Cela veut dire que j\u2019y suis all\u00e9 \u2013 oh, j\u2019ai perdu le compte \u2013 mais cela fait pas mal de s\u00e9ances \u00e0 mon actif !<\/p>\n<p>Les choses s\u2019am\u00e9liorent aussi !  Mon genou n\u2019a pas de gonflements TELS fous et supporte bien la tension.  Mon Fitbit me dit que je suis \u00e0 nouveau un peu plus en forme (38-42 maintenant !), ce qui me pousse \u00e0 maintenir ce que je fais.<\/p>\n<p>Est-ce que je veux m\u2019am\u00e9liorer ? Oui, bien s\u00fbr, c\u2019est dans ma nature.  Je veux pouvoir rester debout pendant toute la dur\u00e9e du jeu \u00e0 85-90 tr\/min \u2013 et UN JOUR, JE LE FAIS\u00a0!   Mais pour l\u2019instant, je suis assez content de moi, de ma convalescence apr\u00e8s l\u2019op\u00e9ration, de l\u2019am\u00e9lioration de ma forme physique et de mon bien-\u00eatre mental g\u00e9n\u00e9ral \u2013 je me sens simplement \u00ab mieux \u00bb.  Peut-\u00eatre que la sortie du confinement y est aussi pour quelque chose, je pense personnellement que c\u2019est un m\u00e9lange de tout !<\/p>\n<p>J\u2019ai trouv\u00e9 une \u00ab belle \u00bb classe \u2013 une classe de force avec un COL de 73 %.  C&rsquo;est un GRAND cours pour moi \u2013 un rythme l\u00e9g\u00e8rement plus lent (apr\u00e8s l&rsquo;\u00e9chauffement initial) avec de belles mont\u00e9es, et pour moi aussi des phases debout r\u00e9alistes \u2013 que je peux suivre !  Dur\u00e9e et rythme !  Woooo, prends-moi !  Je vais essayer de faire ce cours une fois par semaine depuis quelques semaines maintenant \u2013 j&rsquo;ai trouv\u00e9 que c&rsquo;\u00e9tait parfait pour aider \u00e0 la r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration, juste ce qu&rsquo;il faut de rapide et de lent (euh !), belle mont\u00e9e \u00e0 la fin avec un peu de piq\u00fbre dans la queue.  (Pour tous ceux qui ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 particip\u00e9 aux cours de Darren, vous \u00ab conna\u00eetrez \u00bb cette petite piq\u00fbre)<\/p>\n<p>Le v\u00e9lo r\u00e9siste bien, je l\u2019utilise deux fois par semaine et mon mari deux fois par semaine.  Apr\u00e8s avoir lu qu&rsquo;un coll\u00e8gue membre de Ciclozone avait perdu une p\u00e9dale cette semaine, je suis un peu parano\u00efaque \u00e0 l&rsquo;id\u00e9e que mon v\u00e9lo \u00ab pas cher \u00bb ne tiendra pas trop longtemps, mais pour l&rsquo;instant, \u00e7a va !  Il fait son travail\u00a0; cela me met sur la voie du r\u00e9tablissement.  J&rsquo;aurais juste aim\u00e9 avoir mes crampons plut\u00f4t que mes baskets, car moi-m\u00eame et l&rsquo;un des autres blogueurs avons ensuite des crampes aux pieds.  Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 sugg\u00e9r\u00e9 de rouler avec des chaussures \u00e0 semelles plus dures, mais je ne pense pas que mes bottines auraient l&rsquo;air bien !!!<\/p>\n<p>Je constate \u00e9galement des progr\u00e8s au niveau des muscles de ma jambe op\u00e9r\u00e9e.  Il revient lentement, un peu moins bancal qu&rsquo;en septembre de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re (un mois apr\u00e8s l&rsquo;op\u00e9ration), et rattrape lentement ma cuisse droite.<\/p>\n<p>Cela ne me convainc toujours pas de faire du v\u00e9lo en plein air \u2013 je n\u2019aime pas trop les mouches dans mes dents et le sable dans mes lentilles de contact, alors pour l\u2019instant je vais m\u2019en tenir au confort de ma propre maison et me pousser autant que je peux !<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Blog 7 \u2013 NUM\u00c9RO SEPT !
