Ich bleibe jedoch vern\u00fcnftig und werde nicht verr\u00fcckt und dr\u00fccke mir keine Schmerzen durch: Ich bin fest entschlossen, so weiterzumachen, ich m\u00f6chte nicht wieder bei Null sein, also bin ich im Moment langsamer, als ich es gerne h\u00e4tte, aber ich mache immer noch weiter.<span class=\"s1\">Had a few set backs in that I\u2019ve had some weird swelling and lumps appear around my operation site so that\u2019s something up for discussion with the surgeon when I get to see him next.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>I\u2019m being sensible though and not going crazy and pushing through any pain: I&#8217;m determined to keep this up, I don\u2019t want to be back to square one, so for now I\u2019m at a slower pace than I\u2019d LIKE to be but I\u2019m still going.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Endlich habe ich den Filter in der App entdeckt und konnte mehr Tempofahrten ausw\u00e4hlen, die meiner Meinung nach besser\/einfacher sein k\u00f6nnten. \u00c4hm, das ist definitiv nicht der Fall!  Etwas langsameres Tempo \u2013 manchmal \u2013 aber trotzdem genauso hart! Das ist jedoch die Sache beim Indoor-Cycling: Man gibt sich so viel M\u00fche, wie man m\u00f6chte.<span class=\"s1\">I&#8217;ve finally discovered the filter on the app, I&#8217;ve been able to choose more tempo rides, which I thought might be better\/easier. Erm, definitely not the case!<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Slightly slower pace \u2013 sometimes \u2013 but nonetheless, <\/span><span class=\"s1\">just as hard! That&#8217;s the thing with indoor cycling though, you go as hard as you want.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Diese Woche habe ich au\u00dferdem herausgefunden, dass ich Ciclozone auch \u00fcber meinen Laptop empfangen kann \u2013 der wiederum \u00fcber HDMI mit einem gro\u00dfen Bildschirm verbunden ist \u2013 und da habe ich es: Darren, Vollbild, ich schaue mit meinem Knopfauge!  Zuschauen, genau wie im wirklichen Leben, gibt Ihnen gerade genug Ermutigung, um sich nicht im Stich zu lassen, und erm\u00f6glicht Ihnen, Ihr Bestes zu geben \u2013 und dann noch ein kleines bisschen mehr zu geben!<span class=\"s1\">This week I\u2019ve also discovered I can also get ciclozone through my laptop \u2013 which in turn is connected to a big screen via HDMI \u2013 so there I have it: Darren, full screen, watching with is beady eye!<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Watching, just like in real life, giving you just enough encouragement not to let yourself down, allowing you to push yourself to your max \u2013 and then go a tiny bit more!<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Ich nehme an zwei Kursen pro Woche teil und versuche sicherzustellen, dass ich jedes Mal 45-min\u00fctige Sitzungen absolviere.  F\u00fcr mich m\u00f6chte ich mir ein erreichbares Ziel setzen \u2013 und ich m\u00f6chte mich gro\u00dfartig f\u00fchlen, wenn ich eine weitere 30-min\u00fctige Unterrichtsstunde schaffe \u2013 aber f\u00fcr mich bedeuten zwei Unterrichtsstunden, dass ich beiden mein Bestes geben kann.  Ich habe zwischendurch gen\u00fcgend Zeit, um mich richtig zu erholen, und mache neben Indoor-Cycling auch anderen \u00dcbungen nach (Kettlebell-Kurs, Yoga und ein Cardio-Kurs), was meiner Meinung nach wichtig ist und mir hilft, ein gutes Gleichgewicht zu halten.<span class=\"s1\">I\u2019m taking two classes a week, trying to make sure I do 45-minute sessions each time.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>For me I want to set an achieveable goal \u2013 and I want to feel amazing if I fit another 30 minute class in &#8211; but for me,\u00a0 two classes means I can give them both my all.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>I\u2019m having enough time in between to recover properly, I\u2019m keeping up with other exercise too (kettlebell class, yoga and a cardio tone class) aside from indoor cycling, which I think is important and helps me keep a good balance.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">F\u00fchle ich mich fitter?  Ja, das glaube ich tats\u00e4chlich.<span class=\"s1\">Am I feeling fitter?<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Yes, I actually think I am.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Habe ich Daten, die mir sagen, dass ich fitter bin? Nun, mein Fitbit hat mich in den sehr guten bis ausgezeichneten Cardio-Fitnessbereich gebracht (37-41 f\u00fcr meine Altersgruppe) und ich bin tats\u00e4chlich die letzten zwei Wochen dort geblieben \u2013 ich denke also, dass ich mich verbessere.<span class=\"s1\">Do I have data that tells me I\u2019m fitter? Well my fitbit has moved me into the very good to excellent cardio fitness zone (37-41 for my age group) and I\u2019ve actually stayed there for the last two weeks \u2013 so I think I\u2019m improving.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Ich m\u00f6chte Bewegung, die ich beibehalten kann.  Ich habe ein intensives Training absolviert (Marathon), und obwohl es eine Zeit lang gro\u00dfartig ist, ist es auf lange Sicht sicherlich nicht erreichbar und man ist am Ende erst dann demotiviert, wenn man vom Trainingswagen f\u00e4llt.  Indem ich mir erreichbare Ziele setze, f\u00fchle ich mich mental besser und versetze mich in die richtige Einstellung, um den n\u00e4chsten Kurs in Angriff zu nehmen.<span class=\"s1\">I want exercise that I can maintain.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>I\u2019ve been through intensive training (marathon) and, while it\u2019s great for a while, it\u2019s certainly not achievable long term and you only end up demotivated once you fall off the training wagon.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>By setting achieveable goals, I feel better mentally, putting me in the right mindset to tackle the next class.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Wenn Sie also neu bei CicloZone sind, nach einer Auszeit zur\u00fcckkommen oder wie ich sind und sich von einer Verletzung erholen, setzen Sie sich ein realistisches Ziel, gew\u00f6hnen Sie sich langsam an das Training heran, klopfen Sie sich selbst auf die Schulter, weil Sie den ersten Kurs absolviert haben \u2013 auch wenn es der einzige ist, den Sie in dieser Woche machen. Es ist besser, als gar nichts zu tun!<span class=\"s1\">So, if you\u2019re new to CicloZone, coming back after some time off, or you\u2019re like me \u2013 recovering from injury, set yourself a realistic target, ease yourself in gradually, give yourself a pat on the back for doing that first class \u2013 even if it\u2019s the only one you do that week.
