Muoversi di pi\u00f9 aiuta anche a ridurre il giro vita, abbassare la pressione sanguigna, migliorare l&#8217;umore, gestire lo stress e dormire meglio.<\/p>\n<p>In occasione di questa Giornata Mondiale del Diabete, vediamo come l&#8217;attivit\u00e0 fisica pu\u00f2 essere un&#8217;alleata nella lotta a questa patologia, che colpisce circa 4,8 milioni di persone nel Regno Unito.<\/p>\n<p>Come iniziare a muoversi<\/p>\n<p>Diabetes UK raccomanda di puntare a 30 minuti di attivit\u00e0 moderata cinque giorni alla settimana, oppure 15 minuti di attivit\u00e0 intensa cinque giorni alla settimana.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;attivit\u00e0 moderata comprende camminare a passo sostenuto, pedalare su terreno pianeggiante, nuotare o partecipare a una lezione online di esercizio leggero. In queste sessioni il respiro accelera, ma sei ancora in grado di parlare.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;attivit\u00e0 intensa include pedalare veloce o in salita, nuotare a ritmo sostenuto, correre o fare allenamenti HIIT.
