Bei einer einfachen Bizeps-Curl-Bewegung ist der Agonistmuskel der Bizeps, der sich zusammenzieht, und der Trizeps, der Antagonist, entspannt sich und erm\u00f6glicht die Ausf\u00fchrung des Bizeps-Curls. Bei einer Trizeps-Pressbewegung sind die Rollen vertauscht, wobei der Trizeps zum Agonisten und der Bizeps zum Antagonisten werden und im Gleichgewicht zusammenarbeiten, um die Bewegung abzuschlie\u00dfen.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Beim Radfahren ist das wichtigste Beispiel hierf\u00fcr die Platzierung zwischen unserem Quadrizeps und unserer Oberschenkelmuskulatur. Diese Dominanz wird in erster Linie und einfach durch die Gravitationskr\u00e4fte verursacht, die st\u00e4ndig auf unseren K\u00f6rper einwirken und uns st\u00e4ndig in den Boden unter uns dr\u00fccken. Jede Bewegung gegen die Schwerkraft wie Laufen, Springen oder sogar das Aufstehen aus einer sitzenden Position beansprucht in erster Linie den Quadrizeps. Dies f\u00fchrt mit der Zeit zu der Quad-Dominanz, \u00fcber die wir zuvor gesprochen haben. Gelingt es nicht, dies durch gutes Training auszugleichen und versucht, dieses Gleichgewichtsproblem zwischen Quadrizeps und Oberschenkelmuskulatur anzugehen, kann dies zu Haltungsver\u00e4nderungen f\u00fchren, die zu Ungleichgewichten und Verletzungen an Kn\u00f6cheln und Knien und insbesondere zu Problemen im Bereich der H\u00fcfte, des H\u00fcftbeugers und des unteren R\u00fcckens f\u00fchren k\u00f6nnen. Lustigerweise sind dies die wichtigsten physiologischen und biomechanischen Probleme, denen der menschliche K\u00f6rper im Laufe des Alterns ausgesetzt ist.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Radfahren ist eine fantastische M\u00f6glichkeit, dieses Problem anzugehen.
