{"id":9572,"date":"2023-03-13T13:47:43","date_gmt":"2023-03-13T13:47:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ciclozone.com\/blog\/keto-parte-2-es-para-ti-darren-lee\/"},"modified":"2026-03-30T23:08:05","modified_gmt":"2026-03-30T22:08:05","slug":"keto-parte-2-es-para-ti-darren-lee","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ciclozone.com\/es\/blog\/keto-parte-2-es-para-ti-darren-lee\/","title":{"rendered":"Keto Parte 2: \u00bfEs para ti? -Darren Lee"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"p2\">La nutrici\u00f3n estilo Keto tiene, como mencion\u00e9 en mi blog anterior, algunos beneficios obvios para los ciclistas y la forma en que queremos gastar nuestra energ\u00eda, pero tambi\u00e9n hay algunas desventajas y debemos tenerlas en cuenta antes de decidir si esto es para usted.<span class=\"s1\">K<\/span><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">Comencemos enumerando los principales desaf\u00edos que Keto plantea para los ciclistas, que determinar\u00e1n c\u00f3mo se puede utilizar Keto de manera efectiva en el ciclismo.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">Las investigaciones han demostrado que, aunque quemas mucha m\u00e1s grasa con Keto, se necesita m\u00e1s ox\u00edgeno para quemar toda esa grasa extra y tu econom\u00eda de ejercicio empeora. Adem\u00e1s, su capacidad para utilizar carbohidratos se reduce como resultado de la adaptaci\u00f3n a las grasas. Es una compensaci\u00f3n: mejoras corriendo con grasa a una intensidad baja a media, pero pierdes algo de capacidad para correr con az\u00facar a una intensidad muy alta.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">La mayor\u00eda de las personas que siguen Keto se mantienen por debajo de los 50 g de carbohidratos al d\u00eda, lo que es muy diferente de los 300-500 gramos de carbohidratos habituales que son t\u00edpicos de un entusiasta del ciclismo que sigue una dieta alta en carbohidratos.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">Cuando mejora en la quema de grasa, ser\u00e1 m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil realizar esos recorridos largos y estables.
