Das hei\u00dft, ich habe \u2013 oh, ich habe den \u00dcberblick verloren \u2013 aber ich habe schon einige Sitzungen auf dem Buckel!<\/p>\n<p>Es geht auch bergauf!  Mein Knie hat nicht so gro\u00dfe Schwellungen und h\u00e4lt der Belastung gut stand.  Mein Fitbit sagt mir, dass ich wieder etwas fitter geworden bin (jetzt 38-42!), was mich immer wieder anspornt, das beizubehalten, was ich tue.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00f6chte ich mich verbessern? Ja, nat\u00fcrlich tue ich das, das liegt in meiner Natur.  Ich m\u00f6chte in der Lage sein, die gesamte Dauer bei 85\u201390 U\/min zu stehen \u2013 und eines Tages werde ich es schaffen!   Aber im Moment bin ich ziemlich zufrieden mit mir selbst, mit meiner Genesung von der Operation, mit der Verbesserung meiner Fitness und meinem allgemeinen allgemeinen psychischen Wohlbefinden \u2013 ich f\u00fchle mich einfach \u201ebesser\u201c.  Vielleicht hat es auch etwas damit zu tun, dass man aus dem Lockdown herauskommt. Ich pers\u00f6nlich denke, es ist eine Kombination aus allem!<\/p>\n<p>Ich habe einen \u201esch\u00f6nen\u201c Kurs gefunden \u2013 einen Kraftkurs mit einem COL von 73 %.  Das ist ein TOLLER Kurs f\u00fcr mich \u2013 etwas langsameres Tempo (nach dem ersten Aufw\u00e4rmen) mit einigen tollen Anstiegen und f\u00fcr mich auch realistischen Stehphasen \u2013 die ich mithalten kann!  Dauer und Tempo!  Woooo, hol mich!  Ich werde versuchen, diesen Kurs seit ein paar Wochen einmal pro Woche zu absolvieren \u2013 ich hatte das Gef\u00fchl, dass er perfekt ist, um die Erholung zu unterst\u00fctzen, genau das richtige Ma\u00df an Schnelligkeit und Langsamkeit(\u00e4hm!), sch\u00f6ner Aufstieg am Ende mit einem kleinen Stich im Schwanz.  (Jeder, der schon einmal an Darrens Kursen teilgenommen hat, kennt diesen kleinen Reiz.)<\/p>\n<p>Das Fahrrad h\u00e4lt gut \u2013 es wird zweimal pro Woche von mir und zweimal pro Woche von meinem Mann benutzt.  Nachdem ich gelesen habe, dass ein Ciclozone-Kollege diese Woche ein Pedal verloren hat, bin ich ein bisschen paranoid, dass mein \u201ebilliges\u201c Fahrrad nicht allzu lange durchhalten wird, aber im Moment ist es in Ordnung!  Es macht seinen Job; Es bringt mich auf den Weg der Genesung.  Ich w\u00fcnschte nur, ich h\u00e4tte meine Stollenschuhe anstelle meiner Turnschuhe, da sowohl ich als auch einer der anderen Blogger danach Kr\u00e4mpfe in den F\u00fc\u00dfen bekommen.  Es wurde empfohlen, in Schuhen mit h\u00e4rteren Sohlen zu fahren, aber ich glaube nicht, dass meine Stiefeletten irgendwie richtig aussehen w\u00fcrden!!!<\/p>\n<p>Ich kann auch einige Fortschritte in der Muskulatur meines operierten Beins feststellen.  Es kommt langsam zur\u00fcck, etwas weniger wackelig als im September letzten Jahres (einen Monat nach der Operation) und holt langsam meinen rechten Oberschenkel ein.<\/p>\n<p>Es \u00fcberzeugt mich immer noch nicht, mit dem Radfahren im Freien zu beginnen \u2013 ich bin kein Freund von Fliegen in meinen Z\u00e4hnen und Sand in meinen Kontaktlinsen, also bleibe ich vorerst in der Gem\u00fctlichkeit meines eigenen Zuhauses und strenge mich an, so viel ich kann!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Blog 7 \u2013 NUMMER SIEBEN!
