Il s\u2019agit d\u2019une m\u00e9thode de marketing \u00e9prouv\u00e9e visant \u00e0 encourager des millions de personnes \u00e0 s\u2019inscrire \u00e0 la derni\u00e8re plus grande r\u00e9volution en mati\u00e8re d\u2019exercice, qui est \u00ab garantie \u00bb de r\u00e9aliser cette ann\u00e9e exactement ce que tous les autres syst\u00e8mes d\u2019entra\u00eenement n\u2019ont pas r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 faire chaque ann\u00e9e auparavant.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">Vous avez peut-\u00eatre entendu le vieil adage \u00ab on ne peut pas surpasser un mauvais r\u00e9gime alimentaire \u00bb, ce qui n\u2019est pas tout \u00e0 fait vrai\u2026 parce que c\u2019est effectivement possible. Vous pouvez en fait compenser facilement un r\u00e9gime quotidien de 3 000 kcal de hamburgers, de chips et de nuggets frits en faisant plus de 3 000 kcal d\u2019exercice chaque jour. Cela repr\u00e9sente environ 4 heures \u00e0 v\u00e9lo, ou 5 heures sur un tapis de course et une journ\u00e9e enti\u00e8re pass\u00e9e \u00e0 soulever des poids\u2026 facile, non ? Eh bien non, bien s\u00fbr que non. C\u2019est possible, mais c\u2019est presque impossible et, plus encore, ce n\u2019est pas maintenable.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Il faut donc trouver un \u00e9quilibre entre l\u2019apport calorique et la d\u00e9pense calorique. Un d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre, dans un sens ou dans l\u2019autre, sera d\u00e9vastateur pour votre syst\u00e8me de formation et pour tous vos projets pour atteindre vos objectifs. Si vous consommez trop et faites trop peu d\u2019exercice, peu importe l\u2019exercice que vous faites, vous n\u2019obtiendrez pas les r\u00e9sultats souhait\u00e9s. De m\u00eame, si vous mangez trop peu, ou si vous ne mangez pas les bons aliments, ou si vous faites trop d&rsquo;exercice, vous vous \u00e9puiserez rapidement et tomberez \u00e0 l&rsquo;eau. Tout est une question d&rsquo;\u00e9quilibre et ce n&rsquo;est que lorsque vous aurez atteint cet \u00e9quilibre de base que vous pourrez commencer \u00e0 affiner vos progr\u00e8s avec des d\u00e9tails tels que le type d&rsquo;aliments que vous mangez ou le type d&rsquo;exercice \u00e0 faire, ou choisir la plateforme ou le programme auquel vous inscrire.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Tout d\u2019abord, la premi\u00e8re chose, la plus \u00e9l\u00e9mentaire, que vous puissiez faire est simplement de contr\u00f4ler la taille de vos portions. La plupart des gens mangent trop, beaucoup trop. Si vous ne pouvez pas prendre la peine de compter les calories ou les macros (nous y reviendrons plus tard) au d\u00e9but, r\u00e9duisez simplement la taille de vos portions \u00e0 chaque repas pendant 1 mois. Vous verrez rapidement que vous n\u2019avez pas faim car votre corps s\u2019adapte au plus petit volume de nourriture.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Deuxi\u00e8mement, augmentez vos prot\u00e9ines. En vous entra\u00eenant dans une salle de sport, en faisant une s\u00e9ance CicloZone ou en faisant un jogging, vous consommez des calories en engageant la masse musculaire de votre corps \u00e0 une intensit\u00e9 plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e que la normale. Pour consommer les glucides ou les graisses que vous consommez dans votre alimentation ou que vous avez stock\u00e9s dans votre corps, le muscle a besoin d&rsquo;acides amin\u00e9s pr\u00e9sents sous forme de prot\u00e9ines pour r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer une fois votre s\u00e9ance d&rsquo;entra\u00eenement termin\u00e9e. Le muscle, s\u2019il re\u00e7oit suffisamment de prot\u00e9ines de bonne qualit\u00e9, r\u00e9cup\u00e9rera l\u00e9g\u00e8rement