Ci\u00f2 significa che ci sto andando \u2013 oh, ho perso il conto \u2013 ma ho gi\u00e0 parecchie sessioni al mio attivo!<\/p>\n<p>Anche le cose stanno migliorando!  Il mio ginocchio non ha un gonfiore cos\u00ec pazzesco e sopporta bene lo sforzo.  Il mio Fitbit mi dice che sono di nuovo un po&#8217; pi\u00f9 in forma (38-42 adesso!), il che continua a spronarmi a continuare quello che sto facendo.<\/p>\n<p>Voglio migliorare? S\u00ec, certo che lo faccio, \u00e8 nella mia natura.  Voglio essere in grado di stare in piedi per l&#8217;intera durata a 85-90 giri al minuto &#8211; e UN GIORNO LO FAR\u00d2!   Ma per ora sono abbastanza soddisfatto di me stesso, del mio recupero dall\u2019operazione, del miglioramento della mia forma fisica e del mio benessere mentale generale \u2013 mi sento semplicemente \u201cmeglio\u201d.  Forse anche l\u2019uscita dal lockdown c\u2019entra, personalmente penso che sia una combinazione di tutto!<\/p>\n<p>Ho trovato una classe \u201ccarina\u201d, una classe di forza con un COL del 73%.  Questa \u00e8 una GRANDE lezione per me: ritmo leggermente pi\u00f9 lento (dopo il riscaldamento iniziale) con alcune salite fantastiche e, per me, anche fasi in piedi realistiche, quelle con cui riesco a tenere il passo!  Durata e ritmo!  Woooo, prendimi!  Prover\u00f2 a seguire questo corso una volta alla settimana ormai da qualche settimana: sentivo che era perfetto per aiutare il recupero, la giusta quantit\u00e0 di veloce e lento (ehm!), bella salita alla fine con un po&#8217; di puntura sulla coda.  (Chiunque abbia gi\u00e0 partecipato alle lezioni di Darren in precedenza \u201csapr\u00e0\u201d quella piccola puntura)<\/p>\n<p>La bici regge bene: viene usata due volte a settimana da me e due volte a settimana da mio marito.  Dopo aver letto che un collega membro di Ciclozone ha perso un pedale questa settimana, sono un po&#8217; paranoico che la mia bici &#8220;economica&#8221; non resister\u00e0 troppo a lungo, ma per ora va bene!  Sta facendo il suo lavoro; mi sta portando sulla strada della guarigione.  Vorrei solo avere le scarpe da ginnastica piuttosto che le scarpe da ginnastica, dato che sia io che uno degli altri blogger abbiamo i crampi ai piedi in seguito.  \u00c8 stato suggerito di pedalare con scarpe dalla suola pi\u00f9 dura, ma non credo che i miei stivaletti starebbero bene in qualche modo!!!<\/p>\n<p>Vedo anche dei progressi nei muscoli della gamba che \u00e8 stata operata.  Sta lentamente tornando, un po&#8217; meno traballante rispetto a settembre dell&#8217;anno scorso (un mese dopo l&#8217;intervento), e lentamente sta recuperando terreno con la mia coscia destra.<\/p>\n<p>Non mi convince ancora a dedicarmi al ciclismo all\u2019aperto: non sono molto disposto a desiderare mosche tra i denti e sabbia nelle lenti a contatto, quindi per ora mi limiter\u00f2 al comfort di casa mia e spinger\u00f2 pi\u00f9 che posso!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Blog 7 \u2013 NUMERO SETTE!
