Mis amigos simplemente me llaman Tony. My friends just call me Tony. I am a self employed decorator of thirty plus years and 5 feet 4 inches tall, same as my dad. It worked and I began eating and training to get fitter. I really liked it. In fact, next to being on the fells there is no better feeling than being on your bike challenging yourself. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">He realizado varios desaf\u00edos de 100 millas: de costa a costa en un d\u00eda y Le Jog (926 millas en 12 d\u00edas). This is where I came across Darren Lee. He\u2019d sent me a friend request and we exchanged a few words. Shortly after, he mentioned he was working on this new app, CicloZone.\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">A partir de ah\u00ed comenc\u00e9 a usar la aplicaci\u00f3n y pens\u00e9 que era buena. \u00a1La disfrut\u00e9! There\u2019s plenty of choice for a structured workout, which really helps with outdoor cycling too. Then came the game changer\u2026 he introduced FTP to the platform!<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">37 rides in 37 days<\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p1\">37 viajes en 37 d\u00edas<br \/>\nEn ese momento ya estaba haciendo bastantes entrenamientos de CicloZone, a veces dos o m\u00e1s a la vez, pero, despu\u00e9s de FTP, eso estaba a punto de cambiar.<span class=\"s1\">I was doing quite a lot of CicloZone workouts by this time, sometimes two or more at a time but, post FTP, that was about to change. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">El 30 de diciembre, aument\u00e9 mi FTP a 140 y, cuatro o cinco viajes en el A\u00f1o Nuevo, decid\u00ed desafiarme a m\u00ed mismo dando un paseo en CicloZone todos los d\u00edas.  As\u00ed lo hice: desde los \u00faltimos dos d\u00edas de diciembre hasta el 4 de febrero, mont\u00e9 con CicloZone todos los d\u00edas, hasta que me di cuenta de que estaba empezando a retroceder porque no estaba tomando suficientes d\u00edas de descanso.<span class=\"s1\">On 30 December, I increased my FTP to 140 and four or five rides into the New Year, I decided I\u2019d challenge myself by taking a CicloZone ride every day.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>So I did &#8211; from the last two days in December until 4 February, I rode with CicloZone every day, until I realised I was beginning to go backwards because I wasn\u2019t taking enough rest days. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">A pesar de esto, mi FTP aument\u00f3 a 182, \u00a1lo cual es incre\u00edble!<span class=\"s1\">Despite this, my FTP increased to 182, which is amazing!<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Tuve dificultades durante un tiempo despu\u00e9s, debido a que no descans\u00e9 lo suficiente como me hab\u00eda dado cuenta, pero despu\u00e9s de hablar con Darren, baj\u00e9 mi FTP a 174 y recientemente, en mi cumplea\u00f1os n\u00famero 60, \u00a1de hecho tom\u00e9 tres clases de CicloZone una tras otra!<span class=\"s1\">I did struggle for a while afterwards, due to not resting enough as I\u2019d realised, but after talking to Darren, I dropped my FTP to 174 and recently, on my 60th birthday, I actually took three CicloZone classes one after the other! <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">La aplicaci\u00f3n est\u00e1 estructurada de forma muy inteligente, no s\u00f3lo para grandes ciclistas sino tambi\u00e9n para el ciudadano medio de la calle, como yo.<span class=\"s1\">The app is very cleverly structured, not just for great cyclists but for the average guy in the street, like me. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">No importa tu nivel de condici\u00f3n f\u00edsica al principio, mejorar\u00e1 tu resistencia y tu fuerza, \u00a1as\u00ed como tu mente!<span class=\"s1\">No matter your level of fitness at the start, it will improve your stamina and your strength, as well as your mind! <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Lo mejor es que, aunque Darren es un hombre ocupado, siempre est\u00e1 disponible para darte consejos. \u00a1Respeto!<span class=\"s1\">The best thing is, although Darren is a busy man, he is always available to give you advice. Respect! <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Entonces, \u00bfqu\u00e9 sigue? Sigue mejorando y sal a las carreteras para cosechar las recompensas. Keep improving and get out on the roads to reap the rewards. CicloZone has given me a real fitness boost and is constantly evolving.
