Un \u00e9quilibre au sein de l\u2019environnement est toujours une bonne chose et des probl\u00e8mes surviennent toujours lorsque cet \u00e9quilibre est d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibr\u00e9. \u00c9quilibrer la vie quotidienne d\u2019une personne entre le travail et les loisirs est toujours une bonne chose et lorsque c\u2019est bien fait, vous en ressentez les b\u00e9n\u00e9fices dans tous les aspects de la vie. M\u00eame dans les relations, qu\u2019elles soient amoureuses ou professionnelles, un \u00e9quilibre entre les gens et ce qu\u2019ils offrent \u00e0 une relation les rendra plus forts ensemble qu\u2019eux-m\u00eames.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Cela est \u00e9galement vrai pour le corps humain et en particulier pour la biom\u00e9canique qui r\u00e9git tous nos mouvements impliquant nos articulations, qui sont r\u00e9gis par des actions agonistes et antagonistes de muscles, qui travaillent en tandem et en \u00e9quilibre pour maintenir la sant\u00e9 de cette articulation et donc l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 de son mouvement. Tout d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre entre ces deux muscles travaillant ensemble entra\u00eenera intrins\u00e8quement des probl\u00e8mes au sein de l\u2019articulation sur laquelle ils travaillent. L\u2019exemple le plus \u00e9vident de muscle agoniste et antagoniste travaillant ensemble sera le biceps et le triceps. Au cours d&rsquo;un simple mouvement de flexion des biceps, le muscle agoniste sera le biceps lorsqu&rsquo;il se contractera et le triceps, l&rsquo;antagoniste, se d\u00e9tendra, permettant \u00e0 la flexion des biceps de se produire. Les r\u00f4les sont invers\u00e9s dans un mouvement de presse Triceps o\u00f9 le triceps devient l&rsquo;agoniste et le biceps l&rsquo;antagoniste travaillant ensemble en \u00e9quilibre pour compl\u00e9ter le mouvement.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">En cyclisme, l&rsquo;exemple le plus important dont nous disposons est plac\u00e9 entre notre quadriceps et nos ischio-jambiers.
