Unabh\u00e4ngig davon, ob Ihre Trainingsunterbrechung angenehm ist oder nicht, wird es im Laufe des Lebens einige physiologische R\u00fcckschritte geben, die sich auf Ihre Radfahrleistung auswirken. Es ist jedoch noch nicht alles verloren, denn diese R\u00fcckschl\u00e4ge sind vor\u00fcbergehender Natur und treten in unterschiedlichem Tempo auf.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Das Prinzip der Reversibilit\u00e4t<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">Unter Reversibilit\u00e4t versteht man auch den Verlust trainingsinduzierter Anpassungen als Reaktion auf unzureichende Trainingsreize. Wenn Intensit\u00e4t, Dauer oder H\u00e4ufigkeit des Trainings reduziert werden, kommt es zu einem allm\u00e4hlichen Fitnessverlust. F\u00fcr die Zwecke dieses Beitrags konzentrieren wir uns auf kurzfristige Trainingspausen (\u22644 Wochen) und nicht auf eine programmierte Reduzierung vor einem Zielrennen oder einer Veranstaltung. Es hat sich gezeigt, dass diese Ver\u00e4nderungen bei k\u00fcrzlich trainierten Personen moderater ausfallen als bei Spitzensportlern mit jahrelangem Training. Es gibt mehrere Komponenten der Fitness, darunter Muskelkraft, Muskelausdauer und Herz-Kreislauf-Ausdauer.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Woche 1<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Die erste Auswirkung einer Trainingsunterbrechung ist eine verminderte F\u00e4higkeit des K\u00f6rpers, Sauerstoff zu transportieren und zu nutzen. Untersuchungen haben gezeigt, dass am Ende der ersten Woche ein R\u00fcckgang des VO2Max und des Blutvolumens um ca. 8\u201310 % zu verzeichnen ist. Das Schlagvolumen jedes Herzschlags nimmt ab und die Herzfrequenz steigt, um den trainierenden Muskeln die gleiche Menge Blut zuzuf\u00fchren. Dieser Anstieg der Herzfrequenz stellte kein wirksames Gegengewicht dar und f\u00fchrte dazu, dass das maximale Herzvolumen verringert wurde und die RPE (Rate der wahrgenommenen Anstrengung) zunahm.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Woche 2<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Der K\u00f6rper ist jetzt sowohl bei submaximalen als auch bei maximalen Trainingsanstrengungen st\u00e4rker auf Kohlenhydrate als Brennstoffsubstrat angewiesen, was bedeutet, dass es Ihren Muskeln schwerer f\u00e4llt, Energie aus Ihren Fettspeichern zu gewinnen. Dies wird durch ein h\u00f6heres respiratorisches Austauschratenverh\u00e4ltnis dargestellt. Die Glykogenspeicherung in den Muskeln wird beeintr\u00e4chtigt und die Laktatschwelle sinkt. Dies alles wirkt sich auf die Stoffwechselrate des K\u00f6rpers aus und die mitochondriale Aktivit\u00e4t in den Muskelzellen beginnt schnell zu sinken. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt ist die maximale Herzfrequenz um ca. 5 % gestiegen und das Herzzeitvolumen ist um ca. 8\u201312 % gesunken. Ein weiterer R\u00fcckgang des Herzzeitvolumens ist unwahrscheinlich, da sich dieser zu diesem Zeitpunkt auf den neuen Werten stabilisiert. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt ist Ihr FTP deutlich zur\u00fcckgegangen.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Woche 3<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Der K\u00f6rper kann sich weniger gut k\u00fchlen. Bei k\u00fcrzlich trainierten Sportlern kehren sich alle positiven Auswirkungen des Trainings auf den Blutdruck vollst\u00e4ndig um und alle Werte der Insulinsensitivit\u00e4t und der mitochondrialen Enzymaktivit\u00e4t sinken auf das Niveau vor dem Training.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Woche 4<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Die Muskelkapillardichte und die oxidativen Enzymaktivit\u00e4ten werden deutlich reduziert. Viele Sportler beobachten eine Atrophie bei einem Verlust von etwa 10\u201315 % an Muskelmasse, die durch Fett ersetzt wird. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt nimmt die Muskelkraft um bis zu 20 % ab und die Spitzenleistung ist gesunken.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Abschlie\u00dfend<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Die Geschwindigkeit, mit der diese physiologischen Anpassungen stattfinden, unterstreicht die Bedeutung der Aufrechterhaltung und der Befolgung von Umschulungsprogrammen nach l\u00e4ngeren Inaktivit\u00e4tsperioden. Bei Pausen von mehr als zwei Wochen ben\u00f6tigen Sie einen Trainingsreiz, um einen gr\u00f6\u00dferen Leistungsabfall zu vermeiden. Die gute Nachricht ist, dass es ungef\u00e4hr genauso lange dauert, um fit zu werden, wie es dauert, sie zu verlieren. W\u00e4hrend sich die kardiovaskul\u00e4ren Werte innerhalb weniger Tage erholen k\u00f6nnen, k\u00f6nnten l\u00e4ngere Trainingsperioden erforderlich sein, um das Niveau der oxidativen Kapazit\u00e4t und Funktion der Muskeln wie vor dem Training wiederherzustellen.
