Je constate que mes poumons s\u2019en sortent mieux que mes jambes \u2013 ils semblent se fatiguer beaucoup plus vite que je ne semble essouffl\u00e9, si cela a du sens ?<span class=\"s1\">It\u2019s been around a month now that I\u2019ve been back on it and it\u2019s painful at times \u2013 my legs\/knee and my lungs &#8211; but I\u2019m getting my fitness back, slowly!<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>I\u2019m finding that my lungs are coping better than my legs \u2013 they seem to get tired much quicker than I seem out of breath, if that makes sense?<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Je termine tous les cours, qu&rsquo;ils durent 30 minutes ou 45 minutes, mais j&rsquo;ai vraiment du mal \u00e0 me lever\/sauter \u00e0 un rythme plus rapide et je ne peux g\u00e9rer qu&rsquo;environ 20 \u00e0 25 secondes. C\u2019est mon d\u00e9fi : terminer un cours ET terminer toutes les sections debout, au bon rythme.<span class=\"s1\">I\u2019m finishing all the <a href=\"#\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">classes<\/a>, regardless of whether they&rsquo;re 30 minutes or 45, however I really am struggling to stand\/jump at a quicker pace, and can only manage around 20-25 seconds. This is my challenge to myself \u2013 to finish a class AND complete all the standing sections, at the right pace.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Mon tibia a commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 me faire mal l\u00e0 o\u00f9 se trouve le m\u00e9tal dans l&rsquo;os.  Je vois le consultant le 29 avril pour discuter de la suppression de ce probl\u00e8me.  C\u2019est une chose \u00e0 laquelle j\u2019ai longuement r\u00e9fl\u00e9chi car je n\u2019ai plus envie de prendre du recul, alors que j\u2019ai l\u2019impression d\u2019arriver \u00e0 quelque chose !  J&rsquo;ai une bosse au tibia au bas de la plaque apr\u00e8s l&rsquo;exercice, je suis donc tr\u00e8s prudent avec les sections debout pour le moment.  J&rsquo;ai \u00e9galement ressenti occasionnellement une l\u00e9g\u00e8re sensation de blocage au niveau de la rotule, il faudra donc surveiller attentivement cette situation et en discuter \u00e0 nouveau avec le consultant.<span class=\"s1\">My shin has begun to hurt where the metal work is in the bone.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>I\u2019m seeing the consultant on 29<\/span><span class=\"s2\"><sup>th<\/sup><\/span><span class=\"s1\"> April to discuss getting this removed.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>It\u2019s something I\u2019ve thought long and hard about because I don\u2019t want to take a step back again, just as I feel like I\u2019m getting somewhere!<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>I\u2019m experiencing a lump in my shin at the bottom of the plate after exercising so am being very sensible with the standing sections for now.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>I\u2019ve also been feeling a slight locking sensation on my kneecap on occasion too, so this will need watching carefully and discussing with the consultant again.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Le mois dernier, j&rsquo;ai travaill\u00e9 sur le cours Calorie Killer (Mel) ainsi que sur le cours Intensive Leg and Booty Blast avec Rachel.  J\u2019ai trouv\u00e9 ces deux cours g\u00e9niaux, la majorit\u00e9 du cours \u00e9tant \u00e0 intensit\u00e9 plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e mais \u00e0 un rythme l\u00e9g\u00e8rement plus lent \u2013 \u200b\u200bapr\u00e8s tout, j\u2019essaie de reconstruire les muscles de mes cuisses pour que mes jambes paraissent \u00e0 nouveau uniformes.<span class=\"s1\">In the last month, I\u2019ve worked on the Calorie Killer class <a href=\"#\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">(Mel) and also the Intensive Leg and Booty Blast with Rachel<\/a>.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>I\u2019ve found both of these brilliant, with the majority of the class at higher intensity but slightly slower pace \u2013 after all, I am trying to build my thigh muscles back up so my legs look even again.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Je dis que j\u2019ai mal au tibia \u2013 toutes mes jambes sont comme de la gel\u00e9e et mes poumons ont l\u2019impression qu\u2019ils vont \u00e9clater \u2013 mais je m\u2019am\u00e9liore d\u00e9finitivement. Mes lectures Fitbit en sont la preuve, car mon rythme cardiaque et ma respiration reviennent \u00e0 la normale plus rapidement \u00e0 chaque fois.<span class=\"s1\">I say my shin hurts \u2013 all of my legs feel like jelly and my lungs like they\u2019re going to burst \u2013 but I\u2019m definitely improving. My fitbit readings are proof of that as my heartbeat and breathing are returning to normal faster each time.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Je dirais qu\u2019avoir d\u00e9j\u00e0 utilis\u00e9 un v\u00e9lo de cyclisme en salle standard m\u2019a aid\u00e9 \u00e0 entrer assez rapidement dans le rythme de CicloZone.  J\u2019avais d\u00e9j\u00e0 une bonne compr\u00e9hension de comment tout cela fonctionnait et j\u2019essaie maintenant d\u2019atteindre certaines vitesses lorsqu\u2019on me demande de me trouver dans une certaine zone \u2013 cela se met en place lentement. Je pourrais m\u00eame coder en couleur mon petit bouton de r\u00e9sistance, car quand je suis si fatigu\u00e9, je peux \u00e0 peine penser aux zones\u00a0!<span class=\"s1\">I would say that having used a standard indoor cycling bike previously has helped me get into the groove of CicloZone fairly quickly.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>I already had a good understanding of how it all worked and am now trying to hit certain speeds when instructed to be in a certain zone \u2013 it\u2019s coming together slowly.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>I might even colour code my little resistance knob too, for when I\u2019m so tired\u00a0 I can barely think about zones!<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Je m\u2019entra\u00eene d\u00e9sormais deux, parfois trois fois par semaine sur le v\u00e9lo et je fais \u00e9galement une s\u00e9ance de yoga pour rester bien \u00e9tir\u00e9. J\u2019ai d\u00e9j\u00e0 fait l\u2019erreur de ne pas faire de s\u00e9ance d\u2019\u00e9tirements dans ma semaine et mes fl\u00e9chisseurs de hanches ne m\u2019en ont pas du tout remerci\u00e9 ! Je fais \u00e9galement une s\u00e9ance de kettlebell et une s\u00e9ance de cardio tonification, mais l&rsquo;ajout de Ciclozone \u00e0 ma semaine a d\u00e9finitivement contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer ma forme physique.<span class=\"s1\">I\u2019m now working out two, sometimes three, times a week on the bike and also doing a yoga session to keep well stretched. I\u2019ve made the mistake before of not having a stretch session in my week and my hip flexors didn\u2019t thank me for it at all! I&rsquo;m also doing a kettlebell session and a cardio toning session but adding<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Ciclozone into my week has definitely helped improve my fitness.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Si vous revenez d\u2019une blessure au genou, CicloZone est \u00e0 mon avis un excellent exercice.  Pas aussi intense sur l\u2019articulation du genou que s\u2019accroupir ou se pr\u00e9cipiter, mais plut\u00f4t un entra\u00eenement complet des jambes. Personnellement, je ressens des r\u00e9sultats plus rapides et plus \u00e9quilibr\u00e9s en moins de temps et je ne suis certainement pas du genre \u00e0 m&rsquo;asseoir sur un appareil de musculation.<span class=\"s1\">If you\u2019re coming back from a knee injury then, in my opinion, CicloZone is great exercise.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Not as intense on the knee joint as squatting or lunging but more of a full leg workout.
