Eso significa que he estado yendo, oh, he perdido la cuenta, \u00a1pero ya llevo bastantes sesiones en mi haber!<\/p>\n<p>\u00a1Las cosas tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1n mejorando!  Mi rodilla no tiene TANtas hinchazones locas y est\u00e1 soportando bien la tensi\u00f3n.  Mi Fitbit me dice que estoy un poco m\u00e1s en forma otra vez (\u00a138-42 ahora!), lo que me sigue impulsando a mantener lo que estoy haciendo.<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfQuiero mejorar? S\u00ed, claro que s\u00ed, eso est\u00e1 en mi naturaleza.  Quiero poder estar de pie durante todo el tiempo a 85-90 rpm, \u00a1y UN D\u00cdA LO HAR\u00c9!   Pero por ahora, estoy bastante satisfecho conmigo mismo, con mi recuperaci\u00f3n de la operaci\u00f3n, con la mejora de mi condici\u00f3n f\u00edsica y mi bienestar mental general; simplemente me siento \u00abmejor\u00bb.  Quiz\u00e1s salir del encierro tambi\u00e9n tenga algo que ver, \u00a1personalmente creo que es una combinaci\u00f3n de todo!<\/p>\n<p>Encontr\u00e9 una clase \u00abagradable\u00bb: una clase de fuerza con un COL del 73%.  Esta es una GRAN clase para m\u00ed: un ritmo ligeramente m\u00e1s lento (despu\u00e9s del calentamiento inicial) con algunas subidas geniales y, para m\u00ed, tambi\u00e9n fases realistas de pie, \u00a1con las que puedo seguir el ritmo!  \u00a1Duraci\u00f3n y ritmo!  \u00a1Guau, atr\u00e1pame!  Voy a intentar hacer esta clase una vez a la semana durante algunas semanas; sent\u00ed que era perfecta para ayudar a la recuperaci\u00f3n, la cantidad justa de subida r\u00e1pida y lenta (\u00a1m\u00e1s!), agradable al final con un poco de dolor en la cola.  (Cualquiera que haya participado anteriormente en las clases de Darren \u201csabr\u00e1\u201d ese peque\u00f1o pinchazo)<\/p>\n<p>La bicicleta se mantiene bien: la uso dos veces por semana yo y mi marido dos veces por semana.  Despu\u00e9s de leer que un compa\u00f1ero miembro de Ciclozone hab\u00eda perdido un pedal esta semana, estoy un poco paranoico pensando que mi bicicleta \u00abbarata\u00bb no aguantar\u00e1 mucho tiempo, pero por ahora, \u00a1est\u00e1 bien!  Est\u00e1 haciendo su trabajo; me est\u00e1 ayudando en el camino hacia la recuperaci\u00f3n.  S\u00f3lo desear\u00eda tener mis zapatos con tacos en lugar de mis zapatillas deportivas, ya que tanto yo como uno de los otros blogueros sufrimos calambres en los pies despu\u00e9s.  Se ha sugerido andar en bicicleta con zapatos de suela m\u00e1s dura, \u00a1pero no creo que mis botines se vean bien de alguna manera!<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n puedo ver algunos avances en el m\u00fasculo de la pierna que me operaron.  Est\u00e1 volviendo lentamente, un poco menos tambaleante que en septiembre del a\u00f1o pasado (un mes despu\u00e9s de la operaci\u00f3n), y poco a poco est\u00e1 alcanzando mi muslo derecho.<\/p>\n<p>Todav\u00eda no me convence para empezar a andar en bicicleta al aire libre; no me gusta mucho querer moscas en los dientes y arena en las lentes de contacto, as\u00ed que por ahora me quedar\u00e9 en la comodidad de mi hogar y me esforzar\u00e9 tanto como pueda.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Blog 7 \u2013 \u00a1N\u00daMERO SIETE!
