Estoy descubriendo que mis pulmones se las arreglan mejor que mis piernas; parecen cansarse mucho m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido de lo que yo parezco sin aliento, \u00bfsi eso tiene sentido?<span class=\"s1\">It\u2019s been around a month now that I\u2019ve been back on it and it\u2019s painful at times \u2013 my legs\/knee and my lungs &#8211; but I\u2019m getting my fitness back, slowly!<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>I\u2019m finding that my lungs are coping better than my legs \u2013 they seem to get tired much quicker than I seem out of breath, if that makes sense?<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Estoy terminando todas las clases, independientemente de si son 30 minutos o 45, sin embargo, realmente me cuesta ponerme de pie\/saltar a un ritmo m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido y solo puedo aguantar entre 20 y 25 segundos. En ocasiones tambi\u00e9n he sentido una ligera sensaci\u00f3n de bloqueo en la r\u00f3tula, por lo que ser\u00e1 necesario observarlo detenidamente y discutirlo nuevamente con el especialista.<span class=\"s1\">My shin has begun to hurt where the metal work is in the bone.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>I\u2019m seeing the consultant on 29<\/span><span class=\"s2\"><sup>th<\/sup><\/span><span class=\"s1\"> April to discuss getting this removed.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>It\u2019s something I\u2019ve thought long and hard about because I don\u2019t want to take a step back again, just as I feel like I\u2019m getting somewhere!<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>I\u2019m experiencing a lump in my shin at the bottom of the plate after exercising so am being very sensible with the standing sections for now.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>I\u2019ve also been feeling a slight locking sensation on my kneecap on occasion too, so this will need watching carefully and discussing with the consultant again.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">En el \u00faltimo mes, trabaj\u00e9 en la clase Calorie Killer (Mel) y tambi\u00e9n en Intensive Leg and Booty Blast con Rachel. My fitbit readings are proof of that as my heartbeat and breathing are returning to normal faster each time.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Yo dir\u00eda que haber usado anteriormente una bicicleta de ciclismo indoor est\u00e1ndar me ha ayudado a familiarizarme con CicloZone con bastante rapidez.  Ya entend\u00eda bien c\u00f3mo funcionaba todo y ahora estoy tratando de alcanzar ciertas velocidades cuando me indican que est\u00e9 en una zona determinada; todo se est\u00e1 logrando lentamente. Incluso podr\u00eda codificar con colores mi peque\u00f1a perilla de resistencia, porque cuando estoy tan cansado apenas puedo pensar en las zonas.<span class=\"s1\">I would say that having used a standard indoor cycling bike previously has helped me get into the groove of CicloZone fairly quickly.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>I already had a good understanding of how it all worked and am now trying to hit certain speeds when instructed to be in a certain zone \u2013 it\u2019s coming together slowly.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>I might even colour code my little resistance knob too, for when I\u2019m so tired\u00a0 I can barely think about zones!<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Ahora hago ejercicio dos, a veces tres, veces por semana en bicicleta y tambi\u00e9n hago una sesi\u00f3n de yoga para mantenerme bien estirado. \u00a1Ya comet\u00ed el error antes de no tener una sesi\u00f3n de estiramiento en mi semana y mis flexores de cadera no me lo agradecieron en absoluto! Tambi\u00e9n estoy haciendo una sesi\u00f3n de pesas rusas y una sesi\u00f3n de tonificaci\u00f3n cardiovascular, pero agregar Ciclozone a mi semana definitivamente me ha ayudado a mejorar mi condici\u00f3n f\u00edsica.<span class=\"s1\">I\u2019m now working out two, sometimes three, times a week on the bike and also doing a yoga session to keep well stretched. I\u2019ve made the mistake before of not having a stretch session in my week and my hip flexors didn\u2019t thank me for it at all! I&#8217;m also doing a kettlebell session and a cardio toning session but adding<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Ciclozone into my week has definitely helped improve my fitness.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Si est\u00e1s regresando de una lesi\u00f3n en la rodilla, en mi opini\u00f3n, CicloZone es un gran ejercicio.  No es tan intenso en la articulaci\u00f3n de la rodilla como ponerse en cuclillas o hacer zancadas, sino m\u00e1s bien un entrenamiento completo de piernas. Personalmente, siento resultados m\u00e1s r\u00e1pidos y equilibrados en menos tiempo y definitivamente no soy del tipo de persona que se sienta en una m\u00e1quina de pesas.<span class=\"s1\">If you\u2019re coming back from a knee injury then, in my opinion, CicloZone is great exercise.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Not as intense on the knee joint as squatting or lunging but more of a full leg workout.
