Combien, et \u00e0 quel niveau d\u2019effort ?<\/p>\n<p>Combien suffit-il pour obtenir les r\u00e9sultats souhait\u00e9s, et quand devient-ce trop \u2013 au risque du surentra\u00eenement, voire de la blessure ?<\/p>\n<p>Dans la plupart des disciplines, la r\u00e9ponse est souvent donn\u00e9e \u00ab\u00a0au doigt mouill\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb.
