Ce qui est fou, car dans mon dernier blog, c&rsquo;est moi qui ai insist\u00e9 sur le fait que GET GOING \u00e9tait la partie la plus difficile ! La semaine derni\u00e8re surtout, au fil des jours, je n\u2019arr\u00eatais pas de me dire \u2018C\u2019est bon, il me reste encore trois jours cette semaine, donc je peux encore faire trois sorties\u2019.<span class=\"s1\">It\u2019s been a busy couple of weeks for us; poorly children, Covid tests, filming (that\u2019s another story), school, work, home\u2026\u2026 it\u2019s been a battle to get in the saddle. <\/span><span class=\"s1\">Which is crazy, because in my last blog, I was the one that harped on about GET GOING being the hardest part! Last week especially, as each day passed, I kept saying to myself \u2018It\u2019s okay, I still have three days left of this week, so I can still fit in three rides.\u2019 <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">De qui je me moquais ?! J&rsquo;en ai fait un ! Kerry avait raison \u2013 dit-elle dans son dernier blog CicloZone \u2013 f\u00e9licitez-vous d\u2019avoir suivi ce cours \u2013 c\u2019est mieux que de ne pas en faire du tout ! Et c\u2019est exactement ce que je dirais \u00e0 quelqu\u2019un d\u2019autre, mais c\u2019est difficile \u00e0 dire \u00e0 moi-m\u00eame \u2013 prendre ses propres m\u00e9dicaments est tellement plus difficile ! Mais cela m\u2019a appris \u00e0 \u00eatre plus r\u00e9aliste et \u00e0 ne pas trop m\u2019en vouloir. Ce n\u2019\u00e9tait pas un \u00e9chec. Un \u00e9chec aurait \u00e9t\u00e9 l\u2019absence de cours du tout.<span class=\"s1\">Who was I kidding?! I did one! Kerry was right \u2013 she said in her last CicloZone blog \u2013 <a href=\"#\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">give yourself a pat on the back for doing that one class \u2013 it\u2019s better than not doing one at all! <\/a>And that is just what I would say to someone else, but it\u2019s hard to tell myself \u2013 taking your own medicine is so much harder! But it has taught me to be more realistic and not to beat myself up too much. This wasn\u2019t a fail. A fail would have been no classes at all.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Mais ce qui est fou, c&rsquo;est que ce cours \u00e9tait g\u00e9nial\u00a0! J&rsquo;ai vu l&rsquo;un des r\u00e9cents messages de CicloZone sur Instagram sur le point id\u00e9al \u2013 et je ne pourrais pas \u00eatre plus d&rsquo;accord !<span class=\"s1\">But the crazy thing is, that one class &#8211; it felt great! I saw one of CicloZone\u2019s recent posts on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/ciclozoneuk\/\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Instagram<\/a> about hitting the sweet spot \u2013 and I couldn\u2019t agree more! <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">J\u2019ai tendance \u00e0 passer la premi\u00e8re moiti\u00e9 d\u2019un trajet \u00e0 penser \u00ab urgh, je ne veux pas faire \u00e7a \u00bb (n\u2019est-ce pas dr\u00f4le comme le temps passe lentement quand on fait quelque chose que l\u2019on ne veut pas faire et quand on passe un bon moment, 15\/20\/30 minutes s\u2019\u00e9coulent en un \u00e9clair ?!) cycles. Je veux dire, j\u2019aurais aim\u00e9 que ce soit plus t\u00f4t, le buzz incite s\u00e9rieusement, je suis comme Beyonc\u00e9 en selle !<span class=\"s1\">I tend to spend the first half of a ride thinking \u2018urgh, I don\u2019t want to do this\u2019 (isn\u2019t it funny how slowly time goes when you\u2019re doing something you don\u2019t want to do and when you\u2019re having a great time, 15\/20\/30 minutes goes by in a flash?!) Then the next half of the class I was absolutely buzzing \u2013 I\u2019ve figured out that is exactly where the endorphins kick in \u2013 between 15-18 minutes through a cycle. I mean, I wish it could be sooner, the buzz seriously spurs be on, I\u2019m like Beyonce in a saddle!<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">J&rsquo;aimerais savoir comment je peux faire en sorte que ce buzz apparaisse plus t\u00f4t dans un cours, ou dois-je simplement \u00eatre patient\u00a0? (pas g\u00e9nial pour un G\u00e9meaux)<span class=\"s1\">I\u2019d love to know how I can get that buzz sooner into a class, or do I just have to be patient? (not great for a Gemini)<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">J\u2019ai \u00e9galement trouv\u00e9 mon cours pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9 : le Quick Calorie Burner. Je fais partie de ce gang pour la perte de poids. Le confinement n\u2019a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 tendre ! Une classe de ce nom m&rsquo;a appel\u00e9 et \u00e7a ne d\u00e9\u00e7oit pas ! J\u2019adore les encouragements et la passion de Mel Thomas, il est tout \u00e0 fait dans ma rue. Cela m\u2019\u00e9tonne de voir comment ces instructeurs peuvent continuer \u00e0 parler tout au long d\u2019un cours comme s\u2019ils avaient une conversation informelle\u00a0!<span class=\"s1\">I\u2019ve also found my favourite class \u2013 the Quick Calorie Burner. I\u2019m in this gang for the weight loss. Lockdown hasn\u2019t been kind! A class with that name called to me and it does not disappoint! I love the encouragement and passion of <a href=\"#\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Mel Thomas<\/a>, he\u2019s right up my street. It amazes me how these instructors can keep talking through a class like they\u2019re having a casual chit chat!<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Je me suis tir\u00e9 le dos hier (en soulevant un enfant de trois ans qui refusait de se lever du sol et de quitter la maison pour aller \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9cole maternelle, croyez-vous ?). J&rsquo;attends que la douleur s&rsquo;att\u00e9nue et je vais ensuite essayer un autre cours de Mel cette semaine, peut-\u00eatre m\u00eame un cours de 45 minutes si je peux. Je suis s\u00fbr qu&rsquo;il me fera tenir !<span class=\"s1\">I pulled my back yesterday (lifting up a three year old who refused to get up off the floor and leave the house for pre-school would you believe?) I\u2019m waiting for the pain to ease off and then I\u2019m going to try another one of Mel\u2019s classes this week, maybe even a 45-minute class if I can. I am sure he will keep me going! <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Je me demande si je peux lui faire enregistrer des phrases de motivation personnelles que je pourrais \u00e9couter chaque matin\u00a0?! Mel \u2013 qu&rsquo;en dis-tu ?!!<span class=\"s1\">I wonder if I can get him to record personal motivational phrases for me to listen to each morning?!
