Sin embargo, estoy siendo sensato y no me estoy volviendo loco ni superando ning\u00fan dolor: estoy decidido a seguir as\u00ed, no quiero volver al punto de partida, as\u00ed que por ahora voy a un ritmo m\u00e1s lento de lo que me gustar\u00eda, pero sigo adelante.<span class=\"s1\">Had a few set backs in that I\u2019ve had some weird swelling and lumps appear around my operation site so that\u2019s something up for discussion with the surgeon when I get to see him next.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>I\u2019m being sensible though and not going crazy and pushing through any pain: I&#8217;m determined to keep this up, I don\u2019t want to be back to square one, so for now I\u2019m at a slower pace than I\u2019d LIKE to be but I\u2019m still going.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Finalmente descubr\u00ed el filtro en la aplicaci\u00f3n, pude elegir m\u00e1s recorridos de tempo, lo que pens\u00e9 que podr\u00eda ser mejor\/m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil. Erm, \u00a1definitivamente no es el caso!  Un ritmo un poco m\u00e1s lento, a veces, pero igual de duro. Eso es lo que pasa con el ciclismo indoor: vas tan duro como quieras.<span class=\"s1\">I&#8217;ve finally discovered the filter on the app, I&#8217;ve been able to choose more tempo rides, which I thought might be better\/easier. Erm, definitely not the case!<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Slightly slower pace \u2013 sometimes \u2013 but nonetheless, <\/span><span class=\"s1\">just as hard! That&#8217;s the thing with indoor cycling though, you go as hard as you want.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Esta semana tambi\u00e9n descubr\u00ed que puedo obtener ciclozone a trav\u00e9s de mi computadora port\u00e1til, que a su vez est\u00e1 conectada a una pantalla grande a trav\u00e9s de HDMI, as\u00ed que ah\u00ed lo tengo: Darren, pantalla completa, mirando con sus ojos peque\u00f1os.  Mirar, como en la vida real, te da el est\u00edmulo suficiente para no decepcionarte, te permite esforzarte al m\u00e1ximo y luego ir un poquito m\u00e1s.<span class=\"s1\">This week I\u2019ve also discovered I can also get ciclozone through my laptop \u2013 which in turn is connected to a big screen via HDMI \u2013 so there I have it: Darren, full screen, watching with is beady eye!<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Watching, just like in real life, giving you just enough encouragement not to let yourself down, allowing you to push yourself to your max \u2013 and then go a tiny bit more!<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Tomo dos clases a la semana, tratando de asegurarme de hacer sesiones de 45 minutos cada vez.  Para m\u00ed, quiero establecer una meta alcanzable, y quiero sentirme incre\u00edble si hago otra clase de 30 minutos, pero para m\u00ed, dos clases significan que puedo darlo todo a ambas.  Estoy teniendo tiempo suficiente para recuperarme adecuadamente, tambi\u00e9n sigo haciendo otros ejercicios (clases de pesas rusas, yoga y una clase de cardio tonificaci\u00f3n) adem\u00e1s del ciclismo indoor, que creo que es importante y me ayuda a mantener un buen equilibrio.<span class=\"s1\">I\u2019m taking two classes a week, trying to make sure I do 45-minute sessions each time.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>For me I want to set an achieveable goal \u2013 and I want to feel amazing if I fit another 30 minute class in &#8211; but for me,\u00a0 two classes means I can give them both my all.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>I\u2019m having enough time in between to recover properly, I\u2019m keeping up with other exercise too (kettlebell class, yoga and a cardio tone class) aside from indoor cycling, which I think is important and helps me keep a good balance.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">\u00bfMe siento m\u00e1s en forma?  S\u00ed, realmente creo que lo soy.<span class=\"s1\">Am I feeling fitter?<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Yes, I actually think I am.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">\u00bfTengo datos que me digan que estoy m\u00e1s en forma? Bueno, mi Fitbit me ha llevado a la zona de aptitud cardiovascular de muy buena a excelente (37-41 para mi grupo de edad) y de hecho he permanecido all\u00ed durante las \u00faltimas dos semanas, as\u00ed que creo que estoy mejorando.<span class=\"s1\">Do I have data that tells me I\u2019m fitter? Well my fitbit has moved me into the very good to excellent cardio fitness zone (37-41 for my age group) and I\u2019ve actually stayed there for the last two weeks \u2013 so I think I\u2019m improving.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Quiero ejercicio que pueda mantener.  He pasado por un entrenamiento intensivo (marat\u00f3n) y, si bien es genial por un tiempo, ciertamente no se puede lograr a largo plazo y solo terminas desmotivado una vez que te abandonas el tren del entrenamiento.  Al fijarme objetivos alcanzables, me siento mejor mentalmente, lo que me sit\u00faa en la mentalidad adecuada para afrontar la siguiente clase.<span class=\"s1\">I want exercise that I can maintain.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>I\u2019ve been through intensive training (marathon) and, while it\u2019s great for a while, it\u2019s certainly not achievable long term and you only end up demotivated once you fall off the training wagon.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>By setting achieveable goals, I feel better mentally, putting me in the right mindset to tackle the next class.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Entonces, si eres nuevo en CicloZone, regresas despu\u00e9s de un tiempo libre, o eres como yo: recuper\u00e1ndote de una lesi\u00f3n, f\u00edjate un objetivo realista, entra gradualmente, date una palmadita en la espalda por hacer esa primera clase, incluso si es la \u00fanica que haces esa semana. \u00a1Es mejor que no hacer nada!<span class=\"s1\">So, if you\u2019re new to CicloZone, coming back after some time off, or you\u2019re like me \u2013 recovering from injury, set yourself a realistic target, ease yourself in gradually, give yourself a pat on the back for doing that first class \u2013 even if it\u2019s the only one you do that week.
