J&rsquo;ai lu des articles sur le \u00ab nouveau \u00bb cours \u2013 SHOCKWAVE de MT \u2013 alors j&rsquo;ai pens\u00e9 que ce serait le cours id\u00e9al avec lequel revenir\u2026 Disons simplement que j&rsquo;ai peur de penser \u00e0 la fa\u00e7on dont j&rsquo;aurais fait face \u00e0 quelque chose de plus difficile !!!  Beaucoup de choc, pas beaucoup de vagues de ma part, du moins.  De plus, CicloZone m&rsquo;a envoy\u00e9 un t-shirt par la poste, alors j&rsquo;ai pens\u00e9 que je ferais mieux de l&rsquo;essayer\u00a0!<span class=\"s1\">After three weeks rest with a niggly injury I\u2019m back.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>I\u2019ve been reading about the \u2018new\u2019 class \u2013 SHOCKWAVE by MT &#8211; so thought that would be ideal class to come back with&#8230;<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Let\u2019s just say I dread to think how I\u2019d have coped with anything tougher!!!<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Lots of shock, not much wave from me at least.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Also, CicloZone sent me a t-shirt in the post, so I thought I\u2019d better try it out!<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Que puis-je dire \u00e0 tous ces d\u00e9butants ? Essayez les cours de Mel \u2013 filtrez par 30 minutes si n\u00e9cessaire.  Il est dou\u00e9 pour vous parler de votre forme, vous encourager, vous expliquer comment chaque zone devrait se sentir, o\u00f9 vous devriez \u00eatre sur le v\u00e9lo, comment votre corps devrait se sentir \u2013 juste de petits conseils et rappels tout au long du processus, tout en vous encourageant \u00e0 \u00ab pousser, pousser \u00bb !<span class=\"s1\">What I can say to all those beginners out there? Give Mel\u2019s classes a try \u2013 filter by 30 minutes if needs be.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>He\u2019s great at talking you through your form, encouraging you, explaining how each zone should feel, where you should be on the bike, how your body should feel \u2013 just little tips and reminders all the way though while encouraging you to \u2018push push\u2019!<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">J&rsquo;ai beaucoup souffert de ma blessure au genou : la douleur au tibia est constante depuis l&rsquo;op\u00e9ration, cela a touch\u00e9 mon pied (d&rsquo;o\u00f9 mon r\u00e9cent arr\u00eat de travail), mais je suis d\u00e9termin\u00e9 \u00e0 revenir, \u00e0 retrouver ma forme !  J&rsquo;aime le sentiment d&rsquo;\u00eatre \u00ab en forme \u00bb \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur, que mon c\u0153ur fonctionne bien, que je peux me sentir en forme et ne pas n\u00e9cessairement avoir \u00e0 para\u00eetre maigre et maigre \u00e0 l&rsquo;ext\u00e9rieur, mais savoir que j&rsquo;ai un c\u0153ur sain \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur.<span class=\"s1\">I\u2019ve really been struggling with my knee injury: the pain in my shin is constant from the operation, it\u2019s affected my foot (which is the reason for the recent lay off), but I\u2019m determined to get back, to get my fitness back!<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>I love the feeling of being \u2018fit\u2019 inside, that my heart is working well, that I can feel fit and not necessarily have to look skinny and lean on the outside but know I have a healthy heart on the inside.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Pour moi, c\u2019est une question d\u2019\u00e9quilibre.  Je veux int\u00e9grer CicloZone \u00e0 mon programme de remise en forme, et maintenant que les cours de gym rouvrent, j&rsquo;esp\u00e8re que les petites choses que j&rsquo;ai faites \u00e0 la maison porteront leurs fruits dans la salle de sport.<span class=\"s1\">For me it\u2019s all about balance.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>I want to fit CicloZone into my fitness regime, and now the gym classes are opening again I\u2019m hoping the little bits I\u2019ve been doing at home will pay off back in the gym.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Je veux pouvoir manger et boire ce que je veux (dans des limites raisonnables) et savoir que je pourrai toujours suivre mes cours, je veux pouvoir promener mon chien sur des kilom\u00e8tres et des kilom\u00e8tres, sachant que mon corps est \u00e0 la hauteur !  Je veux avoir un c\u0153ur sain ET un esprit sain.<span class=\"s1\">I want to be able to eat and drink what I want (within reason) and know I\u2019ll still be able to do my classes, I want to be able to walk my dog for miles and miles, knowing my body is up to it!<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>I want to have a healthy heart AND a healthy mind.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Pour moi, CicloZone s&rsquo;int\u00e8gre parfaitement dans ma journ\u00e9e.  De toute fa\u00e7on, je travaille \u00e0 domicile (je le fais depuis 10 ans), donc je peux m&rsquo;asseoir dans mes v\u00eatements de sport sans aucun regard \u00e9trange, je peux installer le v\u00e9lo et m&rsquo;entra\u00eener en 10 minutes, puis \u00eatre de retour \u00e0 mon bureau dans l&rsquo;heure &#8211; la commodit\u00e9 rend la bataille mentale beaucoup moins difficile &#8211; me laissant toute mon \u00e9nergie pour p\u00e9daler.<span class=\"s1\">For me, CicloZone fits perfectly into my day.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>I work from home anyway (have done for the last 10 years), so I can sit around in my gym clothes without any strange looks, I can set the bike up and be working out within 10 minutes, then be back at my desk within the hour \u2013 the convenience makes it so much less of a battle mentally \u2013 leaving me with all my energy to put through the pedals.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Pour ceux qui n\u2019arr\u00eatent pas de dire qu\u2019ils vont commencer, tenez-vous-y. Je me consid\u00e8re toujours comme une d\u00e9butante, je suis une femme mari\u00e9e typique d&rsquo;une quarantaine d&rsquo;ann\u00e9es (haut de gamme), m\u00e8re qui travaille avec des enfants plus \u00e2g\u00e9s avec un chien.  Je ne suis pas un motard fou, ni un fanatique fou de fitness \u2013 juste une personne moyenne qui veut \u00eatre en bonne sant\u00e9.<span class=\"s1\">For those out there that keep saying they\u2019ll start, stick with it. I still consider myself a beginner, I\u2019m your typical married 40-odd-year-old (higher end), working mum of older kids with a dog.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>I\u2019m not a mad biker, not a mad fitness fanatic \u2013 just your average person wanting to be healthy.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Faites ce que vous pouvez et ces petits gains viendront.  J\u2019ai l\u2019impression d\u2019\u00eatre de retour au d\u00e9but apr\u00e8s 3 semaines d\u2019arr\u00eat, mais je SAIS que la forme physique va lentement revenir et je me vanterai \u00e0 nouveau de ma fr\u00e9quence cardiaque au repos tr\u00e8s bient\u00f4t.<span class=\"s1\">Do what you can do and those little gains will come.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>I feel like I\u2019m back at the beginning after 3 weeks off but I KNOW that fitness will slowly creep back and I\u2019ll be boasting about my resting heart rate again very soon.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 la prochaine fois\u2026!<span class=\"s1\">Until next time&#8230;!<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Apr\u00e8s trois semaines de repos avec une grave blessure, je suis de retour.
