He estado leyendo sobre la \u00abnueva\u00bb clase, SHOCKWAVE de MT, as\u00ed que pens\u00e9 que ser\u00eda la clase ideal para volver&#8230; \u00a1\u00a1\u00a1Digamos que me da miedo pensar c\u00f3mo habr\u00eda afrontado algo m\u00e1s dif\u00edcil!!!  Mucha conmoci\u00f3n, al menos no mucho saludo por mi parte.  Adem\u00e1s, CicloZone me envi\u00f3 una camiseta por correo, \u00a1as\u00ed que pens\u00e9 que ser\u00eda mejor probarla!<span class=\"s1\">After three weeks rest with a niggly injury I\u2019m back.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>I\u2019ve been reading about the \u2018new\u2019 class \u2013 SHOCKWAVE by MT &#8211; so thought that would be ideal class to come back with&#8230;<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Let\u2019s just say I dread to think how I\u2019d have coped with anything tougher!!!<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Lots of shock, not much wave from me at least.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Also, CicloZone sent me a t-shirt in the post, so I thought I\u2019d better try it out!<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 puedo decirles a todos esos principiantes? Pruebe las clases de Mel; filtre por 30 minutos si es necesario.  Es fant\u00e1stico explicando tu forma, anim\u00e1ndote, explic\u00e1ndote c\u00f3mo debe sentirse cada zona, d\u00f3nde debes estar en la bicicleta, c\u00f3mo debe sentirse tu cuerpo&#8230; \u00a1solo peque\u00f1os consejos y recordatorios mientras te anima a \u00abempujar, empujar\u00bb!<span class=\"s1\">What I can say to all those beginners out there? Give Mel\u2019s classes a try \u2013 filter by 30 minutes if needs be.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>He\u2019s great at talking you through your form, encouraging you, explaining how each zone should feel, where you should be on the bike, how your body should feel \u2013 just little tips and reminders all the way though while encouraging you to \u2018push push\u2019!<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Realmente he estado luchando con mi lesi\u00f3n de rodilla: el dolor en mi espinilla es constante debido a la operaci\u00f3n, me ha afectado el pie (que es el motivo del reciente despido), pero estoy decidido a regresar, a recuperar mi forma f\u00edsica.  Me encanta la sensaci\u00f3n de estar \u00aben forma\u00bb por dentro, de que mi coraz\u00f3n est\u00e1 funcionando bien, de que puedo sentirme en forma y no necesariamente tener que lucir delgada y delgada por fuera, pero saber que tengo un coraz\u00f3n sano por dentro.<span class=\"s1\">I\u2019ve really been struggling with my knee injury: the pain in my shin is constant from the operation, it\u2019s affected my foot (which is the reason for the recent lay off), but I\u2019m determined to get back, to get my fitness back!<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>I love the feeling of being \u2018fit\u2019 inside, that my heart is working well, that I can feel fit and not necessarily have to look skinny and lean on the outside but know I have a healthy heart on the inside.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Para m\u00ed se trata de equilibrio.  Quiero incluir CicloZone en mi r\u00e9gimen de ejercicios y ahora que las clases de gimnasia est\u00e1n abiertas nuevamente, espero que las peque\u00f1as cosas que he estado haciendo en casa den sus frutos en el gimnasio.<span class=\"s1\">For me it\u2019s all about balance.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>I want to fit CicloZone into my fitness regime, and now the gym classes are opening again I\u2019m hoping the little bits I\u2019ve been doing at home will pay off back in the gym.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Quiero poder comer y beber lo que quiera (dentro de lo razonable) y saber que a\u00fan podr\u00e9 asistir a mis clases, quiero poder pasear a mi perro por millas y millas, \u00a1sabiendo que mi cuerpo est\u00e1 a la altura!  Quiero tener un coraz\u00f3n sano Y una mente sana.<span class=\"s1\">I want to be able to eat and drink what I want (within reason) and know I\u2019ll still be able to do my classes, I want to be able to walk my dog for miles and miles, knowing my body is up to it!<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>I want to have a healthy heart AND a healthy mind.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Para m\u00ed, CicloZone encaja perfectamente en mi d\u00eda a d\u00eda.  De todos modos, trabajo desde casa (lo he hecho durante los \u00faltimos 10 a\u00f1os), as\u00ed que puedo sentarme con mi ropa de gimnasia sin ninguna mirada extra\u00f1a, puedo configurar la bicicleta y hacer ejercicio en 10 minutos, luego estar de vuelta en mi escritorio en una hora; la comodidad hace que sea una batalla mucho menos mental, dej\u00e1ndome con toda mi energ\u00eda para pedalear.<span class=\"s1\">For me, CicloZone fits perfectly into my day.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>I work from home anyway (have done for the last 10 years), so I can sit around in my gym clothes without any strange looks, I can set the bike up and be working out within 10 minutes, then be back at my desk within the hour \u2013 the convenience makes it so much less of a battle mentally \u2013 leaving me with all my energy to put through the pedals.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Para aquellos que siguen diciendo que empezar\u00e1n, sigan as\u00ed. Todav\u00eda me considero una principiante, soy la t\u00edpica mujer casada de 40 a\u00f1os y pico (extremo alto), madre trabajadora de ni\u00f1os mayores con un perro.  No soy un motociclista loco, ni un fan\u00e1tico loco del fitness, solo una persona promedio que desea estar saludable.<span class=\"s1\">For those out there that keep saying they\u2019ll start, stick with it. I still consider myself a beginner, I\u2019m your typical married 40-odd-year-old (higher end), working mum of older kids with a dog.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>I\u2019m not a mad biker, not a mad fitness fanatic \u2013 just your average person wanting to be healthy.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Haz lo que puedas y esas peque\u00f1as ganancias vendr\u00e1n.
