning to normal faster each time.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Ik zou zeggen dat het feit dat ik eerder een standaard indoorfietsfiets heb gebruikt, me heeft geholpen vrij snel in de smaak van CicloZone te komen.  Ik had al goed begrepen hoe het allemaal werkte en probeer nu bepaalde snelheden te halen als ik de opdracht krijg om in een bepaalde zone te zijn \u2013 het komt langzaam samen. Misschien geef ik zelfs mijn kleine weerstandsknop een kleurcode, want als ik zo moe ben, kan ik nauwelijks aan zones denken!<span class=\"s1\">I would say that having used a standard indoor cycling bike previously has helped me get into the groove of CicloZone fairly quickly.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>I already had a good understanding of how it all worked and am now trying to hit certain speeds when instructed to be in a certain zone \u2013 it\u2019s coming together slowly.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>I might even colour code my little resistance knob too, for when I\u2019m so tired\u00a0 I can barely think about zones!<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Ik train nu twee, soms drie keer per week op de fiets en doe ook een yogasessie om goed gestrekt te blijven. Ik heb eerder de fout gemaakt dat ik deze week geen stretchsessie heb gedaan en mijn heupbuigers hebben me daar helemaal niet voor bedankt! Ik doe ook een kettlebell-sessie en een cardio-toning-sessie, maar het toevoegen van Ciclozone aan mijn week heeft zeker geholpen mijn conditie te verbeteren.<span class=\"s1\">I\u2019m now working out two, sometimes three, times a week on the bike and also doing a yoga session to keep well stretched. I\u2019ve made the mistake before of not having a stretch session in my week and my hip flexors didn\u2019t thank me for it at all! I&#8217;m also doing a kettlebell session and a cardio toning session but adding<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Ciclozone into my week has definitely helped improve my fitness.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Als je terugkomt van een knieblessure, dan is CicloZone naar mijn mening een geweldige oefening.  Niet zo intensief voor het kniegewricht als hurken of lungen, maar meer een volledige beentraining. Persoonlijk ervaar ik snellere en evenwichtigere resultaten in minder tijd en ik ben zeker geen persoon die op een gewichtsmachine zit.<span class=\"s1\">If you\u2019re coming back from a knee injury then, in my opinion, CicloZone is great exercise.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Not as intense on the knee joint as squatting or lunging but more of a full leg workout.
