Ich habe \u00fcber den \u201eneuen\u201c Kurs \u2013 SHOCKWAVE von MT \u2013 gelesen und dachte, das w\u00e4re der ideale Kurs, mit dem ich wiederkommen k\u00f6nnte \u2026 Sagen wir es einfach so, ich f\u00fcrchte mich davor, daran zu denken, wie ich mit etwas Schwierigerem zurechtgekommen w\u00e4re!!!  Viel Schock, zumindest nicht viel Winken von mir.  Au\u00dferdem hat mir CicloZone per Post ein T-Shirt geschickt, also dachte ich mir, ich probiere es lieber mal aus!<span class=\"s1\">After three weeks rest with a niggly injury I\u2019m back.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>I\u2019ve been reading about the \u2018new\u2019 class \u2013 SHOCKWAVE by MT &#8211; so thought that would be ideal class to come back with&#8230;<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Let\u2019s just say I dread to think how I\u2019d have coped with anything tougher!!!<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Lots of shock, not much wave from me at least.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Also, CicloZone sent me a t-shirt in the post, so I thought I\u2019d better try it out!<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Was kann ich all den Anf\u00e4ngern da drau\u00dfen sagen? Probieren Sie Mels Kurse aus \u2013 filtern Sie bei Bedarf nach 30 Minuten.  Er ist gro\u00dfartig darin, Sie durch Ihre Form zu f\u00fchren, Sie zu ermutigen, zu erkl\u00e4ren, wie sich jede Zone anf\u00fchlen sollte, wo Sie sich auf dem Fahrrad befinden sollten, wie sich Ihr K\u00f6rper anf\u00fchlen sollte \u2013 aber immer nur kleine Tipps und Erinnerungen, w\u00e4hrend er Sie gleichzeitig zum \u201ePush Push\u201c ermutigt!<span class=\"s1\">What I can say to all those beginners out there? Give Mel\u2019s classes a try \u2013 filter by 30 minutes if needs be.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>He\u2019s great at talking you through your form, encouraging you, explaining how each zone should feel, where you should be on the bike, how your body should feel \u2013 just little tips and reminders all the way though while encouraging you to \u2018push push\u2019!<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Ich habe wirklich mit meiner Knieverletzung zu k\u00e4mpfen: Die Schmerzen in meinem Schienbein sind seit der Operation konstant, mein Fu\u00df ist davon betroffen (was der Grund f\u00fcr die k\u00fcrzliche Entlassung ist), aber ich bin fest entschlossen, wieder fit zu werden!  Ich liebe das Gef\u00fchl, innerlich \u201efit\u201c zu sein, dass mein Herz gut funktioniert, dass ich mich fit f\u00fchlen kann und \u00e4u\u00dferlich nicht unbedingt d\u00fcnn und hager aussehen muss, sondern wei\u00df, dass ich innerlich ein gesundes Herz habe.<span class=\"s1\">I\u2019ve really been struggling with my knee injury: the pain in my shin is constant from the operation, it\u2019s affected my foot (which is the reason for the recent lay off), but I\u2019m determined to get back, to get my fitness back!<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>I love the feeling of being \u2018fit\u2019 inside, that my heart is working well, that I can feel fit and not necessarily have to look skinny and lean on the outside but know I have a healthy heart on the inside.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">F\u00fcr mich dreht sich alles um Balance.  Ich m\u00f6chte CicloZone in mein Fitnessprogramm integrieren und jetzt, da die Fitnesskurse wieder ge\u00f6ffnet sind, hoffe ich, dass sich die kleinen Dinge, die ich zu Hause gemacht habe, auch im Fitnessstudio auszahlen werden.<span class=\"s1\">For me it\u2019s all about balance.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>I want to fit CicloZone into my fitness regime, and now the gym classes are opening again I\u2019m hoping the little bits I\u2019ve been doing at home will pay off back in the gym.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Ich m\u00f6chte in der Lage sein, zu essen und zu trinken, was ich will (im Rahmen des Zumutbaren) und zu wissen, dass ich trotzdem an meinen Kursen teilnehmen kann. Ich m\u00f6chte in der Lage sein, kilometerweit mit meinem Hund spazieren zu gehen, in dem Wissen, dass mein K\u00f6rper dem gewachsen ist!  Ich m\u00f6chte ein gesundes Herz UND einen gesunden Geist haben.<span class=\"s1\">I want to be able to eat and drink what I want (within reason) and know I\u2019ll still be able to do my classes, I want to be able to walk my dog for miles and miles, knowing my body is up to it!<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>I want to have a healthy heart AND a healthy mind.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">F\u00fcr mich passt CicloZone perfekt in meinen Alltag.  Ich arbeite sowieso von zu Hause aus (und das schon seit 10 Jahren), so dass ich ohne seltsame Blicke in meiner Sportkleidung herumsitzen kann, ich das Fahrrad aufbauen und innerhalb von 10 Minuten mit dem Training beginnen kann und dann innerhalb einer Stunde wieder an meinem Schreibtisch bin \u2013 die Bequemlichkeit macht es mental viel weniger zu einem Kampf \u2013 und so bleibt mir die ganze Energie, um in die Pedale zu treten.<span class=\"s1\">For me, CicloZone fits perfectly into my day.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>I work from home anyway (have done for the last 10 years), so I can sit around in my gym clothes without any strange looks, I can set the bike up and be working out within 10 minutes, then be back at my desk within the hour \u2013 the convenience makes it so much less of a battle mentally \u2013 leaving me with all my energy to put through the pedals.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">F\u00fcr diejenigen da drau\u00dfen, die immer wieder sagen, dass sie anfangen werden: Bleiben Sie dabei. Ich betrachte mich immer noch als Anf\u00e4nger, ich bin ein typischer verheirateter 40-J\u00e4hriger (Oberklasse), berufst\u00e4tige Mutter \u00e4lterer Kinder mit einem Hund.  Ich bin kein verr\u00fcckter Radfahrer, kein verr\u00fcckter Fitnessfanatiker \u2013 einfach der Durchschnittsmensch, der gesund sein m\u00f6chte.<span class=\"s1\">For those out there that keep saying they\u2019ll start, stick with it. I still consider myself a beginner, I\u2019m your typical married 40-odd-year-old (higher end), working mum of older kids with a dog.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>I\u2019m not a mad biker, not a mad fitness fanatic \u2013 just your average person wanting to be healthy.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Tun Sie, was Sie k\u00f6nnen, und die kleinen Erfolge werden sich einstellen.
