{"id":8254,"date":"2023-03-13T10:14:58","date_gmt":"2023-03-13T10:14:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ciclozone.com\/blog\/why-train-with-power\/"},"modified":"2026-04-13T13:59:04","modified_gmt":"2026-04-13T12:59:04","slug":"why-train-with-power","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ciclozone.com\/nl\/blog\/why-train-with-power\/","title":{"rendered":"Waarom trainen met vermogen?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>We weten allemaal dat lichaamsbeweging fundamenteel is voor ons fysieke en mentale welzijn, en er zijn talloze vormen van sport die daaraan bijdragen: van krachttraining, yoga en HIIT-lessen tot teamsporten zoals voetbal of rugby, en natuurlijk wielrennen en indoor cycling.<\/p>\n<p>De vraag die ik altijd stel wanneer ik met iemand over zijn sportroutine praat, is niet welke sport hij kiest \u2013 ze zijn allemaal op hun eigen manier waardevol \u2013 maar op welke frequentie en intensiteit hij traint. Hoeveel en hoe hard?<\/p>\n<p>Hoeveel is genoeg om de resultaten te behalen die je wilt, en hoeveel is te veel, met burn-out of \u2013 erger nog \u2013 blessures tot gevolg?<\/p>\n<p>In de meeste sporten is dat eigenlijk een kwestie van gokken. Het is erg moeilijk om exact in te schatten hoe hard je werkt, omdat het altijd relatief is aan jou als individu en aan de omstandigheden en variabelen waarin je traint.<\/p>\n<p>In het wielrennen daarentegen is dit een vakgebied dat eindeloos is onderzocht en verfijnd in de zoektocht naar de perfecte fietsprestatie. Dankzij de vooruitgang in technologie en kennis kunnen we deze training op profniveau nu aanbieden aan iedereen die een fiets rijdt, in welke omgeving dan ook \u2013 van sportschool of weg tot thuisstudio.<\/p>\n<p>Je energiesystemen activeren<\/p>\n<p>Het menselijk lichaam produceert vermogen uit drie energiesystemen.
