En la vida, generalmente, la mayor\u00eda de las cosas funcionan mejor cuando hay alg\u00fan tipo de equilibrio. Un equilibrio dentro del medio ambiente siempre es algo bueno y siempre ocurren problemas cuando ese equilibrio se desequilibra. Equilibrar la vida cotidiana de una persona entre el trabajo y el juego siempre es una gran cosa y cuando es correcto, sientes los beneficios en todos los aspectos de la vida.
