Limiter les glucides \u00e0 moins de 50 g par jour signifie que vous ne pouvez manger aucun de vos plats d\u2019accompagnement typiques comme le riz, les p\u00e2tes, le pain ou les pommes de terre. Vous devez \u00e9galement vous abstenir de toute friandise sucr\u00e9e comme le chocolat au lait, les biscuits, les g\u00e2teaux, les boissons sucr\u00e9es, etc. Mon \u00e9quilibre r\u00e9sidait principalement dans la consommation d&rsquo;un petit pourcentage de friandises sucr\u00e9es lors de mes s\u00e9ances d&rsquo;entra\u00eenement, ce qui maintenait un niveau de capacit\u00e9 sucre\/glycog\u00e8ne \u00e0 utiliser lors des moments de puissance accrue\u2026 m\u00eame si, en dehors du v\u00e9lo, les sucres \u00e9taient un non non cat\u00e9gorique et je combattais ces d\u00e9mons quotidiennement. Il y a tellement de tentations riches en glucides dans le monde r\u00e9el que vous devez \u00eatre vraiment engag\u00e9 envers Keto pour rester sur la voie.
