Das ist verr\u00fcckt, denn in meinem letzten Blog war ich derjenige, der darauf hingewiesen hat, dass \u201eLOS GEHEN\u201c der schwierigste Teil sei! Vor allem letzte Woche habe ich mir mit jedem Tag gesagt: \u201eSchon gut, ich habe diese Woche noch drei Tage \u00fcbrig, also kann ich noch drei Fahrten absolvieren.\u201c<span class=\"s1\">It\u2019s been a busy couple of weeks for us; poorly children, Covid tests, filming (that\u2019s another story), school, work, home\u2026\u2026 it\u2019s been a battle to get in the saddle. <\/span><span class=\"s1\">Which is crazy, because in my last blog, I was the one that harped on about GET GOING being the hardest part! Last week especially, as each day passed, I kept saying to myself \u2018It\u2019s okay, I still have three days left of this week, so I can still fit in three rides.\u2019 <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Wen habe ich ver\u00e4ppelt?! Ich habe eins gemacht! Kerry hatte Recht \u2013 sagte sie in ihrem letzten CicloZone-Blog \u2013 loben Sie sich selbst daf\u00fcr, dass Sie diesen einen Kurs besucht haben \u2013 es ist besser, als gar keinen zu machen! Und das ist genau das, was ich jemand anderem sagen w\u00fcrde, aber es ist schwer, es mir selbst zu sagen \u2013 die eigene Medizin einzunehmen ist so viel schwieriger! Aber es hat mich gelehrt, realistischer zu sein und mich nicht zu sehr zu verurteilen. Das war kein Fehlschlag. Ein Fehlschlag w\u00e4re \u00fcberhaupt kein Unterricht gewesen.<span class=\"s1\">Who was I kidding?! I did one! Kerry was right \u2013 she said in her last CicloZone blog \u2013 <a href=\"#\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">give yourself a pat on the back for doing that one class \u2013 it\u2019s better than not doing one at all! <\/a>And that is just what I would say to someone else, but it\u2019s hard to tell myself \u2013 taking your own medicine is so much harder! But it has taught me to be more realistic and not to beat myself up too much. This wasn\u2019t a fail. A fail would have been no classes at all.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Aber das Verr\u00fcckte ist, dieser eine Kurs \u2013 es f\u00fchlte sich gro\u00dfartig an! Ich habe einen der letzten Beitr\u00e4ge von CicloZone auf Instagram gesehen, in dem es darum ging, den Sweet Spot zu erreichen \u2013 und ich kann nur zustimmen!<span class=\"s1\">But the crazy thing is, that one class &#8211; it felt great! I saw one of CicloZone\u2019s recent posts on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/ciclozoneuk\/\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Instagram<\/a> about hitting the sweet spot \u2013 and I couldn\u2019t agree more! <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Ich neige dazu, die erste H\u00e4lfte einer Fahrt damit zu verbringen, zu denken: \u201ePug, ich will das nicht machen\u201c (ist es nicht komisch, wie langsam die Zeit vergeht, wenn man etwas tut, was man nicht tun m\u00f6chte, und wenn man eine tolle Zeit hat, vergehen 15\/20\/30 Minuten wie im Flug?!) In der n\u00e4chsten H\u00e4lfte des Kurses war ich dann total aufgeregt \u2013 ich habe herausgefunden, dass genau dort die Endorphine ansetzen \u2013 zwischen 15 und 18 Minuten Zyklus. Ich meine, ich w\u00fcnschte, es k\u00f6nnte fr\u00fcher sein, die Begeisterung spornt mich wirklich an, ich bin wie Beyonc\u00e9 im Sattel!<span class=\"s1\">I tend to spend the first half of a ride thinking \u2018urgh, I don\u2019t want to do this\u2019 (isn\u2019t it funny how slowly time goes when you\u2019re doing something you don\u2019t want to do and when you\u2019re having a great time, 15\/20\/30 minutes goes by in a flash?!) Then the next half of the class I was absolutely buzzing \u2013 I\u2019ve figured out that is exactly where the endorphins kick in \u2013 between 15-18 minutes through a cycle. I mean, I wish it could be sooner, the buzz seriously spurs be on, I\u2019m like Beyonce in a saddle!<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Ich w\u00fcrde gerne wissen, wie ich diese Begeisterung schneller in einen Kurs bringen kann, oder muss ich einfach geduldig sein? (nicht toll f\u00fcr einen Zwilling)<span class=\"s1\">I\u2019d love to know how I can get that buzz sooner into a class, or do I just have to be patient? (not great for a Gemini)<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Ich habe auch meine Lieblingsklasse gefunden \u2013 den Quick Calorie Burner. Ich bin in dieser Bande wegen der Gewichtsabnahme. Der Lockdown war nicht nett! Eine Klasse mit diesem Namen hat mich angerufen und sie hat mich nicht entt\u00e4uscht! Ich liebe die Ermutigung und Leidenschaft von Mel Thomas, er ist genau mein Ding. Es erstaunt mich, wie diese Lehrer w\u00e4hrend des Unterrichts so weiterreden k\u00f6nnen, als ob sie ein lockeres Geplauder f\u00fchren w\u00fcrden!<span class=\"s1\">I\u2019ve also found my favourite class \u2013 the Quick Calorie Burner. I\u2019m in this gang for the weight loss. Lockdown hasn\u2019t been kind! A class with that name called to me and it does not disappoint! I love the encouragement and passion of <a href=\"#\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Mel Thomas<\/a>, he\u2019s right up my street. It amazes me how these instructors can keep talking through a class like they\u2019re having a casual chit chat!<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Gestern habe ich mir den R\u00fccken gezerrt (ich habe einen Dreij\u00e4hrigen hochgehoben, der sich weigerte, vom Boden aufzustehen und das Haus zu verlassen, um in die Vorschule zu gehen, k\u00f6nnen Sie das glauben?). Ich warte darauf, dass die Schmerzen nachlassen, und dann werde ich diese Woche einen weiteren Kurs von Mel ausprobieren, vielleicht sogar einen 45-min\u00fctigen Kurs, wenn ich kann. Ich bin mir sicher, dass er mich weitermachen wird!<span class=\"s1\">I pulled my back yesterday (lifting up a three year old who refused to get up off the floor and leave the house for pre-school would you believe?) I\u2019m waiting for the pain to ease off and then I\u2019m going to try another one of Mel\u2019s classes this week, maybe even a 45-minute class if I can. I am sure he will keep me going! <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Ich frage mich, ob ich ihn dazu bringen kann, pers\u00f6nliche Motivationss\u00e4tze aufzuzeichnen, damit ich sie mir jeden Morgen anh\u00f6ren kann?! Mel \u2013 was sagst du?!!<span class=\"s1\">I wonder if I can get him to record personal motivational phrases for me to listen to each morning?!
