Independientemente de si tu interrupci\u00f3n del entrenamiento es placentera o no, cuando la vida suceda, habr\u00e1 algunas regresiones fisiol\u00f3gicas que afectar\u00e1n tu rendimiento en bicicleta. Sin embargo, no todo est\u00e1 perdido, ya que estos reveses son temporales y se producen a distintos ritmos.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">El principio de reversibilidad<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">La reversibilidad tambi\u00e9n se conoce como la p\u00e9rdida de adaptaciones inducidas por el entrenamiento en respuesta a est\u00edmulos de entrenamiento insuficientes. Cuando se reduce la intensidad, duraci\u00f3n o frecuencia del entrenamiento, se producir\u00e1 una p\u00e9rdida gradual de la forma f\u00edsica. A los efectos de esta publicaci\u00f3n, nos centraremos en el desentrenamiento a corto plazo (\u22644 semanas) en lugar de una reducci\u00f3n gradual programada antes de una carrera o evento objetivo.
