Sto scoprendo che i miei polmoni reagiscono meglio delle mie gambe: sembrano stancarsi molto pi\u00f9 velocemente di quanto sembri senza fiato, se ha senso?<span class=\"s1\">It\u2019s been around a month now that I\u2019ve been back on it and it\u2019s painful at times \u2013 my legs\/knee and my lungs &#8211; but I\u2019m getting my fitness back, slowly!<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>I\u2019m finding that my lungs are coping better than my legs \u2013 they seem to get tired much quicker than I seem out of breath, if that makes sense?<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Sto finendo tutte le lezioni, indipendentemente dal fatto che siano di 30 o 45 minuti, tuttavia faccio davvero fatica a stare in piedi\/saltare a un ritmo pi\u00f9 veloce e riesco a gestire solo circa 20-25 secondi. Questa \u00e8 la mia sfida con me stesso: finire una lezione E completare tutte le sezioni in piedi, al ritmo giusto.<span class=\"s1\">I\u2019m finishing all the <a href=\"#\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">classes<\/a>, regardless of whether they&#8217;re 30 minutes or 45, however I really am struggling to stand\/jump at a quicker pace, and can only manage around 20-25 seconds. A volte ho anche avvertito una leggera sensazione di bloccaggio sulla rotula, quindi bisogner\u00e0 osservarlo attentamente e discuterne nuovamente con il consulente.<span class=\"s1\">My shin has begun to hurt where the metal work is in the bone.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>I\u2019m seeing the consultant on 29<\/span><span class=\"s2\"><sup>th<\/sup><\/span><span class=\"s1\"> April to discuss getting this removed.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>It\u2019s something I\u2019ve thought long and hard about because I don\u2019t want to take a step back again, just as I feel like I\u2019m getting somewhere!<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>I\u2019m experiencing a lump in my shin at the bottom of the plate after exercising so am being very sensible with the standing sections for now.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>I\u2019ve also been feeling a slight locking sensation on my kneecap on occasion too, so this will need watching carefully and discussing with the consultant again.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Nell&#8217;ultimo mese ho lavorato alla lezione Calorie Killer (Mel) e anche al corso Intensivo Leg and Booty Blast con Rachel.  Ho trovato entrambi questi esercizi brillanti, con la maggior parte delle lezioni ad intensit\u00e0 pi\u00f9 elevata ma a un ritmo leggermente pi\u00f9 lento \u2013 dopo tutto, sto cercando di rinforzare i muscoli delle cosce in modo che le mie gambe sembrino di nuovo in ordine.<span class=\"s1\">In the last month, I\u2019ve worked on the Calorie Killer class <a href=\"#\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">(Mel) and also the Intensive Leg and Booty Blast with Rachel<\/a>.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>I\u2019ve found both of these brilliant, with the majority of the class at higher intensity but slightly slower pace \u2013 after all, I am trying to build my thigh muscles back up so my legs look even again.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Dico che mi fa male lo stinco \u2013 ho tutte le gambe come gelatina e i miei polmoni come se stessero per scoppiare \u2013 ma sto decisamente migliorando. Le mie letture Fitbit ne sono la prova poich\u00e9 il mio battito cardiaco e la mia respirazione tornano alla normalit\u00e0 ogni volta pi\u00f9 velocemente.<span class=\"s1\">I say my shin hurts \u2013 all of my legs feel like jelly and my lungs like they\u2019re going to burst \u2013 but I\u2019m definitely improving. My fitbit readings are proof of that as my heartbeat and breathing are returning to normal faster each time.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Direi che aver utilizzato in precedenza una bici da ciclismo indoor standard mi ha aiutato a entrare nel ritmo di CicloZone abbastanza rapidamente.  Avevo gi\u00e0 una buona comprensione di come funzionava il tutto e ora sto cercando di raggiungere determinate velocit\u00e0 quando mi viene detto di trovarmi in una determinata zona: le cose si stanno assemblando lentamente. Potrei anche codificare a colori anche la mia piccola manopola di resistenza, perch\u00e9 quando sono cos\u00ec stanco riesco a malapena a pensare alle zone!<span class=\"s1\">I would say that having used a standard indoor cycling bike previously has helped me get into the groove of CicloZone fairly quickly.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>I already had a good understanding of how it all worked and am now trying to hit certain speeds when instructed to be in a certain zone \u2013 it\u2019s coming together slowly.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>I might even colour code my little resistance knob too, for when I\u2019m so tired\u00a0 I can barely think about zones!<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Adesso mi alleno due, a volte tre, volte alla settimana in bici e faccio anche una sessione di yoga per mantenermi in forma. Ho gi\u00e0 commesso l\u2019errore di non fare una sessione di stretching durante la settimana e i miei flessori dell\u2019anca non mi hanno affatto ringraziato per questo! Sto anche facendo una sessione di kettlebell e una sessione di tonificazione cardio, ma aggiungere Ciclozone alla mia settimana mi ha sicuramente aiutato a migliorare la mia forma fisica.<span class=\"s1\">I\u2019m now working out two, sometimes three, times a week on the bike and also doing a yoga session to keep well stretched. I\u2019ve made the mistake before of not having a stretch session in my week and my hip flexors didn\u2019t thank me for it at all! I&#8217;m also doing a kettlebell session and a cardio toning session but adding<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Ciclozone into my week has definitely helped improve my fitness.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Se stai tornando da un infortunio al ginocchio, secondo me, CicloZone \u00e8 un ottimo esercizio.  Non cos\u00ec intenso sull&#8217;articolazione del ginocchio come lo squat o gli affondi, ma pi\u00f9 un allenamento per l&#8217;intera gamba. Personalmente, ritengo che i risultati siano pi\u00f9 rapidi ed equilibrati in meno tempo e sicuramente non sono il tipo di persona che si siede su una macchina per pesi.<span class=\"s1\">If you\u2019re coming back from a knee injury then, in my opinion, CicloZone is great exercise.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Not as intense on the knee joint as squatting or lunging but more of a full leg workout.
