Comunque sono ragionevole e non impazzisco e non provoco alcun dolore: sono determinato a continuare cos\u00ec, non voglio tornare al punto di partenza, quindi per ora sono a un ritmo pi\u00f9 lento di quanto mi piacerebbe essere ma sto ancora andando.<span class=\"s1\">Had a few set backs in that I\u2019ve had some weird swelling and lumps appear around my operation site so that\u2019s something up for discussion with the surgeon when I get to see him next.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>I\u2019m being sensible though and not going crazy and pushing through any pain: I&#8217;m determined to keep this up, I don\u2019t want to be back to square one, so for now I\u2019m at a slower pace than I\u2019d LIKE to be but I\u2019m still going.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Ho finalmente scoperto il filtro sull&#8217;app, ho potuto scegliere pi\u00f9 giri a tempo, che pensavo potessero essere migliori\/pi\u00f9 facili. Ehm, sicuramente non \u00e8 il caso!  Ritmo leggermente pi\u00f9 lento \u2013 a volte \u2013 ma comunque altrettanto difficile! Questo \u00e8 il problema con il ciclismo indoor, vai forte quanto vuoi.<span class=\"s1\">I&#8217;ve finally discovered the filter on the app, I&#8217;ve been able to choose more tempo rides, which I thought might be better\/easier. Erm, definitely not the case!<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Slightly slower pace \u2013 sometimes \u2013 but nonetheless, <\/span><span class=\"s1\">just as hard! That&#8217;s the thing with indoor cycling though, you go as hard as you want.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Questa settimana ho anche scoperto che posso ricevere Ciclozone anche tramite il mio laptop \u2013 che a sua volta \u00e8 collegato a un grande schermo tramite HDMI \u2013 quindi ecco qua: Darren, a schermo intero, guarda con gli occhi piccoli!  Guardare, proprio come nella vita reale, dandoti l&#8217;incoraggiamento sufficiente per non deluderti, permettendoti di spingerti al massimo &#8211; e poi andare ancora un po&#8217; di pi\u00f9!<span class=\"s1\">This week I\u2019ve also discovered I can also get ciclozone through my laptop \u2013 which in turn is connected to a big screen via HDMI \u2013 so there I have it: Darren, full screen, watching with is beady eye!<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Watching, just like in real life, giving you just enough encouragement not to let yourself down, allowing you to push yourself to your max \u2013 and then go a tiny bit more!<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Seguo due lezioni a settimana, cercando di assicurarmi di fare sessioni di 45 minuti ogni volta.  Per me voglio fissare un obiettivo raggiungibile \u2013 e voglio sentirmi benissimo se riesco a inserire un&#8217;altra lezione di 30 minuti \u2013 ma per me, due lezioni significano che posso dare il massimo a entrambi.  Ho abbastanza tempo per recuperare adeguatamente, sto tenendo il passo anche con altri esercizi (lezione di kettlebell, yoga e una lezione di cardio tone) oltre al ciclismo indoor, che penso sia importante e mi aiuta a mantenere un buon equilibrio.<span class=\"s1\">I\u2019m taking two classes a week, trying to make sure I do 45-minute sessions each time.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>For me I want to set an achieveable goal \u2013 and I want to feel amazing if I fit another 30 minute class in &#8211; but for me,\u00a0 two classes means I can give them both my all.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>I\u2019m having enough time in between to recover properly, I\u2019m keeping up with other exercise too (kettlebell class, yoga and a cardio tone class) aside from indoor cycling, which I think is important and helps me keep a good balance.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Mi sento pi\u00f9 in forma?  S\u00ec, in realt\u00e0 penso di esserlo.<span class=\"s1\">Am I feeling fitter?<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Yes, I actually think I am.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Ho dati che mi dicono che sono pi\u00f9 in forma? Bene, il mio Fitbit mi ha portato nella zona di cardio fitness da molto buona a eccellente (37-41 per la mia fascia d&#8217;et\u00e0) e in realt\u00e0 sono rimasto l\u00ec nelle ultime due settimane, quindi penso che sto migliorando.<span class=\"s1\">Do I have data that tells me I\u2019m fitter? Well my fitbit has moved me into the very good to excellent cardio fitness zone (37-41 for my age group) and I\u2019ve actually stayed there for the last two weeks \u2013 so I think I\u2019m improving.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Voglio un esercizio che posso mantenere.  Ho seguito un allenamento intensivo (maratona) e, sebbene sia fantastico per un po&#8217;, non \u00e8 certamente realizzabile a lungo termine e finisci per demotivarti solo quando cadi dal carro dell&#8217;allenamento.  Fissando obiettivi raggiungibili, mi sento meglio mentalmente, mettendomi nella giusta mentalit\u00e0 per affrontare la lezione successiva.<span class=\"s1\">I want exercise that I can maintain.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>I\u2019ve been through intensive training (marathon) and, while it\u2019s great for a while, it\u2019s certainly not achievable long term and you only end up demotivated once you fall off the training wagon.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>By setting achieveable goals, I feel better mentally, putting me in the right mindset to tackle the next class.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Quindi, se sei nuovo a CicloZone, torni dopo un po&#8217; di tempo libero, o sei come me: ti stai riprendendo da un infortunio, stabilisci un obiettivo realistico, rilassati gradualmente, datti una pacca sulla spalla per aver fatto quella prima lezione, anche se \u00e8 l&#8217;unica che fai quella settimana. \u00c8 meglio che non farne uno affatto!<span class=\"s1\">So, if you\u2019re new to CicloZone, coming back after some time off, or you\u2019re like me \u2013 recovering from injury, set yourself a realistic target, ease yourself in gradually, give yourself a pat on the back for doing that first class \u2013 even if it\u2019s the only one you do that week.
