Ho letto della &#8220;nuova&#8221; lezione &#8211; SHOCKWAVE di MT &#8211; quindi ho pensato che sarebbe stata la lezione ideale con cui tornare&#8230; Diciamo solo che ho paura di pensare come avrei affrontato qualcosa di pi\u00f9 difficile!!!  Molto shock, almeno non molta ondata da parte mia.  Inoltre, CicloZone mi ha inviato una maglietta per posta, quindi ho pensato che sarebbe stato meglio provarla!<span class=\"s1\">After three weeks rest with a niggly injury I\u2019m back.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>I\u2019ve been reading about the \u2018new\u2019 class \u2013 SHOCKWAVE by MT &#8211; so thought that would be ideal class to come back with&#8230;<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Let\u2019s just say I dread to think how I\u2019d have coped with anything tougher!!!<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Lots of shock, not much wave from me at least.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Also, CicloZone sent me a t-shirt in the post, so I thought I\u2019d better try it out!<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Cosa posso dire a tutti quei principianti l\u00e0 fuori? Prova le lezioni di Mel: filtra per 30 minuti se necessario.  \u00c8 bravissimo nel parlarti della tua forma, incoraggiarti, spiegarti come dovrebbe sentirsi ogni zona, dove dovresti essere sulla bici, come dovrebbe sentirsi il tuo corpo &#8211; solo piccoli consigli e promemoria per tutto il percorso, incoraggiandoti a &#8220;spingere spingere&#8221;!<span class=\"s1\">What I can say to all those beginners out there? Give Mel\u2019s classes a try \u2013 filter by 30 minutes if needs be.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>He\u2019s great at talking you through your form, encouraging you, explaining how each zone should feel, where you should be on the bike, how your body should feel \u2013 just little tips and reminders all the way though while encouraging you to \u2018push push\u2019!<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Ho sofferto molto con l\u2019infortunio al ginocchio: il dolore alla tibia \u00e8 costante a causa dell\u2019operazione, ha colpito il piede (motivo del recente licenziamento), ma sono determinato a tornare, a ritrovare la forma fisica!  Amo la sensazione di essere &#8220;in forma&#8221; dentro, che il mio cuore funziona bene, che posso sentirmi in forma e non necessariamente dover sembrare magro e magro all&#8217;esterno, ma sapere di avere un cuore sano all&#8217;interno.<span class=\"s1\">I\u2019ve really been struggling with my knee injury: the pain in my shin is constant from the operation, it\u2019s affected my foot (which is the reason for the recent lay off), but I\u2019m determined to get back, to get my fitness back!<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>I love the feeling of being \u2018fit\u2019 inside, that my heart is working well, that I can feel fit and not necessarily have to look skinny and lean on the outside but know I have a healthy heart on the inside.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Per me \u00e8 tutta una questione di equilibrio.  Voglio inserire CicloZone nel mio regime di fitness e ora le lezioni in palestra stanno riaprendo. Spero che le piccole cose che ho fatto a casa mi ripagheranno in palestra.<span class=\"s1\">For me it\u2019s all about balance.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>I want to fit CicloZone into my fitness regime, and now the gym classes are opening again I\u2019m hoping the little bits I\u2019ve been doing at home will pay off back in the gym.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Voglio poter mangiare e bere quello che voglio (entro limiti ragionevoli) e sapere che potr\u00f2 comunque seguire le mie lezioni, voglio poter portare a spasso il mio cane per miglia e miglia, sapendo che il mio corpo \u00e8 all&#8217;altezza!  Voglio avere un cuore sano E una mente sana.<span class=\"s1\">I want to be able to eat and drink what I want (within reason) and know I\u2019ll still be able to do my classes, I want to be able to walk my dog for miles and miles, knowing my body is up to it!<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>I want to have a healthy heart AND a healthy mind.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Per me CicloZone si adatta perfettamente alla mia giornata.  Lavoro comunque da casa (l&#8217;ho fatto negli ultimi 10 anni), quindi posso sedermi nei miei abiti da palestra senza sguardi strani, posso impostare la bici e iniziare ad allenarmi in 10 minuti, quindi tornare alla mia scrivania entro un&#8217;ora &#8211; la comodit\u00e0 rende molto meno una battaglia mentale &#8211; lasciandomi con tutte le mie energie per spingere sui pedali.<span class=\"s1\">For me, CicloZone fits perfectly into my day.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>I work from home anyway (have done for the last 10 years), so I can sit around in my gym clothes without any strange looks, I can set the bike up and be working out within 10 minutes, then be back at my desk within the hour \u2013 the convenience makes it so much less of a battle mentally \u2013 leaving me with all my energy to put through the pedals.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Per quelli l\u00e0 fuori che continuano a dire che inizieranno, mantienilo. Mi considero ancora un principiante, sono la tipica quarantenne sposata (fascia alta), mamma che lavora di bambini pi\u00f9 grandi con un cane.  Non sono un motociclista pazzo, n\u00e9 un fanatico del fitness, solo la persona media che vuole essere in salute.<span class=\"s1\">For those out there that keep saying they\u2019ll start, stick with it. I still consider myself a beginner, I\u2019m your typical married 40-odd-year-old (higher end), working mum of older kids with a dog.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>I\u2019m not a mad biker, not a mad fitness fanatic \u2013 just your average person wanting to be healthy.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Fai quello che puoi fare e quei piccoli guadagni arriveranno.  Mi sento come se fossi tornato all&#8217;inizio dopo 3 settimane di pausa, ma SO che la forma fisica torner\u00e0 lentamente e molto presto mi vanter\u00f2 di nuovo della mia frequenza cardiaca a riposo.<span class=\"s1\">Do what you can do and those little gains will come.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>I feel like I\u2019m back at the beginning after 3 weeks off but I KNOW that fitness will slowly creep back and I\u2019ll be boasting about my resting heart rate again very soon.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Alla prossima volta&#8230;!<span class=\"s1\">Until next time&#8230;!<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dopo tre settimane di riposo per un brutto infortunio sono tornato.
