Si bien ser\u00eda dif\u00edcil llegar a un consenso \u00fanico, algo en lo que todos podr\u00edamos estar de acuerdo es en que todos los atletas de alto rendimiento siguen un plan de entrenamiento espec\u00edfico y detallado. Nadie llega a la cima de su campo simplemente \u201cimprovisando\u201d; Tampoco logran mejoras continuas en su condici\u00f3n f\u00edsica haciendo todo lo posible todo el tiempo.<\/p>\n<p>Si realmente deseas lograr mejoras en tu condici\u00f3n f\u00edsica, debes comenzar a pensar \u201ccomo un atleta\u201d e incorporar la recuperaci\u00f3n durante el entrenamiento a tu plan general.<\/p>\n<p>Esfuerzos repetibles y recuperaci\u00f3n<br \/>Los atletas entrenan para alcanzar la excelencia repitiendo esfuerzos en un intento de perfeccionar sus habilidades.<\/p>\n<p>Dependiendo del deporte, esto puede verse muy diferente. Sin embargo, lo que no cambia es que los esfuerzos se miden y se repiten. Para repetir con \u00e9xito esfuerzos durante duraciones similares, se requiere recuperaci\u00f3n durante el entrenamiento.<\/p>\n<p>En una publicaci\u00f3n anterior hablamos de los esfuerzos aer\u00f3bicos. Mientras uno sube, el otro baja.<\/p>\n<p>Todos los cuerpos humanos operan bajo un conjunto similar de principios rectores conocidos como fisiolog\u00eda del ejercicio: si bien algunos atletas pueden realizar logros incre\u00edbles, nadie est\u00e1 m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de las restricciones de c\u00f3mo opera el cuerpo dentro de los l\u00edmites de los sistemas de suministro de energ\u00eda. Cuanto mayor sea la intensidad o el esfuerzo, menor ser\u00e1 la duraci\u00f3n del mismo y mayor ser\u00e1 la recuperaci\u00f3n necesaria para alcanzar esos objetivos de potencia nuevamente.<\/p>\n<p>C\u00f3mo estructurar los intervalos de recuperaci\u00f3n<br \/>La recuperaci\u00f3n depender\u00e1 de los niveles generales de condici\u00f3n f\u00edsica.<\/p>\n<p>Cuanto m\u00e1s en forma est\u00e9 una persona, m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido se recuperar\u00e1. Sin embargo, para obtener el m\u00e1ximo beneficio de su sesi\u00f3n de ejercicio, la idea es recuperarse lo suficiente despu\u00e9s de un ejercicio espec\u00edfico para que pueda alcanzar esos objetivos de potencia o esos niveles de esfuerzo nuevamente.<\/p>\n<p>As\u00ed es como mejoras tu condici\u00f3n f\u00edsica y tu rendimiento.<\/p>\n<p>Trabajar con una bicicleta que tiene una consola que muestra la potencia es realmente \u00fatil porque literalmente puedes observar y realizar un seguimiento de tu rendimiento en esfuerzos o ejercicios repetidos. La recuperaci\u00f3n puede ocurrir en el Nivel 1 o 2.<\/p>\n<p>Para una sesi\u00f3n de ciclismo indoor de 45 a 60 minutos, se aplicar\u00edan las siguientes proporciones de trabajo y descanso:<\/p>\n<h2>Recuperaci\u00f3n activa nivel 1 N\/A<\/h2>\n<h2>Resistencia nivel 2 N\/A<\/h2>\n<h2>Nivel 3 Tempo 2:1-4:1<\/h2>\n<h2>Nivel 4 Umbral de lactato 2:1-4:1<\/h2>\n<h2>Nivel 5 VO2 M\u00e1x. 1:1-1:2<\/h2>\n<h2>Nivel 6 Capacidad Anaer\u00f3bica 1:2-1:4<\/h2>\n<h2>Nivel 7 Poder Neuromuscular 1:4-1:10+<\/h2>\n<p>Entonces, si est\u00e1s haciendo repeticiones de 10 minutos en tu umbral de lactato (LT), querr\u00e1s tener entre 2,5 y 5 minutos de recuperaci\u00f3n entre cada intervalo.