plus fort qu\u2019avant, ce qui signifie que la prochaine fois que vous exercerez le m\u00eame muscle, il fonctionnera mieux, plus fort et consommera encore plus de calories. Ce cycle se poursuit \u00e0 chaque s\u00e9ance d\u2019entra\u00eenement, entra\u00eenant tonification musculaire, d\u00e9finition et perte de graisse\u2026 mais seulement si vous avez des prot\u00e9ines dans votre alimentation. Toutes les viandes, poissons ou noix ne sont que quelques exemples de prot\u00e9ines de haute qualit\u00e9. Ajoutez m\u00eame une boisson prot\u00e9in\u00e9e \u00e0 votre alimentation pour vous assurer d&rsquo;en avoir suffisamment.<br \/>\nFondamentalement, les prot\u00e9ines sont la cl\u00e9 de votre r\u00e9ussite, alors ne l\u00e9sinez pas sur les crevettes.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Troisi\u00e8mement, assurez-vous de grignoter\u2026 grignoter, c&rsquo;est bien !!!! Il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable de manger 6 petits repas tout au long de la journ\u00e9e plut\u00f4t que 3 gros, alors r\u00e9duisez la taille des portions de vos repas principaux et ajoutez des heures fixes pour prendre une collation. Mais une collation reste une collation : un morceau de fruit, quelques tranches de poulet, une poign\u00e9e de noix et de fruits secs, m\u00eame une boisson prot\u00e9in\u00e9e remplira suffisamment votre estomac pour vous permettre de d\u00e9jeuner ou de d\u00eener, mais pas plus. Manger sur le pouce, quelque chose de simple, ne le compliquez pas.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Quatri\u00e8mement, \u00ab\u00a0prenez votre petit-d\u00e9jeuner comme un roi, votre d\u00e9jeuner comme un prince et votre d\u00eener comme un pauvre\u00a0\u00bb. J&rsquo;aime ce dicton parce qu&rsquo;il est tellement vrai. Pourquoi consommer 1 000 kcal de repas du soir riche en \u00e9nergie dans votre corps deux heures avant d&rsquo;aller vous coucher et de dormir. Oui, vous devez manger, et certainement prendre des prot\u00e9ines, mais pas de chips, pas de dessert, et certainement essayer de ne pas boire d&rsquo;alcool\u2026 enfin, pas tous les jours en tout cas !!!  Les glucides blancs, les sucres ou les graisses que vous ing\u00e9rez avant d&rsquo;aller vous coucher et que vous ne br\u00fblez pas ne seront pas utilis\u00e9s comme \u00e9nergie pendant votre sommeil, ce qui signifie que le syst\u00e8me endocrinien de votre corps, qui d\u00e9cide si les calories doivent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9es ou stock\u00e9es, d\u00e9cidera de conserver ces belles calories pour plus tard dans votre r\u00e9serve d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie, ou plus commun\u00e9ment connue sous le nom de graisse abdominale. Notre horaire de vie professionnelle est un ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne moderne, motiv\u00e9 par les pressions \u00e9conomiques et sociales qui s\u2019imposent dans nos vies modernes. Nos anc\u00eatres n\u00e9andertaliens ne rentraient pas du travail \u00e0 18 heures, ne s\u2019asseyaient pas devant la t\u00e9l\u00e9vision et ne mangeaient pas leur plus gros repas de la journ\u00e9e, le service de livraison \u00e0 emporter de l\u2019\u00e2ge de pierre n\u2019\u00e9tait pas vraiment \u00e0 la hauteur.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Si vous commencez par ce qui pr\u00e9c\u00e8de, ou si vous commencez au moins \u00e0 diriger le navire dans cette direction, vous commencerez alors \u00e0 comprendre l\u2019importance de la nutrition dans votre parcours de remise en forme. \u00c0 partir de l\u00e0, vous pouvez commencer \u00e0 profiter des gains importants en mati\u00e8re de condition physique que vous obtiendrez en combinant un bon exercice avec une bonne alimentation.
