Adaptar tus tipos y frecuencia de entrenamiento, y comprender que cualquier lesi\u00f3n que se habr\u00eda solucionado de la noche a la ma\u00f1ana a los 20 a\u00f1os puede seguir molest\u00e1ndote tres semanas despu\u00e9s, cuando tengas 50 a\u00f1os, son parte del viaje. Esa vocecita tiene la culpa, siempre me dice que me salte los entrenamientos y luego se da vuelta y me hace sentir mal por mis decisiones m\u00e1s tarde.<\/p>\n<p>Es hora de abordar esa vocecita en tu cabeza. Recuerde, la misma voz que le da todas las razones para no hacer ejercicio es la que al d\u00eda siguiente le rega\u00f1a por la samosa extra o por un poco de aumento de peso. Encuentre una actividad que disfrute y h\u00e1gala f\u00e1cil. Por eso, tener un lugar exclusivo en casa para tu bicicleta es una opci\u00f3n fant\u00e1stica. Eres solo t\u00fa, la m\u00fasica, el ejercicio y nadie alrededor para juzgar lo que llevas puesto. Est\u00e1s cerca de la m\u00e1quina de caf\u00e9 para tomar un impulso antes del viaje y a solo unos pasos de la ducha para refrescarte r\u00e1pidamente despu\u00e9s. El ciclismo en interiores quema m\u00e1s calor\u00edas por minuto que la mayor\u00eda de los ejercicios en interiores, mantiene las piernas fuertes y flexibles y es una de las actividades m\u00e1s f\u00e1ciles de recuperar. Puedes empezar poco a poco: consigue una bicicleta en eBay o Facebook Marketplace.
